   Worst App Ever!. I have over $8100 available, and the app keeps sending emails saying funds are available “come back” and start purchasing BTC. However, it won't let me access the funds I added over 2 weeks ago. Lamest app on the internet!

   Trash. Tried to convert USDC to XRP because the app has a “convert” button. USDC gone and no XRP in its place. That convert transaction does not show up on the activity logs. Customer service is all AI. Would not recommend.

   Horrible Experience. Platform cannot extend my limit. Worked with them for 3 weeks and kept denying my application. Called and talk to customer service to double check if what was submitted was correct and she agreed. Yet still got denied by the reviewing team. Submitted 4 or 4 times with the help of their representative and still got denied. Reach out through social media and was told it will be refer to the support team. Nek minutes I got an email my account is permanently disabled. They don’t know what they want nor communicate to unit what specifically they want to see. Horrible!

    Account Restricted & Refund Request. Dear MoonPay Support, I’m very disappointed to be writing this, as my experience with your service over the past 8 months has been smooth and reliable. Recently, my ID expired, and I uploaded a new one as requested. I was informed that I could continue using my account. However, after depositing $379, my account was suddenly restricted. It has now been over 3 weeks, and despite submitting all the required documents, I have not received any resolution or clear update regarding my account status. I kindly request that you either: * Restore full access to my account, or * Process a refund of my $379 as soon as possible This situation is urgent, and I would appreciate your prompt attention. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

    Use at your risk. What you see quoted when you buy does not match what they end up charging. Don’t believe me, watch the price for the time span it takes you to purchase, and see it never gets to the price they charge. These are not the network fees nor moonpay’s fee.

    Note. Don’t use this crypto wallet. You will regret using their services. Very bad and unprofessional. They will freeze your account and you can’t use it anymore. They will keep asking for your wealth ,or verification documents and if you can’t provide according to what they need, they won’t let you continue use Moonpay.

    Terrible app and even worse website. Trying to enter the verification code and it doesn’t let me type it in. Then the terrible website only gives you 10% of the screen for your account details and settings. This is by far ONE OF THE WORST websites I have ever came across. Congratulations 👏 you win worst website design of the year.

    Don’t trust MoonPay with your money stay away from this app. MoonPay is a fraudulent crypto company for over two years now they have held my assets and has refused to give access to withdraw it or transfer it to another wallet and when I called to attention of their customer support they didn’t nothing but only to get my account suspended till date money still has my assets right in my MoonPay wallet account

    Transfers are Always Impossible. When trying to transfer to external wallets I get “can’t find the wallet.” When trying to convert to another crypto I get “unable to get current price.” Ongoing issue. I’m glad I only put a small amount in. Trash app and essentially is holding hostage what’s in their app, unable to sell convert or transfer. I use other exchanges just fine, this is not a “me” issue.

    USED BY SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALS. I am writing this review as a victim of outright fraud that this platform not only allowed but effectively enabled through its complete lack of security, verification, and customer support. Someone used my personal information to create an account on their site and purchased cryptocurrency in my name without my knowledge or consent. This is identity theft and fraud, plain and simple. All I have ever asked from their so-called “support team” is one simple thing: confirm with my bank (or provide any basic verification) that unauthorized activity occurred using my details on their platform. That’s it. No complex resolution, no refunds—just basic confirmation to help me address this with my bank and authorities. Instead, over multiple days (I’ve now messaged their AI bot at least 7 times), they have: • Closed my tickets without any real response or acknowledgment. • Failed to escalate to a single live human agent despite repeated, polite requests. • Ignored the seriousness of identity theft and fraudulent transactions happening on their own system. Their support is not just slow or understaffed—it’s practically non-existent. They rely on an automated bot that loops endlessly and provides zero help, then stonewall victims until they give up. This isn’t poor service; it’s a deliberate barrier that protects scammers and harms real users. Worse, this isn’t an isolated incident. By allowing accounts to be created and large crypto purchases made with stolen or minimal verification, this platform is practically encouraging criminal activity. Scammers thrive here because they know victims will get no real help, no investigation, and no accountability from the company. They steal money through fraudulent accounts, and the platform does nothing meaningful to stop it or assist victims. I’ve been forced to threaten public reviews and social media posts just to try to get a human response—something no legitimate company should require. If you’re considering using this platform for crypto purchases, trades, or any transactions: do not. Your information and money are at extreme risk, and if something goes wrong (which is likely given how easy fraud appears to be), you’ll be on your own with a “support” system that doesn’t support anyone except perhaps the scammers. Save yourself the headache, potential financial loss, and emotional distress—choose a reputable, regulated exchange with actual human support and strong fraud prevention. This one is a disaster. 1-star rating only because 0 isn’t an option.

    Absolute Scam. First off, the fees are MASSIVE for deposits being up to 15% which is absurd, and on top of this if your transaction fails and you go to retry the transaction it can switch wallets, which is switched the receiving wallet to some RANDOM wallet I had never used and tossed all my money down the drain without any help from support. Terrible app, terrible service, terrible fees, this should be illegal.
