   Not another app. The fact that I have to install an app to get parts and other information on my bike makes me less likely to recommend or buy a Cannondale.

   Can’t send ride to friends. When my friend and I try to send each other our rides, it provides a link to download the app rather than a link to the ride. Seems like it should be an easy bug to fix

   Don’t waste your time. Worthless app. Don’t waste your time. It’s very glitchy. May work for a while, but then keeps losing connectivity.

   New update broken. The app hasn’t worked right since the new update, every time you start a ride it goes into pause after 10 seconds and never resumes even while riding. Doesn’t pick up ride speed even though it says it has good connection with wheel sensor that has a battery status of good. Tried deleting the app and downloading again still same issue. Tech support through the app hasn’t responded in a week.

   Pushes ads through notifications. I bought the bike, why are you showing me ads using notifications? The only reason I have the app is for notifications for service reminders, but when you push ads it makes me want to disable notifications. Do better, Cannondale

   Mileage and Speed are TOO HIGH for Quick 4. Had my bike for 2 days now with 3 rides totaling 30 miles. The sensor and app mileages and speeds are showing way too high. For example, a 10.5 mile trail shows as 16.5 miles.

   Version : 4.1.0.. After a year the App stopped displaying trips even though it showed that it was sync. Changed battery , updated the firmware and deleted/ reinstalled App and contacted support but they have not replied in more than a week! Either the sensor is bad or there is a bug in the App? 🤨

    Don’t close the app. If you close the app it will not save your ride. Even if you have been riding for two hours straight, for some reason it doesn’t save your ride. Cannondale there should be periodic saving. Also, upside down 8 is distracting.

    Couldn’t pair. That was a waste of time. Followed all the instructions, three times, could not get the sensor to pair with my phone. I have all new versions of everything, brand new bikes, spent 15 minutes and then give up. Deleted the app.

    App not working. The app discovers and pairs with the sensor but no ride data is sent. The sensor pairs and sends speed to my Wahoo Bolt and Wahoo fitness app.

    Horrible app. Major connectivity issues. The app is completely useless. Sensor that the app pairs with is a garmin sensor and synchs seamlessly with my watch once I paired it. I gave up on the app and just use it with my watch. So consolation prize is that it’s a $30 sensor that I didn’t have to buy from Garmin and install myself. Very disappointed that Cannondale did such a poor job with this. From a customer experience, I would have been happier without the sensor and the couple hours I wasted on the app. Really detracted from the excitement of a new bike and soured me on the brand.

    Ridiculous max speed. Max speed 76.1 mph, seriously? The data was reasonable two versions before. But all rides have max speed of 76.1 mph now.

    Awful app. I’ve been using this app for over a year and despite the various updates it never syncs to the sensor in the bike. Completely useless.

    Doesn’t work. I can’t change my weight and it doesn’t record at all. Tried a few times and it’s not recording my rides. It shows that it is connected but won’t give me any data. Waste of money for the sensor.

    Lost all the gps info. I know that you mention it, but after the last update (nov2020) the app asked me to log in again. There were 3 options (gmail, Facebook, Apple) and I chose one of them randomly. There was no way to know how I was logged in the app before. In any case once I logged in I had to sync again and now all my past rides don’t have the info that was captured by the GPS. At least the sensor kept a track of the miles and the dates.

    Doesn’t work well. Easy to install and connect. However it only recorded half of the ride. Worthless.

    Not working since the recent update. I really like the idea of this app. Before the most recent update it worked flawlessly and captured all my rides. Since the update most of my rides won’t sync or show anything. It’s basically constantly in an error state. I’ve gotten 500 errors as well. Please fix the sync errors and I’ll update this review.

    10/2020 update broke Bluetooth connection. Logged out/in, deleted/re-dl app. Recognizes wheel sensor but connection dis/engages rapidly so u can’t add my bike back, much less record a trip. Bummer. Like it when it worked despite all the buggy stuff with badges. Could at least track mileage.

    Broken app. As some other reviewers mentioned: Created account and connected to bike, everything seems good. Come back 2 hours later can’t even log-in any more (very sure of my log-in/password). Tried password reset which doesn’t work, either. Utterly useless.

    Clunky and doesn’t do a whole lot. Nice intentions, but fails to deliver much of any experience. Clunky and seems to not really work most of the time. Also where it could be a resource specific to the model of bike and features, it only provides a generic user manual with features that don’t even apply to my bike model. And the features, information for which I am seeking, are nowhere to be found in the manual here. HUGE way to go to make this a useful feature/benefit that can be advertised with the bike.

    Horrific app - come on Cannondale. Seriously, you can do better than this! Can’t even get past the registration process!!! The confirm button doesn’t even work after I scan the serial number 🤦🏻‍♂️and yes, all the fields were filled out (auto-populated), and still no dice.

    Works in theory only. I’ve been trying to use this app to monitor my morning rides. Frequently, it fails to connect to the wheel sensor and, more troubling, it logs me out for no reason. The log outs happen at random and require me to re-enter my email and password. Very tough while riding! Also, the ride timer is mostly useless. No rhyme or reason to when it thinks your ride ends or starts. You should be able to start, pause and stop the timer. But you can’t. A shame.

    I’m SO disappointed. Firstly I live my Treadwell. That being said the sensor and connection was a huge selling point if only the stupid thing would work. I mean when I ride it does manage to work sometimes but I just received a notification about the basket recall. Opened the app, it has no idea who I am. Says my password is incorrect so I attempted to do the “forgot password “ nothing happens it just sits there Guess it’s a good thing I’m not riding my bike today cause I have zero access to the app. I would hope that at some point you find some people to work on the app cause I can see it would have potential is someone bothered to work on it

    App doesn’t work at all. When I forst got my bike the app was pretty good. Then Today I opened it and I was logged out of my account. Once I logged back in my previously registered bike was gone along with all of my stats. I’ve tried to reconnect my bike sensors and edit the app information pertaining to me and you get to the point where you save and....nothing. I’m going to research if I can connect the sensor to a better app, or at least one that works.
