   Missing Money from my Account Often. Money literally goes missing from their debit car without any transactions due to bugs, duplicate charges, and other issues. I’ve been talking with their support team for two weeks and still no luck.

   Warning!. This wallet has managed to cost me thousands of dollars. When I was in big profit on z-cash, it froze the coin. All the other coins were still liquid. I couldn’t sell it inside, or outside if the wallet. After it crashed, and I had lost not only my profit, but half of my initial investment, it unlocked. Yesterday, I had a leveraged trade, on a dex that I use every day. Again, I was in massive profit. One of my best trades. I went to cash out, and my wallet would not connect. I tried everything… for 20 hours straight. Customer service was no help. I watched the trade go from profit, almost to liquidation. Today, it connected again, as if nothing was ever wrong… I lost money, again. I also spent twenty hours pulling my hair out, and didn’t get to bed until 7:30 am. Customer service recommended that I send the entire wallet, to another wallet, retaining the same seed phrase. When I tried that, a note popped up that said I wasn’t connected to the internet… but I absolutely was. Unbelievable. Definitely do not recommend.

   50bps swap fee on solana?. Seriously? Why defi if you charge swap fee of 50bps? Even CEX has a lower fee rate.

   Moonpay. I was banned from using moon pay for no reason. I’ve been turned off of using exodus already by exodus. Then this. Bye forever.

    Not updating wallet. I’m tired of buying a coin when I just need 1-10$ too finish a trade so I buy it and then try the swap again while I have 10,000+ coins and my wallet will only say I have the coins I just bought too make the initial swap and that’s it, not my 10,000 other coins that are currently in the wallet. App is dog dookie this is just the beginning of it. Ide def suggest any other wallet.

    Scam. As soon as I opened an account and transferred my XRP 5 hours later it was all transferred out. Poof gone. Went to bed with what I thought was a secure platform. Woke up empty handed. Don’t use!

    Got a new phone and my funds erased. Having the secret key does nothing, if you happen to lose your phone that’s it, your funds are gone. I have extra extra extra made sure I have the secret key correctly in multiple places saved, this did not recover my funds. Don’t trust this company. I specifically chose Exodus for more safety but it cost me losing everything.

    Don’t download they are THEIVES. I was swapping a coin from bitcoin to usdt …it failed in the app but when I checked the transaction it was confirmed…I wrote to exodus they told me to write to some 3 party who they say takes care of swapping …I did and they also sent me a transfer of some transaction I know nothing about asking me to provide the info which they know I know nothing about .. and they stole my money saying since I can’t produce give info about that who he I don’t know off I can’t use my money …stupid

    Constant crashes. Last six months this app has turned to garbage. It crashes over 40 times per day. I’ve made every update and nothing helps. My wealth is held ransom by Exodus as every day after countless attempts to make the simplest of actions, the app crashes and rejects attempts to transact. I regret trusting Exodus with even $1 of my wealth. Do NOT use Exodus!

    Terrible app. I never had to login through 6 number password that was never created when I first downloaded this app now all of a sudden every time I open the app it prompts me to put in password numbers. What gives? I’m deeply disappointed with this app. Seems like a scam to me.

    Not letting me remove my money. Y’all keep scamming me I have about $30 in TRX before you don’t allow me to send it out and kept asking for 14.3314 TRX which is $4 now I deposited $4 TRX but you kept asking for another 14.3314 TRX again that is pure scam you better let me remove my money

    Extremely Disappointed – Lost My Funds on First Use. I had one of the worst experiences ever with this wallet. On my very first transaction, a large amount of my digital assets disappeared within seconds of being deposited. I never authorized any outgoing transfer, and the wallet showed activity from another device without my permission. This raises serious concerns about the security of this app and its inability to protect users’ funds. No user should lose their money simply by trusting a wallet that claims to be safe. I followed all the steps correctly, yet the system failed to safeguard my assets. I strongly warn others to think twice before using this wallet. My first experience was a financial loss, frustration, and a complete lack of confidence in the platform’s security measures.
