   Either an unacceptable unsubscribe bug or gross practices.. I kind of enjoyed the app but didn’t see the value for me using it long term after trial and I cancelled the premium the day it expires with PLENTY of time. I saw the screen confirmed my decision to unsubscribe, I had reached the final page of unsubscribing. This morning I woke up to a bill for a YEAR LONG SUBSCRIPTION.

   Randomly Charges You. I haven’t used the apps in months. I confirmed I don’t have an active subscription but I still got charged for some reason. I wouldn’t trust it.

   Too expensive. Was really interested until I saw the prices. These app companies are getting so greedy and they can’t expect us to pay this much for all these different apps. It all adds up. Should be a cheaper version with ads or something

   Support page gives incorrect info for troubleshooting. I didn’t even get past setting everything up before running into issues. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix things but got so frustrated I deleted the app and gave up. I really wanted to give this a go but if I’m already having these problems at the beginning, I don’t want to spend money to risk any more issues that may arise.

   Can’t cancel!. Tried the app with wife and app itself is fine. But decided to not buy the premium, went through the cancelation process. Tonight I get noticed I’m being billed for a year subscription. User be ware!

   Terrible billing and poor customer support. I tried the free 7 day trial and liked it. I signed up and was charged $79.99 for a year, used it for a month, and shared it with a friend. My friend went to sign up and it was only $39.99/ a year. I contacted customer support and the bot that I dealt with said I “should be paying $79.99 a year because the $39.99/ a year is correct” which made no sense. I finally got a human to help and they canceled my membership completely and refunded which isn’t what I asked for. It cut off my access to premium which was frustrating. Then they offered me $31.99 a year with $39.99 a year thereafter so I tried to use their link to sign up and would have to create a new account. I didn’t want to lose all the answers my husband and I had so I just renewed within the app for $39.99/ a year and my plan was to just ask customer service for a credit from the discounted rate I was offered. I purchased the $39.99/year membership and it says it will be $79.99 a year thereafter and tried to contact customer support within the app and it immediately kicked me out of the app. I can’t get back into my app. I’ve tried to get the password reset with the link. That doesn’t work. I can’t contact customer service within my account because I can’t get in the app. Frustrating experience all around.

   Charged for Streak. I’m frustrated that I’m not getting charged to continue a streak. It used to be that I could just answer more questions and now I have to pay $1.49. There was no notification of this change. One day it was a fun free thing and the next it cost money. Disappointed

    Lame and expensive. Amazing how bad reviews disappear. 4th one now. So long short. It’s just cosmo quizzes and trying to get you to spend more money. Every day it notifies of some new thing they want you to buy to fix your relationship. I’d love my money back with interest.

    Not the best. The app has nice questions, games and tests, but it does not show you or give you insights based on the results on how to improve or how to work on the relationship.

    Nope!. It’s not that it’s not helpful, but if your partner doesn’t do it, it’s nothing you can do. I wish they would’ve taken that part into consideration when making this app and have things people can focus on to better themselves as well. So I basically was doing this for nothing. I give the one star rating because they would’ve taken not refund my money! Saying I can keep it for the year and it won’t renew, why would I keep something that I have no use for? Makes no sense. And the whole pronouns thing, it kept referring to me and my husband as “them/they” that was so weird and not personal. If you like that, that’s your business, I don’t and it should be a way to change that!

    The app is okay. Overall it has good question, quizzes and games. Some of the answers are a bit self-defeating but okay. My biggest annoyance was being charged for a year a day before my 7 days was even up. We didn’t feel like a whole year was feasible and would have done a couple months and went from there. Getting ahold of anyone or a refund is like pulling teeth.

    Not Free. The AppStore says there are in app purchases but does NOT say you have to pay a subscription service until you download and start logging in. I don’t mind paid apps but say it up front…..

    Stupid. It’s basically a collection of relationship quizzes with no real follow through. Activities are fine and can surface differences and get you thinking. But after the results, the app just stops. There’s no real analysis, no guided discussions, no actual direction on what to actually do with what you learned. That’s a major flaw. If you’re going to advertise something as a relationship tool, then it should move from insight to action. This doesn’t. This doesn’t give you give you prompts tailored to your results, doesn’t suggest practice step, and doesn’t help turn awareness into change. Feels very incomplete and not worth the subscription.

    Free trial scam. Sign up for a free trial. There is no way to cancel it. They take you to their website to sign up to make sure you can’t cancel it on iOS the only way you s to cancel it on their we site. But wait! You downloaded it on your app and you don’t have a log in! Also no way to make a new account on their website. Big scam. I had to change my credit card number. If they charge me I’ll report it as fraud. I can’t believe it has so many reviews. Maybe lots of bots

    Disappointed in ethics. I’m so disappointed that there’s no way to opt-out of the use of AI in the app. It feeds ALL of your responses to an AI that they don’t clarify the origin of, and you don’t get any say in it. There’s NO way I could recommend this app without them integrating an easy opt-out option or turning it off altogether. Embarrassing.

    What a joke. This app has some of the absolute worst topics to talk about and even has the Gaul to talk about wildly inappropriate topics for an app. Would not recommend this unless you’re trying to end a relationship

    Not built for us. We were excited to try this app. I envisioned an app that would be tailored to me, my relationship, and my preferences, and would be fun and useful in generating positive discussions. This has not been our experience. There is way too much content about sex and kink, which has made this uncomfortable for my spouse, and over emphasized the importance of this in our relationship. There are also a variety of relationship types man/woman, man/man, woman/woman that are repeatedly presented throughout the experience in terms of specific action plans and in simple visuals. I don’t have any issue with an app creator building something for a broad spectrum of potential clients, but once I’ve decided to try one that’s designed to benefit me and my specific relationship, I don’t want to be exposed to politically and socially sensitive topics of others sexuality. We attempted to use the app beyond the 7day trial period, not recognizing that these issues would make it unappealing to use until after we’d paid for an annual subscription. So we’ve got the app for a year but we’ve cancelled the renewal and have decided not to continue using it. Hope our experience will help you evaluate if you want to proceed past the 7day free trial.

    Subscription scam.. They will sign you up for a $75 subscription without your knowledge and then charge you annually after you cancel your subscription (that you never signed up for by the way) and delete the app.

    Probably great for people in couples therapy. Instagram ads made this out to be a fun thing for couples. Ended up feeling like we were helping build a database of our personal information. If ya got problems you might enjoy this. If you and your S/O love each other this will feel like a tiresome game of “of course I knew that about you”.

    I have hope for this app but…. I will not pay for a premium subscription, nor will my wife even sign into this app unless there is a way we can take all of the kinky nasty sex stuff off of the app. If I cannot remove those items or keep them from appearing, I will simply delete the app.

    Bland and Expensive. The quizzes and options to discuss with significant other can be thought provoking. But the questions the app asks are incredibly bland, vague, and repetitive. Also, I did the free trial and accidentally paid for a year subscription. Whatever. But when I go in to cancel the subscription so it doesn’t charge me $50 again next year, it won’t let me cancel.

    Horrible Subscription Service. I accidentally clicked the yearly subscription when doing free trial and cancelled it quickly after. I used the app maybe once and then forgot about it but now it’s trying to charge me for a whole year subscription when I cancelled BEFORE the trial was over. This is NOT how trials work and it is absolutely INSANE that they are now attempting to steal money for an app I’m not even using. Tried contacting them and they are still yet to respond. Honestly considering legal action after this scam of an app. Do not get it, it is NOT worth it. I’d rather look up some questions online than deal with this stupid app ever again.
