   Assistance. I submitted everything over a week ago and also contacted support on X; they escalated the case, but it still hasn't been resolved and my account remains restricted. I am very worried that they might be trying to steal my money, and I need help from a specialist as soon as possible.

   Locked my money down while I’m starving. Seems great. Too easy to hit a button and lock you out of your own money for days without warning. I tried to withdraw the tiny bit of crypto I had to get food because I haven’t eaten anything but bread and rice for days. Now it’s locked for three more days lol. This app isn’t meant for normal people or poor people. Only rich crypto bros who don’t need to worry about their next meal. I’d avoid it now with how everything is in the world with crypto and tech. Gonna withdraw everything and uninstall.

   Getting scammed By Kraken how are they legally registered in the USA ..Street crooks. Was using a platform for a couple months everything perfect/A-OK. Then once the market went down. I tried to make a withdrawal from my bank, with the plaid like many times before usually have no problems and it’s instant … Nnnot this time and the icing on the cake… Kraken took the money out my bank and kept it for over three days to trade with my funds while giving me a charge back and then reversing it and making how is this acceptable?

   Funds stuck for weeks. My account was closed after I deposited funds, and my withdrawal has been stuck pending since then for weeks without clear explanation nor timeline. Supports keeps saying it was escalated, but I still have not real update. At some point they started ignoring me in every social media and email. This is my first App Store review ever, I never rate any apps, but this is beyond frustration. Please do yourself a favor and use a different platform.

    Hacked. My account has been hacked. I can’t sign and when I try to contact the company the ticket will not submit. I would very much not recommend because the app is obviously not safe and their support team is unreachable.

    Won’t let me withdraw crypto. Kraken hasn’t allowed me to withdraw crypto from a portfolio with $10k worth of assets in it for a month or longer now, all because of a portfolio wide hold involving two deposit match rewards worth around $430, that it must have automatically enrolled me in, because I wasn’t even aware of the promotion in the first place. Support claims that the hold only applies to the reward I received, while the entire Kraken Platform won’t let me withdraw any cryptocurrency I hold, even crypto that’s not related to the reward.

    Scam. They double charged me then would not respond back. Went to bank to get double charged reversed. Then kracken locked me out and will not return my m yr or Allie me to with draw it. I am about to file fraud charges with my bank

    The worst of the worst!. Declined a debit transaction, then the next day I got an email that the amount was changed to much larger than I authorized. Today marks one week and they still have not corrected this and their support consists of AI bots. Go elsewhere so your money is safe.

    My Money is Held Hostage.. This app is one of the most useless I’ve ever encountered! Deposits go through without a hitch, but every single time I try to make a withdrawal, there’s always some ridiculous issue. Avoid kraken and save your time and money. Don’t sign up.. I promise you, you’ll regret it.

    Hot Garbage. This app runs like dog water. Freezes and crashes literally all the time. Buttons stop working. If you need to reliable handle your investments then you should get as far away from this app as possible. The freezes will make you lose money.     Horrible- DO NOT USE. This app is nothing but a scam. They suck you in then as soon as you decide to use the app they cut you off, block your transactions accusing you a of scam involvement and then charge high fees to you to get your funds back out of your account. What a crock!!! Oh, and you will get an AI runaround if you ask for ANY assistance! If you are dumb enough to try this, use caution and be warned, other apps are much better!

    Worst app I have used so far so trading/crypto.. I signed up for kraken account about 2 days ago and i submitted all my information everything was fine. then I was asked to upload a picture of my social security card fully nothing covering so I did that, I still didn’t get a response i tried texting support over 5 times it doesn’t work all I get is a virtual assistant says someone will be with you shortly which they never came or even emailed me. it said that yesterday texted support today again nothing. I wish I would get assisted with my issue and know my information is safe. Careful you guys support is horrible no help and they make you send sensitive information without even helping or verifying your information.
