Didn’t track distance.. I gave up after resuming a ride then trying 5 times to start trip and it tracked time, but no distance. Very frustrating.

Disappointed. This app won’t track distance just time.

Simple and easy to use. I really like everything about this app, except it doesn’t record anything over 300 miles without crashing, doesn’t load saved trips very well and there isn’t a feedback option to message the developer

Doesn’t work !!. The pause button pauses the mileage field but not the time. All calculations are invalidated for trips.

Doesn’t meet my needs but looks promising. This is exactly what I was looking for. A simple way to track business miles I drive for tax deduction. The problem is that there is no way for me to manually edit/add trips if I forget to start the tracking. This is likely to happen many times throughout the year so I don’t see a way I can use this app. If I’m missing this feature or it is something you plan to add please let me know!

Meh. App has a large start/ stop button. Too many times I got done with an approx 2 mile walk to see that it shut down a quarter mile or so into the walk
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Inaccurate. This was exactly what I needed to track my short interval runs during my longer walk, but for some reason it also counts the distance you go while it’s paused. This makes it useless unless you only track one single run with no breaks in between.
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Incorrect time. The app works fine, but the time is two hours ahead of my time zone, and there is no way to change it.

Need Feet. Only units are miles and km

Battery. Does app use constant GPS location or does it spot check to conserve my battery? Is there a link to FAQs for SoloTrip?
- ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Simple yes, accurate no. Consistently encounter errors: split times are rarely correct and distance gets stuck all the time. For example, app will read 1.82 miles for 5 minutes while running. Then you’ll get the 2 mile notification, at 2.25 miles. The inaccuracy is frustrating.

Date mileage. Date and mileage still over lapping together

Good app so far. After my first trip, I tapped “Trips” and the displayed miles appeared to be partially overlayed by the date.
- ★★★★★data, history or progress disappears
Great... for a week. Worked great for a week, then stopped tracking distance. Deleted and added the app again. Worked great for a week again and then stopped tracking distance again..

Simple enough. Works well; voice announce of mile times now broken, with recent phone upgrade to IOS 17.

Tracker. I really like this app. I have been wondering how far I ride my bike. Now I know. The only problem is when looking at the final trip information the year 2022 over laps the distance traveled. If not for that I would give it a 5 star rating.

One problem. A fine simple way to track your trips. However, I’m noticing that the clock is somewhere between 20-30 minutes ahead of the actual time. Also, in the trips log, the date column and the distance column slightly overlap, making it a little hard to read. Still, a nice easy app to use.
- ★★★★★stable and reliable performance
Mileage can vary. I walk the same route every day, but the distance measured varies sometimes by as much as several hundred yards. Not sure if it’s measuring my pace or a gps track, but at the end of a 6 mile walk on a loop that is slightly less than a mile, the 6 mile mark can be different by several tenths of a mile. Other than that, it works great.

Please fix bugs. I hate to rate it bad. It track miles and time accurate but trip disappear once I finish trip. There is not even a single trip saved. I wish they can fix this bug and update before new year
- ★★★★★clear and easy workflow
Very basic. Pretty easy to use. Not many features, but one thing that does need fixing is the time zone settings. All my trips in my time zone (east coast U.S.) are not listing correct times. If i start a trip at 9:00, it will list that I have started at 10:00. I have to set my settings for a different time zone in order for my results will show the time it is here. Then each trip I have to reset time zone again. Very very annoying which may influence me to find another mile tracker. Fix that and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars. I do like the tone play after each mile.

Appreciate it. I like this app, only problem with it, is it resets when you turn off your screen.

So Far, So Good. I’ve tried other apps to time and measure my walks, and they’ve frustrated me by malfunctioning. I’ve been using this one for less than a week, and I haven’t had any trouble with it yet. I only wish that it would also tell me how many calories I’ve burned and how many steps I’ve taken. Next version, perhaps?

Solo Trip app review. Xcellant easy to use app. Only grouch is it only seems to show the map of your journey after you’ve completed it. Otherwise, very good. Bampa 5

Excellent App. I use it every day. Wonderful app easy to use. Does exactly what I need. Suggestions, please sync this app with iPad using iCloud. I have both iPad cellular and iPhone 16 pro max. Thanks

It works well. A simple, easy to use app that tracks distance traveled while on foot, bicycle, or automobile. Provides a map. Records individual trips. Distance/mileage seems to be quite accurate when calibrated against Interstate mile markers.

Solo trip. Simple app to show each walk / run on a map together with with the time and distance. It does that one thing and does it well
- ★★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific
Exactly what I wanted. When I walk on roads and trails, all I wanted was an app which tracks the distance and shows my path on a map. That without any fancy bells and whistles. Even better it’s free and no ads. Can’t ask more. Technically, if I don’t make sense, what this app provides is exactly what all I wanted. 💯% Update (Nov 2024): After many years if using it, it’s still my favorite best and exactly what I wanted. ❤️
