   Too many updates. I have been delayed to start a workout because app updates every time!!!

   App crashes to Home Screen on AppleTV. App repeatedly crashes to Home Screen on AppleTV. It takes several attempts to get the app working, and once you quit a ride and try to go back into the app to do another it crashes and takes multiple attempts to get it working again. Do the devs not test app on Apple TV?

   Terrible UI. The UI/UX is downright awful. I’m incredibly disappointed by this product. The subscription is ridiculous for how terrible the app is to use. Functionality is cool and it is neat to gamify the experience but I guess I’ll swap out my Zwift cog to get away from this.

   Zwift app & apple watch connectivity issues. Usually spend about 30-40mins trying to get these two devices to connect

   Not worth it. Terrible UX. Too many forced updates that freeze the app while installing. Logs me out for no reason Buggy Bluetooth connection that randomly dies in the middle of a ride.

    Now Expensive and Same Routes (not exciting any more). Zwift is now not cheap anymore. And we have same routes. No new countries, as same as other APP.

    User Interface. I will start by saying I absolutely love Zwift. My rating is not a reflection of the workout and cycling service provided. My rating is a reflection of the Application itself. For being such a major player in the cycling community, the User Interface/Layout is comically bad. Why do I have to start a ride and announce to the world that I’m zwifting just to view my achievements, challenges, garage, etc.? Either: The landing page should have all of these options first with the ability to select and begin a ride. Or The companion app should be a full fledged companion and allow all metrics, access, and the like to be accessed and viewed. Also, a little bewildered why you can’t set weekly elevation goals?

    Great for cheaters. Absolute garbage, perfect for cheaters. Riders with much lower watts per kg are faster. So many folks 50-60 years old show pro tour level results.

    Frustrating Experience with Zwift Trial and Customer Service. I subscribed to Zwift for a two-week trial to test compatibility with my devices, but they charged my PayPal immediately. I reached out to their support three times, expressing my frustration about the immediate charge and my desire to properly test the service. Unfortunately, I only received automated responses with no follow-up. This lack of proper customer service and transparency is very disappointing.

    Terrible interface. Can only use this in landscape mode on my iPhone. Keyboard hides fields that need to be filled out app would not accept my password reset. Not user-friendly at all.

    Fix the skip workout segment. Make it so you can go back to the segment of the workout if you accidentally skip it instead of restarting the workout. It looks like the damn pause button on mobile. Besides that good stuff

It doesn’t mean I don’t love many American people, but I need to step up and do what I think is right. I will miss many of you but I’m heading over to Rouvy.     Reoccurring payment. Zwifts reoccurring payment plan does not work. My credit information if 100% correct on website and I continually get emails saying Oops something went wrong. Fix this problem Zwift!! I just want to ride with my friends. Now Zwift has booted me out without solving their problem. Zwift App sucks balls!!

    Pricing is crazy. I got an email saying that the monthly subscription went up 30%. There are now apps that do the same thing for half the price. Easy cancellation.
