   Worst app for crypto. For an app that is partnering with FedNow. I expect a better app. App is slow, they have font size issues within the app. Been back and forth with the support team. He says I have to change my font size. My font is set to the standard default size. It’s a mistake on coding on their side. They have face recognition to get into the app but then after your review your order and submit it. You still have to go in an approval the transaction. Never seen that on all the crypto apps I’ve used.

    Unfriendly app / bad customer service. Download app. and did the KYC. After KYC the app locked me out and my account was frozen. Contacted customer service and was finally manually approved after a 3 day wait. I then tried to make a purchase and the app glitch and kicked me out locking me out once again. I Contact customer service again was told they closed my account without any reason. They wouldn’t even say why. The rep said it’s up to their discretion. Horrible customer service and experience. Coinbase and Crypto.com never gave me these type of headaches!!!

    This App Violates Apple’s App Store Agreement.. Metal Pay is an App on the App Store. Apple uses your information to allow the approval to download apps from the App Store. Metal Pay then takes the same information approved by Apple to download the app to collect your information and later send notice you have be Banned from using the Metal Pay app or service without any reason how you violated Metal Pay’s terms and services. I am requesting Apple remove this Metal Pay app from the App Store due to this app data collecting user’s information which seems to be a breach of agreement for customers downloading this app from the Apple App Store.

    Withdrawal was easy in 2021! NOW it’s very hard!!!!. I can’t withdraw the six figures I have in this app, I’m very disappointed! They make it impossible for you to withdrawal money now, but easy to deposit. They use to have the option to cash out in the same form of deposit to your bank in minutes, I message support on numerous occasions for the past 3 years and they said they’re working on it. Nothing has happened. They can easily revert back to the method they were using in 2021 when I withdrew fund often back then. But nothing they rather withhold my funds and make it impossible for me to withdraw!!!! So disheartening and frustrating!

    Wouldn’t let me create a account avoid this app.. Tried creating an account for the first time and was notified i cant “decision was final” they said. Complete waste of time. What kind of app denies people for no reason? (Giving me an account would literally break no rules or regulations, excuses!)

    Worst wallet to have!. Difficult to used. I can’t even buy usdc or to recieved. I bought a xpr got failed many times. But i get charged in my bank twice. I talk to customer service. They just said wait, it will be back to your account. They don’t do nothing. Its a hassle and prostration dealing with them. So i decided to close my account. Go else where that has better and easy platform to used.

I live in the USA and tried to authenticate using my driver’s license and Customer Service ended up freezing my account and then sent an email stating that I can never open an account with them. I asked why and they provided me no reason at all. What a tyrannical company that shuts people down without providing them a reason why. Screw this company!

    MetalPay Is A Scam!. I submitted a btc withdrawal 12 hours ago and it is still pending. I reached out to customer service through their email to let them know about the issue and possibly if they could cancel or approve the transaction. I keep hearing how my issue has been escalated to the necessary team but have not heard a response at all. This is over $1,000 which I just no longer have access to.

    ALERT-SCAM 100% FRAUD "WARNING". Money goes in and can never come out. Huge deceptive sign up practices. Has not since it's inception allowed anyone to CASH out back to their original funding source or bank account. Hundreds of bad reviews. And YouTube examples of people not getting their money or any of their value back. This app should be removed from the App Store.

    Don’t waste your time or money.. Lost money using Metallicus products. Contacted customer support and was met with no resolution. Their Dapp Metal X held my funds hostage and they refuse to reimburse me for the bug in their application. Now I have an account holding useless tokens at a 100% loss since I can not move them from the application. Even if their virtual currencies go up 5x in the future, I’ll have no way to take profit. Their application is not ready for any type of adoption and I lost trust and believe this company and suite of products is a complete scam and waste of time. As a crypto user for many years I can safely say this suite of products is a joke and new users and vetted users should not participate in the fraudulent operation called Metallicus Inc. I will be filing a report with the CFTC, SEC and FTC in regard of encouragement for investigation in operation. This company and all of its participating “advisors” and “team members” are thieves. Trust this review, many others say the same thing. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Scam/not honest. I withdrew $340 and it says that I have to pay fee $12. So I expected to receive $328. Guess what? They overcharged $112 and I received only $228. Wow big scam!

    STAY AWAY. signed up for the app verified myself and deposited my money. Depositing was fairly straightforward and I had no issue, but when I tried to withdraw it sat on pending until I email them to see what the issue was and they asked me a bunch of questions and asked for a bank statement and locked my account. I now have thousands sitting on their app that I can’t access and I’m at their mercy! PLEASE IF ANY PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER IS READING THIS, RUN AWAY! DO NOT DEPOSIT ON THIS APP. I just pray I get my money back. I filed a complaint with BBB, CFPB and also my attorney general. Update: they closed my account and is holding my money hostage! Saying I can withdraw it in may!!
