   SCAM $1,000,000 . The Worst Experience of My Life.. I never imagined I would be writing something like this. After using Ledger Wallet on my Mac, I lost more than $1,000,000 worth of digital assets. Years of work disappeared in what felt like a matter of minutes. Whether it was a security issue, a compromised environment, or something I still cannot fully explain, the result was devastating. What hurts the most is the false sense of confidence. I believed I was using one of the safest solutions available. I followed security recommendations, double-checked everything, and still ended up losing an amount of money that completely changed my life. Trying to get meaningful support afterward was another nightmare. Generic responses, long waiting times, and no real assistance when I needed it the most. When someone loses life-changing amounts of money, they deserve more than automated replies. This experience destroyed my trust completely. I can never recommend this software to anyone handling significant amounts of assets. Even if your own experience has been fine so far, understand that one incident is enough to erase everything you've built over many years. Please think very carefully before trusting this application with funds that matter to you. I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through what I experienced. One star is still far more than this experience deserves.

   Scam. The wallets are designed to break/malfunction so you have to replace it and when you transfer you crypto back out from the ledger wallet they take almost all profits. On top of that they don’t have customer support number so communicating with the company is almost impossible.

   Stay far away.. It takes a special kind of stupid to use a closed-source wallet with backdoor access that, Ledger themselves, confirmed exists. Don’t be stupid.

    Not Compatible With iOS Phones. How is this app rated that high when the basic version isn’t compatible with iOS phones? You either have to get the upgraded version w/Bluetooth or use a desktop. I have wasted so much time having to figure out all the limitations of this device and app

    Serious trouble connecting FlexLedger. Ever since the new Ledger Wallet App I have been unable to connect my Flex Ledger Wallet to my desktop and now having problems with my IPhone. As soon as I can connect I am getting my crypto off of this unreliable cold wallet and onto a different cold wallet. Anything is better than this company.

    extremely frustrating. This is extremely frustrating. This is already the second time in the past two months that the app breaks with the same issue. Instead of a normal password field, it shows something like “auth.unlock.inputPlaceholder” and then keeps saying “Incorrect password”, even though the password is correct. The only thing that fixes it is completely reinstalling the app, which is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a financial application. This kind of bug should not exist in a product that people trust with their assets. Please fix your authentication system and improve stability — this is a serious user experience problem.

    Ledger has became untrusting lately. Ledger in 2026: Worst app ever (Everything broken) Ledger 2024-2025 Best app ever USD currency valuation frozen for 2 months now. Reported and ignored the customer service go to move. This just shows that they went full downhill and seems like not a single person in customer support has any clue how to help anyone they just pass blame from one person to the next and will always say it is connection issues when it is not. They treat everyone like they are dumb And never listen to suggestion or feedback. Unpleasant company to deal with. Avoid the app at all costs till they get their brains back in.

    Too Many Ads. Do you like ads? Do they make you trust the company with your finances? No? Well, Ledger don’t care so you’re going to eat all the ads they can serve. Did you get scammed by their ad? Too bad. Again, Ledger don’t care.

    Dropped Nano S iOS Compatibility to get people to buy new wallets.. Used to be able to connect my nano but suddenly it’s not supported via QR code anymore. So sick of Ledger doing this type of scummy behavior. Never buying another ledger product again.

    Nano c. Ridiculous I can’t do anything with this app or with there nano x. Right out of the box i get an error message battery cannot be charged. And it’s impossible to find any kind of support. That was money well spent that I’ll never see again. This all came as a surprise with the reviews I have seen smh

    Constant updates. Now I have a brick stick. Taking hours for updates firmware and software. And yet still nothing - “contact support” device is connected but can’t open. This truly demonstrates crypto is a scam. The ridiculousness of everything in crypto. This entire industry is a scam.

    Great idea poor device implementation. Buyer beware, I Lost bitcoin funds due to poor seeding ideas which can be brute force broken over time or scanned at factory outlet by employees or stolen via just being connected to internet because you typed key phrases in word or pages, Too many vulnerabilities and zero mercy done with crypto scam buy here and there but not same level, I also watched my fund get spread to international wallets like it’s someone birthday party 😆 I wish zero stars but can’t due to policy can’t
