   Scam. You have to spend $200 to get a chance to win. Which is the reason anybody downloaded the app and gave their information. On top of that it won’t let me buy crypto. This app is a scam to get your info probably for digital ID

   Fake Promotions. BTCC runs ads on Instagram and even has images on the App store claiming all these promotion for free Crypto. What you actually get is fake coupons that don’t give you anything. It’s the Temu of crypto. If the company can’t even be honest about their promos, I question how safe my crypto is on their platform.

   Awful Service. Horrible customer service can’t reach anyone. They will let you deposit money but will not let you withdraw your money. There is no one to talk to about this problem. This entire app is not user friendly at all. They had me update my app then I got kicked out of conversation and it won’t let me log back in. I have no way to contact them at this point in time.

   Scam. Signed up and made several futures trades. They liquidated my account within an hour, didn’t give me enough time to top up balance and literally left me with a zero balance. This all happened in a matter of hours while I was asleep. Do not use this platform, it’s a total scam, they will drain every dollar you have. Customer service will not help you either. Total loss.

    Poor instructions. This app has no instructions on how to use it. I lost $500 all because I click a wrong button unknowingly within like 2 minutes of depositing the money. I would suggest sticking with cash app or Robinhood.

    Scam for small investors. Just so you know if youre trying to trade anything under $100 dont deposit money. I now have my money trapped in my account with basically a 50% fee to transfer it out. This app is made for people who have thousands of dollars in bitcoin - not people who are learning about trading like it pitches.

This app is horriendious to navigate with lots of stuff saying pay for more features, too many notifications, which is horrible to navigate to disable, VIP for more features locked account to transfer funds in and out, plus it list my bdag tokens somewhere, glad it was only under a dollar, anywhy don’t use this app, trust wallet seems to serve me better…

    Dont do it!! If you’re not a legit 100% professional trader, you’ll lose everything. I promise you 0.5% will make money with BTCC futures the rest will lose everything. Take it from someone who spent years researching and trading, if I had the money back I liquidated on BTCC o could buy a house instead of being broke. It’s my own fault but I wish someone had told me to stay away a long time ago. Again my own fault, but BTCC trading ruins my financial life as I know it

    Trash. Mislead. Illegal.. Don’t trust the high rating here—BTCC is literally emailing users offering 5 USDT to leave fake 5-star reviews and told me specifically NOT to mention the payment. This is a massive red flag. The app itself feels like a relic from 2011; the UI is clunky, outdated, and frustrating to navigate. Furthermore, their ‘rewards’ are incredibly misleading. Unlike other reputable exchanges where rewards are withdrawable cash, BTCC gives you ‘coupons’ that only cover trading fees. You’d have to trade hundreds of thousands in volume just to see any value. They spend millions on NBA ambassadors like Jaren Jackson Jr. to look legit, but the actual product is bottom-tier with high fees. Save your time and money—stick to the transparent exchanges that don't have to bribe their users for praise."

    Watch before you send. When I first started. I sent over some capital to start trading. But of course I didn’t send a large amount due to it being a new platform for me. I wait 2 hours and I sent to different transactions of a $1.34 twice, and my account never received it. So I setup the full identification process, and sent another $1.34. Just for it to tell me it’s been confiscated. Never told me until I set the full version but it took my money (3x) doesn’t block me from even setting up an account but allow me to go that far no head up or anything. Do not use!!!, if you do use the platform. Small amount, cause they will take your money

    SCAM! Did not pay me and deleted my account. I have been kyc verified. I wasted for my withdrawal all week. I even contacted support a couple of times since it was stuck processing, opened tickets. I get a notification that my withdrawal was cancelled and try to log in and it says disabled. Now I am upset! I will not stop until I get what’s owed to me. I will make it my duty to share others stories and make sure sure everyone knows that I am not the first. No one wants to help me so I will make sure everyone knows how this company operates!!!

    Shady exchange. This exchange is absolutely terrible. The fees are ridiculous. They liquidate your positions before your liquidation points are even hit and then if you do get liquidated, they charge you like 100s of dollars in fees. They take advantage of traders by not allowing isolated Margin. They only let you trade and cross Margin so if you do get liquidated, they try to liquidate your entire account. I know it’s because they get paid on liquidations and that is mostly how these exchanges make their money I’ve seen shady exchanges before, but this one is by far one of the shadiest. Also look into other people’s reviews. If you do actually win on their exchange, they limit your withdrawals and try to charge you exorbitant fees on any sort of transfer. Beware if you decide to use this.

    Customers AWARE THIS FRAUDSTER. Since the time I joined BTCC -LIMIT orders are executed as Market orders. LIQUIDATION is the game here and I have lost over $20,000. I requested for a 1099 as a USA person to claim the losses in my Taxes and it was denied. I therefore reported this corrupt fraudster with FTC and FBI. Before you deposit funds know that they will be lost and you have no one on your back, you’re on your own!

    five stars update. two stars unable to contact support through app. Also, all App Store ratings are biased. Platform is offering reward for five star review. I’ve been using BTCC for a while now and it’s easily one of the best crypto trading apps out there. The interface is smooth, trades execute fast, and withdrawals have always gone through without any hassle. I also like the bonus offers and futures trading options—they make it great for both beginners and more experienced traders. The 24/7 customer support team is surprisingly responsive too.
