   Can’t create an account. I’ve tried everything I can to get this app to work. I reached out to get help and have not received any response. I’d love to use this app but I guess I cannot.

   AI Error. AI plan is not working, it hasn’t worked for several days and support is no existent, there’s no phone number to call, all you can do is send a message or email, which never gets any response.

   Broken functions and hacked Database. I used to like this app. Work seems to have stop on it development. It crashes. Pages and weather does not load the first few times. The wind functions for direction and speed are longer working for the last year. Then in April their database was hacked and stolen according to Experian and Quickbooks and a few other dark web searches. I was charged a renewal fee….but where can I stop it? Its not in my apple subscription. So, with all this combined issues. I am leaving the app and asking for a refund on an app that does not work anymore. They also never reported the database hack either.

   Leaked registration info. I used the ‘hide my email’ feature to register for this app, and months later my bank just alerted me that my phone number was leaked. It was linked to the email that I only used to register for this app.

   AI Doesn’t Work (Scam). AI does not work. Not useful without it. Very misleading. Plans are confusing and do not reference AI. No way to contact developers. NO WAY TO GET HELP OR MONEY BACK !!!

   Needs improvements. The concept of the app has a lot of potential. The satellite imagery has less resolution than an old Atari video game. The AI guide would be great if the descriptions weren’t vague is the closest word I can think to describe them when describing the zone it suggests to fish , the supposed most recent satellite imagery that it provides in the AI guide are usually just black or blank, if you do get an image you can’t zoom in and it gives a image of the entire lake in a very small squire and you can’t see anything . You should be able to select a date in that week that you want it to generate a plan for , it would be incredible if when generating a plan it put way points on a high resolution aerial map of the zones it recommends to fish and ability to export them to your boat electronics . if all that was improved and the techniques and recommended zones to fish that day I would be willing to pay a higher annual subscription. But seems like this app was launched just to trick people initially to get that one year subscription of 39.99 and not plan for you to renew. Don’t be fooled by the 4.whatever stars until you see some positive reviews after this review don’t waste your time..

   Scam. Ai doesn’t work at all, if you click contact us app just closes, water temperature is about the only plus of this app at ALL wish I could get my money back

   What happened!???. App is frozen!!! everytime time I try and use it no or low quality satellite images and for some reason it still thinks it’s Dec 17th can’t go look at weather reports pretty frustrating what am I paying for??

   Terrible Customer Service. I have tried to cancel my subscription for months using the app and computer. I then emailed the company in August and again last week. I have yet to hear back! The app itself is not bad, but you're trapped for life it seems. Let me out! Refund my $$$!

    Suckkkkssss. It literally glitches so bad, even when I have full bars on WI-FI. They need to really fix that and maybe it would be a decent app

    Crashes and slow AI. I downloaded this app and literally within 5 minutes of use it crashed. I was going to pay for the subscription but the AI is extremely slow. When it finally responded the response was poorly worded and inaccurate. Cancelling my subscription. Very unfortunate because it seems like it could be a very useful app.

    Fool me once, on me. Fool me twice, never again. Purchased this app a year ago for ice updates, and the updated pictures were lacking…. deleted the app Purchase the app again this season for ice updates. it’s super Glitchy, the satellite photos are beyond two weeks behind and that is not good for ice updates. Most of the time I clicked the “view lake data” it kicks me out of the app. I would not recommend this app to any of my fishing buddies. I expect more when I pay for an app. This should be free as bad as it works.

    Don’t waste your money.. Purchased a year to use for ice fishing. They claim their satellite views of lakes are near real time - up to 4 days. One lake I watch is over a month old and a couple of others are two weeks between updates. Sent a question to there support but no response. Great idea, just wish it did what they say it would. Save your money, learn by my mistake.

    Beware!. Don’t try the free trial. The maps aren’t that up to date and when the trial is over you get a nice $80 charge without approval.

    Y’all are slacking. Another week, and another lack of update when it comes to satellite images of lakes in Colorado. It’s bad enough you only update them once a week at best, but my god man it’s been two weeks, do your jobs and update the images. You guys were on top of it when it was soft water season, regularly updating the satellite images to show zero information of value, well it’s ice season now. Literally the only time of the year when I actually need you to be updating the images so I can check on ice growth, and here you are just slacking, not updating anything. I’m just gonna cancel my premium account, this app has been a huge disappointment

    Crashes. Terrible app, I just downloaded it and every time I try to open it, it just crashes and I can’t use it. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading, restarting the app and my phone, yet it still doesn’t work.

    I want my money back. I asked the gate keeper for the wifi password for visitors and he handed me a business card size of a piece of paper. I scanned the code on the paper and I was charged for an app that had to do with fishing. I do fish but this app does not help me at all.

    Can’t open, keeps crashing. I’ve tried now to download and open the app twice. Each time the app crashes. The first time it crashed after trying to set up a profile. The second time it crashed immediately after opening the app (several attempts).

    Where did the cameras go??. I used to love this app last season especially for the marina cameras. I could tell what the water conditions were with an actual visual and decide where to go boating based on that. Now I can’t find the live cameras anywhere in the app! Where did they go??

    Crashes often. As the title says, the app crashes very often and shows me a white screen forcing me to constantly have to restart the app. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent tool to use for fishing in general

    Water Temp Discrepancy. The water temperatures shown when selecting a lake, differ significantly from when viewed in the search results. Search results temperature appears to be more accurate. 🤷🏼‍♂️
