Will not connect to RidewithGPS. App will not connect to my ridewithgps account. Too bad it seems like a good idea.

Fantastic app. This is great!!! Except I never got the chance to see if it actually works. Only got about 5 free forecasts before it asked me to pull out the old wallet.... description says you get 100 free forecasts....
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Consistently incorrect temps. I’ve yet to see accurate temperature forecasts. Supposedly taking data from Apple Weather, so why don’t the values match?

Didn’t work and then expired!. I tried this app linked to RidewithGPS. I did not purchase it, so was on the free trial mode. I tried to get it to forecast a route I was planning and it would just come back with an error and never did work. Then, in less than a day it aside my free trial was over and wanted me to pay. NO THANKS. I agree, my trial is over. This app not ready. The idea is great. Maybe after some more development.

excellent concept / weather data is poor. On sunny days this app is extremely useful to help one plan for long rides especially into the mountains to predict temp at elevation for picking how much cold weather gear to carry. CAVEAT - it is absolutely abysmal at rain predictions. In Crans Montana Switzerland it was POURING rain for 4 hrs and the app estimated precipitation at 5%. In Bormio, rain estimates of 7% with weather network estimating 80% (and yes it poured… i got caught in it badly). In Ottawa (no significant elevation to perhaps explain the discrepancy) again 3% rain prediction vs weather network 70% and it did pour! Sorry can’t pay for that.

Really cool but.... It's wonky to upload a garmin file. Be much easier if it connected directly to garmin.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Subscription fee too high for what it is. Suspect that the cost will drive away most potential users. Great app, though.

Crazy short trial period. The app description says 30 day free trial with 1000 forecasts. I’ve had the app 6 days and used it on about 4 rides, and it says my free trial is over! REALLY? I’ve hardly had a chance to get enough experience with it to see if it’s sufficiently close to accurate to be useful. Deleting it

Not ready for iPhone X. Lots of layout issues, misplaced/overlapping UI elements

Patchy. Worked well with Strava routs and activities but continually crashed when trying to use with Ride with GPS, as that is my preferred route planning app it means that I wasted money paying for the additional forecasts after the trial period.

A really good idea. A really good app and works well but you can't link ride with gps with a Facebook account

Very Useful!!. A very useful app for any cyclist. Highly recommended!

Great product but slipping. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. It's really a great product but lately it's been slipping. There has been a performance downgrade in soled and accuracy since the shift to Apple weather. I'm. It sure what service they were using before but at least in my experience they absolutely nailed it. Since then the accuracy has been fine but noticeably like accuracy than before. Also the speed, loading, etc has decreased since the switch. I'm not sure if that's related or not.

Accurate weather forecast at your fingertips!. Do not get on you bike with checking this app first. Living in Tampa Bay it is essential at this time of year (Spring leading into Summer) to check on the conditions especially as we approach another hurricane season; the afternoon storms and potential for lightning strikes increases dramatically so it is essential to check what I could be riding into before I set out and the ability to do so hours in advance is an added plus. The wind arrows are especially useful and on a number of occasions I have been able to prepare myself for rides and not experience the unexpected gusts out of nowhere! Overall a great tool and very inexpensive for a one year subscription. This is a “Yellow Jersey” app.

Awesome Application!. There is simply no other application I have found that can read your routes you have taken and show you weather conditions along the way. I am not a multi-day long distance cyclist (yet), but have been on a few 50+ rides as well as I commute to work most days. The app allows me to find a window that if I leave a few minutes later or earlier that I might be able to avoid weather! I can see how any one who is a frequent (or even infrequent) cyclist could make use of this application. Integration with the major tracking applications (Strava, MapWithGPS, etc) make it easy to get your routes in. One thing to note, the applications is a trialware model, you are given a limited number of weather forecasts based on your routes, then you have to pay for a 6 month or 10,000 point subscription. There is information within the app that gives a good explanation the pricing model, just review it before your trial expires. Pricing is not bad given what I am sure is a good amount of effort to create this application and support it, let alone the costs associated with linking to a reliable weather source.

Travel & multi-day rides. While you develop weather sources for your home area, venturing to new areas presents a challenge. Having a resource that covers a wide area can be quite helpful. The developer responded quickly to my suggestion to add weather alerts.

Excellent information and integration. I really like it. I would give it 5 stars but I think it needs more options for the in app purchases. Or at least a longer term on the purchase of 10,000 ride lookups.

Problem with RWGPS login. Good app! I used my google account to automatically create a RWGPS account. This option doesn’t seem to appear on your app?

Tool for Planning Ahead. Nice to be able to plan ahead for a ride. 100 free forecasts lets you get a good sense of what you will eventually be paying for. I Like how straight forward the app looks and works. Not compatible with my phone's ancient OS, but that's more my own fault for not staying up to date. Thanks, Dave!

Exactly as promised. This app works exactly as promised. It’s basic and simple, but it’s perfect for what I need, especially on my longer bikepacking rides. I connected it to my Ride With GPS account, so, as long as I’ve planned an approximate route ahead of time, it makes it very easy to set my weather expectations for the day and next few hours—whether to have my poncho at the ready, when I should think about reapplying sunscreen, how much headwind or tailwind to expect, etc.

Great app for riders and outdoor enthusiasts. Love using this app for planning my rides. Would be great to update with air quality status.

Greatest App Ever!. Thanks to The Ride Collective for putting this app on my radar. I can't count how many times I've tried to cobble together this kind of ride forecast from other "point" weather forecast data sources...

Just an awesome cycling support app. Love this product complete forecast for ride planning and forecasting critical weather indicators like winds, temperatures, rain etc. can’t plan a ride without it.
- ★★★★★the app helps achieve the intended result
Indispensable!. I live in the northern Rockies and bike year-round. The weather is tough to predict in the mountains, but technology has made the weather-guessers so much better. The proper application of this technology through Rpic Ride has helped me properly chose my routes and gear and has lead to far more enjoyable rides. This app helps me live by the old adage, “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.” I will ride in the wind, but I prefer to let it blow me home. Again, big win here with forecasting direction and magnitude at the precise place and time I will be on my route. Sure, I could pack the kitchen sink every time I ride (and occasionally have to), but this app helps me avoid overpacking. I worry less and ride more.
- ★★★★★clear and easy workflow
Essential application for cyclists. Extremely useful application for any cyclist that rides outdoors. Overlays weather data with your planned cycling route, departure date/time and speed. It allows you to make educated decisions regarding what route to take on any particular day, what clothing to wear, and what time to ride. I especially appreciate knowing wind direction and speed. The application is very easy to use and the output is easily shared with your riding partners. I lead a lot of rides with my cycling club in Chicago and always use this app as conditions can change, depending on which direction we travel and who doesn’t want to have the tailwind home….. Well worth the subscription price.

Love the app. I have been doing very long rides 200-600 km and this app has been a tremendous help to check & prepare for the weather along the route. One request. Many of the routes are either out & back or have long common sections. When the predictions show wind, for these cases it’s hard to distinguish between head & tailwind. It would be great if head & tailwind can be given different colors.

You need this App!. Hands down the best weather app for cycling adventures.
