    Used to be good. Used to be the best but lately it’s taking longer , and it’s been having a lot of “one time error” where the aftermath is either my transfer always being worth less , or they refund you the money in 24 hours …. Very fishy , if you google it it’s not even uncommon even they call it “ a one time error “ .

    Fraudulent App - Will steal your money. Check reviews on Trustpilot and Reddit. They will actively let you exchange coins, the minute you do a big transaction they will freeze your transaction, give you generic responses when you prove everything and keep you in a never ending loop. Countless people have been scammed out millions, avoid at all cost!

    15% Markup on buy Price!😂. I attempted XRP buy and it was a ridiculous 15% buy price markup! This is the worst I have seen of any app so far. This could change on larger buys plus have a fee for the buy transaction and potentially a loss of another 15% when you sell and another fee to transfer $ out. I use Kraken and a $4.99 mo fee to eliminate fees. This will not eliminate the hidden markup fee on a buy and sell. But Kraken only increases I think it was 1.5% on the buy and reduces your sell value by the same. I am not saying Kraken is the best, but do your research and even use Chat GPT for many of these questions.

    Scam. On the decentralized app Safepal, there is a coin swap using Changelly, which is a huge trap. There is no reminder that KFC certification is required, and even the word Changelly is not small. Changelly is suspected of abusing KYC to freeze customer assets. If it is a compliant and regulated institution like a bank, customers will certainly not worry about their information being deceived again by outsiders.

    EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 🤬. Money scam!!!! Support went blank after a payment of over $300 was made to buy Crypto to fund my Tyga pay account. Support was a live rep that was responding via text messages until I entered in the transaction number, the wallet number and the Blockchain tracking information of the transaction that disappeared. There is no record of the transaction in the history section of the app! I’m CONFUSED!!! I’ve been refreshing and re-logging in and out of the Changelly app since this has happened. All other features are still working on the Changelly app platform when it comes to initiating and processing more crypto transactions, BUTT! The support feature loads up then immediately goes blank each time I enter in my account login credentials to pick back up and continue the previous support conversation. It seems as though after support took a look at the transaction information concerning this particular transaction exchange, all support access switched off and the screen went grey, Butt I could still see my complaint text in the background for about 4 to 5 minutes but I couldn’t type or continue on with the communication. After that the screen turned bright white/BLANK, and has been that way since! I also have screen shots of all banking records of the deducted payment, the Changelly processed receipt with wallet and Blockchain tracking information with completed confirmation on it. All I need is for someone in SUPPORT! TO REACH OUT AND CONTACT ME ASAP OR SIMPLY FUND MY TYGA PAY ACCOUNT! PLEASE!!!!

    Very difficult to set up. Site when connected to topper request facial biometrics, verify your email, then verify your phone, then verify your bank account, then decline your transaction. No thank you. Terrible the way the system works.

    Funds held indefinitely after failed kyc. My swap was deemed suspicious and a kyc check was required to get my funds back, after the kyc was done my transaction was cancelled but they kept my original coins.
