   Temu robinhood. Be nice if it was like Webull, you can actually see the all the details of p&l, position, current level, etc. clicking through coins to find your position vs current level is redundantly annoying. You have to click on limit orders otherwise it defaults to market orders (pay attention). You cannot modify active orders.

   They dont Let you withdraw. Good luck trying to get your money out. I try and it says to contact their email for support. Then you go to message the email and dont hear anything back. Its my money and I cant take it out? Unreal. 1 star. Will be going elsewhere.

   Crypto Transfer feature has been gone for 8 months now. The phrase not your keys not your crypto is SO true, do not buy crypto on here because you will not be able to move it without selling. The app was transferring its backend from bakt to coin base so they temporarily lost the transfer feature and I understand that but ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE THEN. HOW ARE YOUR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS SO INCOMPETENT AND LAZY ALL OF YOU NEED TO BE FIRED it should not take this long to bring a simple feature back and change backends from BAKT to coinbase.

   I hate this app. What kind of scam app doesn’t let you transfer your money to another brokerage? You don’t even own anything in this app you own the right to it. Something like that. That’s their reason for not letting you transfer your money anywhere. I want out this app is so very limited. Very disappointed.

    Restricting. Terrible customer support.Its like they take your money and give no guidance. If you get restricted they block your calls and you have to take guidance thru a website that have pre disposed answers to questions that don’t apply. I wish I had never put my 401k in this platform !

    DO NOT GET APP. They don’t support most banks and I didn’t even want this app. They just transferred all of my funds into this from webull and now I can’t get any of my money out! Also customer support is an absolute nightmare. They make you wanna drive off a cliff. Do yourself a favor and uninstall or DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

    Will Take Your Funds!!!. Don’t mess with Webull!! There are so many better exchanges/apps!! If anything use their paper trading otherwise they will take your funds, close out your accounts with no notice, no say and no regard whatsoever and no chance of seeing my money again and yes this has happened to me personally.

    This is TRASH. They’re making $80 per transaction by giving you the worst fill orders above/ below market value. As of right now, ETH sells for $3,797 Market price. Their books have buyers at $3,757 and sellers at $3,837. If you sell at a limit order, it will not fill, even if the price of ETH goes above that price point. A market sell will result in what they say their buyers are asking for ($3,757). Go to a real exchange like Coinbase to get better pricing! We’re talking a buck or 2 extra in fees. This app is garbage and it makes me want to take my money off Webull in general.

    Al. I was open update the app, open the app and few errors coming up for some reason, “changed password immediately” someone login….. I have a question why app don’t have 2FA yet?! Its must have!! Why password is no more than 20?! I understand no less than but why no more than 20?! Its not enough nowadays!! The app does not provide an option to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which significantly increases risk in the event of password compromise. Given the financial sensitivity of the data and operations, this is a serious omission and violates industry best practices such as OWASP and PCI-DSS guidelines.

    Bad Experience. This app is a scam because if not , I make deposit from account to funds the app for trading , firstly you can’t easily get profit secondly if you wished to withdraw your money they will get your account suspended and scam you without getting your money back , my account has been suspended for some months now and they didn’t unfreeze it and I will continue to report you guys anywhere on social platform 😡they ask me several documents to unfreeze my funds to transfer it out they just keep transferring me from one contact support to others and my money was not realest to me now for almost 4 months

    SCAM: They refuse to close my account!!. If you open an account with Webull, you cannot close it. I’ve tried to close my account and TWICE they told me it was closed. Now they verified I requested to close it in 2021 but they created a Webull Pay account with my info and now in 2025 I have to redownload the app and log in to delete my information. This is a scam company that will not respect your data. Now if someone gets into that account they can make trades using my identity!

    They will lock your crypto down and you can’t transfer it out to a cold wallet.. I would give them a zero star review if I could. I have used it for a few years. I finally got smart and wanted to use a cold wallet to hold my crypto. Webull is essentially holding my money hostage.

    STAY AWAY THEY DONT TURN LOSE OF YOUR FUNDS. They are “reviewing” my withdrawal request and will take 1-2 days if it’s approved….”if it’s approved” it’s my money and crypto. Stay away from them I was accepting of their outrageous premiums and price discrepancy but if you can’t get your funds out why would I EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

    Crypto is 24/7 Webull is not. Use an actual exchange. Don’t waste your time here. You’re only allowed to transfer to your wallet during their business hours and it takes them 24-48 hours to approve it. Once you really get into crypto you’ll understand how pivotal making these transactions when you need to make them are. Every other exchange allows you to transfer when you want.

    Very Odd Behavior. My true analysis of Webull, is that they often display odd behavior when it comes their platforms. For instance, they are currently updating their deposit system. It’s already been 4 days! I have not seen any update. Their customers are left confused, because their platforms say you can trade on this holiday and their shouldn’t be any issues. Yet, you can’t do anything because they are updating their system. Just confusing all around for the average customer. My suggestion would be to add it to their platform and announce it there when they are updating their app. Do not and I repeat do not leave messages that say there should not be any issues when your systems are being currently being updated and not ready for the public. “Just some food for thought there.”

    Horrible app for crypto users do not use ever!! Not for beginners or advanced traders. I’m currently taking actions to sue this company. When you buy crypto there charging you extra. It is impossible to buy at the actual price and the price action is always at least 5 cents below the actual price on lower cryptos but tens even hundreds below the actual price on major cryptos like Bitcoin so your order limit will never reach… example xrp is currently 2.60 but Webull says it’s 2.52 but when you buy you have to buy at the actual market price so your order won’t get fulfilled untill your loosing money then it processes. There is no wining for the basic every day consumer instead the company is taking way more then just a sale fee! There charging us to see an up to date stock price!!! No other crypto exchange does this except Webull!!! Webull doesn’t trade in real time at all!!! You can’t do anything remotely close to what crypto is good for! You can’t trade it and you can’t really do nothing but keep yo ur money in there starring at tin like some kinda joke! The back flip and hoops they make you bounce through just to get your money is ridiculous!!! Go to crypto.com app they give you a credit card that you can spend your crypto on anything else is a joke
