   DO NOT TRUST. App is a complete scam doesn’t allow you to export wallet or send out currency once added onto their platform . Customer service is a joke and fraudulent as can be. Been going back and forth with them for over 2 month inquiring on my funds and why there not able to be exported or sent to a different address. Do not use this app!!

    Withdraw. I downloaded this app for the first time and made some money. When I went to change it over all of the sudden Im being told to deposit more of SOL to get my money out. So I was about to deposit more but then it asked for personal information which seems weird so I didn’t do it and Instead contacted customer support which was absolutely garbage at responding so I decided to just eat the $80 I had in there which is very upsetting. Fix your app and get people their money. I just spent nearly two days trying to research and find a way to get my money out. I was able to successfully get out $1 of my $80 when I went to push out the rest it would refuse to let me for one reason or another. Absolutely garbage app. I will be looking into hierarchy to get my money out.

    Unsafe. Been back and forth for over a year after I could no longer log into the wallet or access my coins. They said they would refund my account and nothing happened. Reached out again and someone new responded with no recollection or explanation of previous conversations, which are obviously available if they read the dialogue. Lazy and inept or nefarious. Avoid this wallet.

    Is not None custodial. They promote that they are none custodial but only require email and cloud backup to reinstall. No Seed phrases only private keys for select chains??? If you don’t own your own keys you don’t own your wallet this company does. Not your keys not your coins!

    Do not use it. Things work great until they don’t. I was getting into buying and staking and it was going well til suddenly one day my wallets just stopped working. And I reached out to support. Support couldn’t do simple math and kept running me in circles saying I was the issue finally once I had walked them through basic math they escalated it and it’s been over a month at this point. And I can’t move or use any of the money I put into the app. AWFUL

    Just AWFUL!. I had almost 1 SOL sent to this wallet so I could get a train ticket to go to my sister’s place for the winter. What happened? The wallet won’t let me move it, cash it out, or otherwise access it! Customer support is zero help. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET!

    Thieves, and non existent customer service. Users beware. Best is no longer what it once was (legitimate, and helpful customer service). Now days, they allow you to purchase various Crypto Currencies; however, after purchasing them, it’s impossible to transfer them to an external wallet, impossible to swap between other currencies like they advertise. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer service to find out the issue, I’ve yet to receive a response in 72+ hours. It’s a shame that I have children who will have to go without Christmas gifts this year, due to my hard earned money being held hostage (for lack of a better term), well I guess stolen would be a sufficient term to use. Shame on you Best Wallet. Highly recommend name change to ‘Worst Wallet’ as it would be far more accurate.

    Hope you don’t want to use your money. Update: they said the new update 2.170 would fix the issue of not being able to send crypto out of your wallet. Guess what? It didn’t, now support isn’t even responding. The wallet is a joke so much for “Best”, just get Exodus never had a single issue with that wallet. I’ve had a wallet with Best Wallet for six or seven months now. It was fine until about a month ago. I have nearly $500 in ETH and every time I try to send it it just doesn’t do anything. When I’ve sent it to Support they’ve said oh we’re working on it. It’s been over a month and they still have my money and they haven’t done anything to fix it other than to promise we’ll fix it! This is unacceptable for a wallet. No one should install this and use it as a primary wallet. Don’t put any money in this wallet if you can’t afford to lose it.
