   Hidden subscription fees and refuses to refund. They charged me over $1,000 in subscription fees for a service that I never used and refuse to refund me for it. Customer service is basically nonexistent as well.

   I don’t understand the high reviews. This app feels like the old cable companies: it caches you with a low priced-package for then to app the cost 3 times before you can actually get what you need out of it. And each package gives very little value for the price. (Note: i am interested in the tax product. I decided to ask for a refund and look for another way. It’s $299 for just the crypto tax forms i then need to put into TurboTax which will also charge extra for having crypto income). Seems silly for them to overprice to this level instead of offering people a fair price so they become loyal customer. Especially when Claude/AI can already help w some of the same needs

   DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR TAXES. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR TAXES! The company forces you into a yearly subscription plan just to pull tax information from all your connected wallets. They do this on purpose to squeeze every penny out of their customers. They also update their polices without informing their subscribers, so you’ll never know if they change anything until it’s too late. They know people use their platform for taxes so they force people to re-subscribe each year to access tax information, even if you’re already a paid subscriber.

   Buggy & errors. Sadly this app isn’t polished and ready for prime time. Constantly need to log in each time opening the app. Totals for most coins are off and lagging. I’m looking elsewhere

   Completely Useless for Tax Reporting – Miscalculates Gains/Losses, No Refund. I purchased this cryptocurrency tax software expecting it to simplify my tax reporting, but it turned out to be completely useless. Despite following their specific instructions for importing all my wallets, the software failed to properly account for staked assets, leading to wildly inaccurate calculations. The most frustrating issue is that it misidentifies transfers and staking transactions as capital gains, significantly inflating my tax liability. According to its erroneous calculations, I would owe capital gains on $7,600 that I never actually realized. This is unacceptable, as accurate reporting is critical when dealing with crypto taxes. To make matters worse, I initially imported the tax report into TurboTax but quickly realized it was completely inaccurate. After removing it, I requested a refund for the $160 subscription fee—only to be denied. Despite the software’s clear failure to perform as advertised, they refused to take responsibility. For a product specifically marketed as a tax solution, it simply does not work. The software’s failure to distinguish between different transaction types makes it more of a liability than a tool. If I relied on its reports, I’d be drastically overpaying on my taxes. Given its complete inability to assess tax implications correctly—and their refusal to issue a refund—I strongly advise against purchasing this software.

    Latest update broke app. The UI looks great. It’s a shame that the app doesn’t allow you to input new transactions. Browser mobile also broken. Bug reported but it’s just a bummer that they missed such a glaring issue.

    They Don’t Respect Your Membership. I signed up April 11 2024 for a year long membership with this service. As of January 1 2025 they stopped showing me cost basis tracking, return and unrealized return tracking. I tried to speak with support and they told me I had to upgrade my membership to a $200/yr membership because the limit was 100 transactions. I have only made 24 transactions after I clarified that the support person told me they would have to email me later. When they emailed me all they said was I used a promo code when I signed up so instead of paying $60 for the base yearly membership I paid $47 and that because of that I now had to upgrade to the $200 membership to get the basic cost basis tracking. In all my years of using subscriptions this company is the most unprofessional of all. I have 4 months left on my membership and they’re not respecting it. They’re telling me to pay more or I can’t have access to their tools even though I have 4 MONTHS LEFT. All because I used a promo. Don’t sign up with these guys. Use any other crypto tax service out there like coinledger or koinly. These guys are money hungry thieves.

    App double counts tokens / doesn’t work. I have used this app on the past however it no longer works and would not reccomend. I moved large amounts from wallet to another. It still thinks I have those amounts in my old wallets and is double counting. When I refresh it does nothing. There is O support to find out why. Maybe I need to buy another year for it to read correctly? I have paid for a year last March, not going to buy again and find it it still doesn’t work with zero support options.

    Deceptive -waste of time and money. Provides no ongoing accountability for how capital gains calculations are being done on reports . Just a waste of money.

    OK not great. Tons of apps can easily track your portfolio without issues. This one is sketchy at best. Half of the wallets monitored have wrong or missing tokens or transactions. If data comes from onchain it should be an exact match to chain explorer data. Haha. Makes me wonder IF whatever information they are using for your taxes is even correct. Imagine being audited because the tax software/service you paid for was all wrong. For what it costs annually for this service they should really step up their game and get it right. Just because it makes it easy to file crypto taxes, doesn’t mean they are doing it right. Support is weak and just tells you pre written prompts to remove and reconnect wallets or to Coinbase. The app is slow to update and offers nothing that you can’t easily see in other free apps or exchange data. Now that crypto is becoming more mainstream more accountant’s are including this service with your incomtax filing already and at a way lower rate. SMH

    Portfolio Broken. This used to be a good app but, now portfolio doesn’t work with custom transactions. Only works properly one the web. I was told it was fixed however it still does not work.

    New update doesn’t work. The portfolio tab says “Your crypto portfolio is empty” even though I have multiple connected wallets. Even the CoinTracker website shows my portfolio correctly, so it’s clearly just an issue within the app. Very frustrating.

    Doesn’t load wallets or Connect. Have tried continuously to connect Coinbase and Coinbase wallet. Keeps saying there is an error with Coinbase, and doesn’t acknowledge the wallet connects on the app. App will not do anything.

    NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If you have an issue there is NO ONE to help. AI support is not support, it says we don’t care about you as a customer. It asks the same thing over and over and you’re in a loop of no help.

    SOLD MY EMAIL ON THE DARK WEB. Let me just say I NEVER EVER do reviews, and I thought this disgusting company deserved one. They have sold all of my email and information of the dark web, I have a software that monitors dark web and this site was the only app pinged and strangely it stopped working for me not even tracking the correct $ amount few months back. I’ll just say this now stay away I wish I did.

    Wrong balances. I gave this app a try and here is what I see: Balances on some cryptos are wrong although I put time to manually update the transactions. After syncing wallets it won’t update balances. Tried syncing one wallet and it took forever. I am also seeing discrepancy between my portfolio balance(already wrong) and the value that balance plot is showing ( by navigating the cursor to current date)

    Too expensive for so much manual reconciliation. For an app/service that’s supposed to make tracking all your crypto seamless, it’s far off the mark. Too many transactions don’t reconcile correctly across wallets, and getting transactions to reflect accurately is both tedious and time consuming. After months of back and forth with no resolution or helpful insights I was referred to their accountants for support to the tune of $500. This was after paying the $100 hobbiest tax form prep with reconciliation assistance. Wasted time and money.

    Useless.. Tried to sign up multiple times. It tells me I need to confirm a email in my email account. No email ever shows up not in the spam folder. It just does not show up. Tried with a number of emails and same thing.

    Scam. I had to put in my api key 20 times till the system actually recognized the api keys and after it worked it couldn't send me a email for my tax forms, I had to contact support to get the forms emailed to me and they emailed me incorrect forms non of the numbers were correct after I contacted them telling them it’s incorrect, they simply stoped replying.
