Unhappy decline in app function. This app used to be fantastic. Now, many parts are broken. It should be pulled from the App Store. My subscription was about to renew and fortunately I was able to cancel just in time. Sorry to see it go this way.

Tech Support is Non-Existent. I’ve sent multiple emails to their tech support, and said emails have been ignored. What a joke.

Don’t bother. The creators have abandoned the app. No longer answer support mail and you cannot redeem your credit with The Feed.

Won’t renew. When the app was launched the whole experience was great. Service, engagement, support. Suddenly it stopped working. No support, Facebook no reply, and when Jordan replied and I explained my issue, ghosted! I’m gone once my current membership ends
- ★★★★★support does not respond or resolve the issue
Power reporting incorrectly. No response from their support team

The app is dead. Seems the app was abandoned by a developer, I don’t see any meaningful updates, no activity in social media.

Bad design. This app is overloaded with pink color. The icon is also terrible and has nothing to do with cycling, which is what this app tries to represent. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Yes, I’m a caylist.

Looks like the developer has abandoned their app. Everything started out good but after completing a training plan and setting up a new one nothing makes sense. Targets are far below what they should be even though the new goal is harder. Tried multiple times to contact support and have gotten no response. Can’t delete my account and start over - it errors out. The AI coach is almost useless. I’d skip this one unless the dev starts engaging again.

Disappointed. I was excited about this. Great concept. Terrible execution. There’s nothing that tells you how to use it. The benchmarks are ambiguous and nothing tells you how to move up levels. It doesn’t work or sync with anything outdoors. And really delayed or zero response from the team when you reach out.
- ★★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable
Bugs and unsure about benefits. I was high on the app at the beginning, but overtime I feel like it’s gotten worse. Some rides aren’t counting for weekly trends anymore and there are definitely syncing issues. Looks they’ve removed the audio workouts and replaced with references to zwift and peloton workouts. I understand the ai coach is in beta, but it’s completely useless in its current state. Other than graphs and the gamification with levels… I’m not sure why I’d keep using this app when I already have Strava with plugins and Zwift.
- ★★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable
No longer syncs peloton rides. Mysteriously- will not sync rides from peloton after no problems for over 8 months. Needs a fix. Rides from Garmin don’t have peloton power. Frustrating.
- ★★★★★support does not respond or resolve the issue
Stay Away!. The application promises a heatmap - but it doesn't work. Promises examples of workouts - none populates despite the 1 yr + data downloded. I selected the monthly billing they charged me for the entire year. To boot I have contacted customer service a couple of times and have received no response. I would stay away from this app until it works better in all areas.

Thisappispointless. What’s the point of this app if it won’t sync the rides with good power?

Doesn’t work. Won’t connect to hammerhead.

Does not sync!. It never pulled workouts from the Garmin account! Waste of time😬

Rides don’t upload. I have a Wahoo element and it seems like many others have had similar issues as far as having rides uploaded. It’s interesting to see the various “excuses of the week” that the co-founder responds with in each review blaming it on something that will be solved the following week; however the issue is still prevalent and it’s sad because this could be such a cool app! It could definitely compete with training peaks or others but my rides ALWAYS upload to training peaks I don’t have to fuss trying to get my rides uploaded and there’s more rider/coach connection . Hopefully the breakaway can get better data syncing or something because I really would love to use this app.

Nice idea but it doesn’t actually work. Grabbed the free trial because I’m a full-fledged cycling dork. I’m the demographic they seek. Yet, outside of the first day I installed the app, it will not sync with Wahoo. I’ve gone through all of your standard troubleshooting options and still nothing. I intended to try it out for a few months but instead, I’m canceling. Maybe I’ll check back again in a few months and see if things are actually functioning.

No Strava integration- USELESS. I use XERT and upload to Strava for archival purposes. Ridiculous that they wouldn’t start with most popular platform.

No support what’s so ever. Horrible support. It’s been weeks still no reply from developers. Won’t even let me cancel my subscription. The app is very buggy.

Constant Sync Issues. This app is fun when it works but the constant sync issues are beyond frustrating. Flawless integration with all 3rd party apps you support should be priority number one, otherwise the app is useless. From the many ads I see on various channels you guys are investing quite a bit in your marketing, I suggest scaling back and investing some of that money in addressing the constant sync issues if you want to retain your current subscriber base.

It’s a Subscription App. You have to sign up for a trial to even test if you like App. No thanks.

No Strava Integration = No Value. Killing the integration with Strava has destroyed the value this app provides to me. I ride indoors utilizing multiple apps and outdoors with a Wahoo head unit. Strava or Training Peaks are where all of my ride data goes so if Breakaway won’t sync with either of those, I’m not interested.

Big promises. Seems like an interesting idea, similar to Xert but the execution is really poor. Probably more likely to delete the app than pay for it

Worthless if you don’t use Garmin. Saw an ad on Instagram which piqued my interest. Downloaded the app. Couldn’t find any way to synch directly to Strava and it appears it only connects to Garmin. Promptly deleted this app as it appears worthless to those of us who use Hammerhead, Wahoo, etc.

Useless. I’ve given this app a try twice. The first time, when nothing worked correctly, customer service responded to me and promised that fixes were being made. Nothing improved, so I canceled. Then I got an offer to try it again, one month free. Nothing was different. Except this time customer service didn’t respond.

Cool idea but bad execution. App didn't accurately track any of my metrics or provide relevant insights.

Rides don’t upload. 7/7/21 Update Paid for a month subscription as I figured sync issues would be fixed. Two rides in and nothing still. Rides do not upload. Emailed them several times and when they say it’s fixed, I check and nothing. Would give zero stars but not an option. Will update this if it changes.

Still No Joy. Tried the free version and nothing….subscribed and still nothing ☹️

High expectations, poor delivery. I went through the trial period just to get a taste of it, I’d say it’s useful as a guide and setting targets and motivate yourself to keep training constant. With that said, the AI assistant is (being quite generous) kinda half baked, offering solutions that don’t get really implemented (asked about changing the schedule of my weekly training sessions) and always refers to a poorly executed FAQ section for pretty much everything. As some others, I’ve experienced inconsistent data sync from strava/zwift/garmin connect. Having a discount available on a year subscription from Roadman podcast I was be more than interested on giving it a try but I’ve been waiting already 2 weeks for support to get back to me. I’m not giving my money to a product that gets virtually zero support.

Doesn’t work. The app stick processing my data. Uninstalled and unsubscribed
