   2FA is unsafe. 2FA should be using Authenticator instead of phone number. In many Latin American countries corruption is so, that official could request “cloning” a phone number of a high value target to receive the recovery/2FA codes

   Can’t open the app. I woke up in market open and could not open the app cause it kept saying internet connection required despite the fact my internet was working perfectly fine then I checked the servers status and it said everything was operational. When I tried to contact support it said I was band from accessing the site and now I’m sitting here not knowing what to do and no help

   What’s up with this app?. App malfunctioning for months. Only after posting a bad review here I got a reply from customer service. After waiting for weeks for them to do anything about it, now I got an email from support telling me that they did something about it. Too bad that now I’m also cut off from accessing my account, so I guess I won’t be able to find out if they fix it or not. 🤨 Well I got an email from eToro, asking to contact customer service. I am unable to log in, so cannot get to customer service. And setting up a schedule call is not working as well, because I’m currently in Asia, and there are no available appointments for my time zone. So what now?

   STAY AWAY. eToro has very limited crypto and you can’t freely move your coins. Transfers are restricted, slow, and require extra steps. Fees are higher than they look, especially compared to Coinbase and Kraken. You don’t fully control your assets, and some positions can’t be withdrawn at all. The platform lacks serious investing tools, and copy trading can push people into risky decisions. I will definitely leave a complaint with the FTC and DOFS

   the worst. they get you to make a deposit but neglect to mention you won't be able to withdraw it for 60 days. non-existent customer service and terribly high fees too! don't. just don't.

    Delincuents. On Feb 12, 2026 they closed my account. They said I would get my deposit of $37k back in my account in 3-7 days. It has been 3 weeks and I can’t get in touch with anyone. They don’t have a person answering the phone and they don’t respond to my emails. DON’T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ETORO

    Terrible App. If you want to invest, go elsewhere. I went to withdraw my money and they never sent it to me. They asked for address verification, which I sent. Still never got my money. It’s been over a year.

    Impossible to set up an uncount. Terribly restrictive and user unfriendly. I tried to setup my account for months and kept getting restricted for all kind of bs reasons. Customer service did not address my concerns and stopped responding. In the end, they never told me why I couldn’t trade despite having deposited money.

    FEE TO WITHDRAW. Do NOT DEPOSIT money to eToro they will charge you fees just to withdraw it. What a scam. I am filing a complaint with FINRA. Hope my $5 was worth it.

    Waste of Time. Don’t bother. I signed up, I went through their online approval a week ago and I am still not approved so I can add funds and begin investing. Their site says approvals are done within 24 hours. I am over a week out and am still not approved to make a deposit. I’ve contacted customer support twice and again, a week out and support has still not responded to either of the two tickets. Just a waste of time. Really wish we could give negative stars like a -5.

    Worst trading platform I’ve seen. The “app” is more like an interface to a mobile website. It lags and is slow to update ticker information. Customer service is friendly but incredibly slow, and etoro has way too many paternalistic controls that restrict your ability to trade. After having $26k parked there for 3 weeks without being able to trade more than 4% of my portfolio value at a time, I removed my funds and added them back to my other account on a different platform.

    Not Optimized, No Human CSRs. Where do I start? You can’t talk to a human. EVER. Ports take forever to update. They also have this stupid system that splits the options and stock money, and if you transfer between the two it takes days to settle. You don’t have a profit and loss with options just shows the amount. It’s too many screens. I should be able to see all my positions in one centralized area. Charts are laggy at best.

    Pain in the butt. I have been attempting to open an account with eToro for way too yeah you long…. When you open the account and submit then they go through verification. Tell you the account is open, but then the next day they request more document and tell you the account is frozen until you provide that documentation. Of course, when you provide the documentation, then it takes them Three or four days to review the documentation and then they contact you again and ask for the same documentation over and over…… I have given up and will be trying to get my money out now. I don’t see how these guys stay in business when there are some really great brokers out there. Try Robinhood or Schwab.

    Multiple Playform Issues. The app consistently freezes and won't allow you to enter or exit positions. There are plenty of much better options for trading platforms.

    Could be good. But instead it chooses to be garbage. Half the time it can’t locate any of my positions, it jumps to screens that don’t correspond with what I’m trying to do. But probably most importantly, it’s 10 mins to close on a weekend and I can’t sell any of my positions because this app is completely unstable and that’s a major issue.

Completely a bogus platform for trade 1 they take your money first then they show you what stocks you can trade, Opendoor is a multibillion dollar market cap today they didn’t allow it if you want to withdrawal your funds they take 10 business days! Stay away! Why does Apple showcase 5 star reviews when this platform is a complete fraud? Do not sign up your better off with Robinhood and webull they’re completely joke..
