Not good…no stars. The cycpro m2 stopped working after the first day. I have one day using the app and it constantly dropped the connection to the device. Update: Cycplus fit app is the app that cycplus maker supports. They no longer support this app. They said the firmware update in this app has broken other devices of theirs. Use cycplus fit app not xoss.

Not synching. Xoss is not synching the rides from my cycplus . It shows in the storage but not on the workout summary. I’ve updated the bike computer , the xoss software , un connected this and reconnected , synch again and still doesn’t work. Emailed customer support not response . Don’t know what is causing this problem. Before it will synching with a 1 day delay not it doesn’t synch anymore. I will have to buy a new bike computer from different company

This app is not supported than android os.. I got trouble sync iphone se2 with xoss g+. And I ask solutions to this company. They told me your app version is old and update new app. but It is able to only android not on ios. Look at this app version is updated before 6months ago. Did not work. After it sat for a week and got charged again, I did all I could to connect my phone back to the device. Just did not work. So I couldn’t use my speedometer which is the whole reason I used this app with the device.

Will not even let me register. Downloaded this app to pair with the cycplus I got for my mountain bike per instruction in book will not let me get past entering email and making password. Say some kind of error I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing I have iPhone 13 so now everything getting deleted and cycplus getting returned.

Firmware Update. I was gifted the XOSS G for Christmas. I have tried multiple times to do the required Firmware upgrade. I have been unsuccessful. I have followed ALL the instructions and still unable to upgrade. 😡

App consistently says “GPS Signal Lost” even though Device shows signal. Very frustrated with the XOSS app. After successfully pairing the app with 2 different computers (CYCPLUS and XOSS) and sensors, all appeared as if things were connected and working. I even got the GPS connection to work on both devices, although the XOSS instructions were not as complete as they should be. However, the XOSS app (iPhone XS, IOS v14.8) consistently says “GPS Signal Lost” as soon as I start moving, even though the G+ shows a strong GPS signal. I’ve researched and tried everything I found online or that I can possibly think of, including Location Services, etc on the iPhone. I’ve not found any similar problem reported in web articles or product forums, and support from XOSS has been marginal at best. If I don’t get some real help and a resolution within the next day I’m going to return both computers and chuck the whole thing. Again the problem appears to be with the XOSS app on the iPhone, not the XOSS G+ device

Won’t connect to my G+. Wanted to check for firmware updates and check settings. Successfully did this 6 weeks or so ago. Multiple attempts are unsuccessful with my iPhone. G+ powers off after a number of minutes since no connection made. Couldn’t find any answers on line.
