Если вы заработаете деньги на этой бирже, при попытке вывода вас заблокируют, отнимут прибыли и навсегда заблокируют аккаунт. Так было не только у меня, но и у всех моих знакомых, кто связывался с этой биржей. Это самая неадекватная биржа из 25, в плане блокировок. Вам не дадут заработать здесь, только потерять.

   They stole my info!. Easily bated me with 100 USDT rewards being 200. All you do is give them your date of birth, social, & drive license & when they verify you move to verify email & number by verification code. They check off & it tells you in 24 hours you get reward. 24 hours later you’re sudden “violation” after you’ve submitted your personal identification information. Customer service tells you just participate in future rewards & doesn’t acknowledge your concern. It’s clear it’s designed to steal someone info.

   🚨Into stealing App🚨. They had a promotion to verify your account & link your email each was a promotion of 100USDT. Meaning 200 total. Pictures with my social & ID verified. Check. Complete. I verified my number & my email that both received verification codes. Check. Done. Then it says you’ll receive the rewards in 24 hours. 24 hours later even when the screen verified my social to match my bday & my driver license & verified my codes it tells me violation detected. I chat with support & they tell me to participate in future events & wouldn’t try explaining how I verify my personal information & my number with email that it’s violated. THIS APP IS DESIGNED TO SOELY STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFO & GET A PIC OF YOUR ID. They don’t credit the rewards & customer service doesn’t even acknowledge your issue instead they talk around it.

   Flagged no reason. My KCEX app flagged risk control no reason . I was verification KYC and security full done . When I withdraws my funds they not through with a vague reason risk control . Have to more verification ID with self file the picture. And waiting 30days . They want to take the money from customer with a vague reason. Please stop using this app if you don’t want lost your money!

   App update created scam. This WAS. A great exchange that I swore by. Recently it was updated and any futures trading automatically puts you heavily into a negative PNL almost forcing liquidation immediately regardless if you use leverage or not. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better.

    Rigged against you. This app is dishonest about profit, you’ll start a trade already in the negatives even if the chart is going the way you want. Does not give accurate profit statements, I’ve had numerous times where I’m 10-15% but won’t receive that amount but instead whatever the app believes it is, but if I losing it won’t do the same and take the highest lost. I recommended pulling what you already have and switching to a more reliable app that knows how to give proper profit analysis.

    Used to be Good not anymore. They mess the app up , i just tried to trade seems like they have a trigger to dropped as soon as you put the trade you go negative 20% 30% instantly you sell chart goes back to where it was before i did this twice i have literally a screenshot of the 5 minute time frame chart it’s rigged, this have never happened before i used this app a whole year everything was running amazing everything else is good to withdraw etc its just it doesn’t make sense what i just seen so i will delete the app thanks

    Great app, but poor support experience. I liked KCEX at first, but I was really disappointed when I didn’t get my signup bonus due to “risk control.” I did everything right and still got nothing. Please be fair to real users — trust is more valuable than any bonus.

    PnL’s don’t add up. The PnL’s for these shorts and longs don’t make sense at all, a short that prints 500% profit on 1200 should not only return a PnL of over $700. Very odd platform.

    New user rewards are shady. I completed all the tasks and only got rewarded for the KYC. Then got rules violated tag on the rest. “ Sorry you did not pass the system risk control review, so the rewards cannot be issued and the task status cannot be changed anymore. The specifics of our risk control rules are considered confidential and cannot be disclosed. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to participate in our other events.” I got rewarded 200 usdt and made over the original 200 and the reward was used up so I withdraw the amount I made to a cold storage wallet. Then I got this message. 🤣 sorry I’m take my winning and nothing states that I can’t do that with the rewards when they’re used up.

    Dishonesty and deceit. Do not register on this platform under any circumstances. This platform has no honesty in its words and behavior. It offers you a reward by completing the KYC process and after completing these steps, it does not give you this reward for false reasons, which shows the dishonesty and deception of this platform, which is the most important condition for operating on a platform. In my opinion, having been active in the crypto space for several years, do not trust this platform at all because it is not clear how and when it will steal your funds.

    If I could do negative or zero I would, READ BEFORE SIGNING UP AND BEWARE.. I urge everyone here after reading this esp if this happened to you to scroll down and report a problem and report this as fraud these people have to be taken down They have new user rewards section where you can get up to $500. It’s a lie and a scam. I competed it and got the message that my account didn’t pass risk assessment so I don’t get rewards and I can’t re try. After getting in Reddit this happens to EVERYONE. So they set that section up just to get you to advertise for them and steal your drivers license and info and sell your info. I did everything right and screen recorded. Upon asking them to delete my information and photo id and send confirmation they denied to do so. I then, sent a proper legal document for the IC3 Internet crime division, Crypto task Force and SEC to investigate this company, I did a trust pilot negative review, consulted my attorney to sue them to remove my information and also to find out what they are doing with everyone’s ID. I will provide update here when my attorney responds.

    Scam to get id and phone number. Not giving out rewards.. I tried getting the rewards. I used a 100% legit document (my driver license) and phone number. I get a message saying I didn’t pass the system risk, which is bull. I have signed up for sports betting, other crypto apps and passed verification with the same id and phone number.
