  1. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Error in first 2 minutes. Within the first 2 minutes of walking through the app I was met with a Error Loading Page message.

  2. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Not recommended…borderline scam!. You can’t cancel through your iPhone subscriptions list. It doesn’t even appear on your subscription list. Then they’ll charge you $75 and say there’s no way they can refund your money, which is B.S. BUT instead they’ll give you a “lifetime membership”. I would not recommend this app!

  3. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Remove from store. Sets up auto cc charge. Won’t let you remove in app or through Apple. Total scam targets people looking for help.

  4. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Terrible Product and App. I signed up thinking that it was going to help. But after paying for it I find it’s complete garbage. Run away at all costs. It would not shock me to find out if they paid for all their positive reviews

  5. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Useless. Everything is about ED and you pay a subscription for the app and then to actually get the marriage counseling part. I want you to pay 50 more dollars extra and give you a coach. The app is horrible to navigate and give you no actual information if you’re seeking to fix your marriage it’s solely focuses on ED and performance. It’s plastered everywhere.

  6. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Misleading ads and overcharging. This company advertisements for this app are misleading and fail to deliver what they promise. The application also charges the annual subscription price monthly even after cancellation. Billing has not responded to my request for clarity.

  7. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Rip off. Everything is behind a paywall. Everything. There is no “personal plan” your tenet dollars a month subscription is a joke. I assume these apps just rely on people being too embarrassed to leave a review and I can’t believe I fell for this again with another app. I’m going to go debate suicide now.

  8. ★★★★trial charges and refunds

Misleading and devious. Horrible AI Audio/Surprise Charge. Update: When I paid for this app, it said I was buying a one-time $19.99 app that would give me a month of the program. It made it sound like I could use that month-long program and that was it. They tried to sell me on a bunch of upgrades but I turned them all down. I just wanted the one program. Because of life and school, I was doing the program at my own pace and not getting through each lesson in a day. I didn't think it mattered. Then today, I wake up to $45.99 charge, saying my month trial was over and my subscription had started. It was not clear that I was getting a month trial that led to a subscription, or I never would have signed up. They made it sound like a month long program. To their credit, they removed the charge very quickly when I wrote them. But of course they also canceled my access to the course that I paid for. In spite of the terrible AI audio (see original review below) that I ended up skipping, I was hopeful the course would do some good. But I will never know because they took my money and cut me off from finishing it. Hugely disappointing and deceptive theft. These programs might be working for some people, but the company is devious and untrustworthy. Again, at least they removed the charges, but how many people don't bother fighting it? Or miss the charge altogether? Very suspect. Keep looking. (Original review) I was very hopeful for this app to be helpful and it seems like there's potential (I haven't gotten that far yet) but the audio is clearly AI with weird broken pronunciations and odd inflections, sometimes weird wording and pronouncing things like "asterisk asterisk asterisk." How are we supposed to feel a connection to this material that is meant to create connection with a partner when they can't even be bothered to hire a real actor or therapist to voice the audio? And clearly no one has actually gone through this material to see if it was done well. I am guessing the entire program was probably created by AI and just thrown up on the appstore. It feels like it's just a money grab, not actually people who care about fixing your relationship.

  9. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Looks great on the ads. Saw some interesting information initially. After a couple weeks it turned into Kegels for 20 weeks.

  10. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

WARNING. Beware that this app is scammy!! They sneak up charges for an ongoing subscription, there’s poor customer service almost as if it’s set up to unsubscribe from a black hole of subscription charges. $47.99 is not pocket change! DONT DO IT! DO NOT GET THIS APP!! Rating of -⭐️

  11. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Hiden Subscriptions!. Never download! They have a 48$ hidden subscription that charges you monthly. The support team refused to refund me even though I never signed or paid for any subscription. I never write reviews but this is absolutely not okay. Don’t trust this app.

  12. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Screen time out -cuts off. Aggravating auto shuts off with your screen time out settings. Unlike music apps that keep open, this sucks mainly because I don’t want to change my display time out to always on because I forget and my battery dies. Content is just ok, not well organized

  13. ★★★★trial charges and refunds

No trial?. Everything POSSIBLY useful requires a subscription. The only thing that isnt is you giving them information on what your situation is. Would be nice to at least have a week to try it before you buy it.

  14. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Deceptive Advertising. I’m a week in and there has been nothing that directly addresses pelvic floor hypertension. The ads I saw were all about the danger of kegels leading to hypertension, and then the whole program is kegels without any explanation on how these are different and will somehow NOT lead to hypertension.

  15. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Subscription shock. This is a $50/month subscription, didn’t see anywhere that showed how much past the initial price. Contacted customer service after it was supposed to be cancelled and was met with legal mumbo jumbo about contract language, looked like a canned response, obviously others have had the same issue. Check the privacy settings as they ask a lot of personal questions.

  16. ★★★★privacy and excessive permissions

TOTAL SCAM!!!. Installed without permission. Sent invoices to email. Tried to hit my credit card. SCAM!!!!!!

  17. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Scam/Fraud. I can’t recall why I initially downloaded this application, but I believe it was most likely to get access to pelvic floor exercises. I was initially charged $19.99. I canceled my subscription within a week. There isn’t anything special in this app, hence the prompt cancellation. I was then charged $47.99 for 3 consecutive months. The subscription doesn’t show in my recent Apple subscriptions, nor did I receive any other kind of confirmation via email/text/notification that I was being charged. They say they won’t reimburse me even though I haven’t had the app for months. I will continue to update with one star reviews until the company no longer exists. If they are that hard up for $143, that is most likely where they are headed.

  18. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Scam. Trash scam. Stay far far away from

  19. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Auto renewals. Be very careful if you’re just planning to try out this service. They force you to auto renew and it’s not tied into Apple subscriptions. Refunds aren’t an option either. I would recommend another service that isn’t so predatory.

  20. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Complete Scam! Will charge you after Canceling. I have spoken with this company multiple time about canceling my subscription. I have the emails. They keep charging me! Total scam company! Horrible app! Liars. They will not cancel your subscription. They will keep charging you. Avoid this app

  21. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

⭐1/5 - Misleading subscription practices. Beware before signing up. When I purchased the app, only the one-month fee was displayed with no clear indication that it would automatically renew as a recurring monthly subscription. I signed up purely to try it for a month, and was charged $xx again without any warning.   When I contacted their support team twice requesting a refund, they denied it both times, citing their Terms of Use. Instead of a refund, they offered lifetime free access — which sounds generous but doesn't put money back in your pocket when you were charged without clear consent.

  22. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Misleading Health Claims. An Instagram ad claimed Relatio generates custom plans for pelvic floor issues, specifically highlighting hypertonia and the danger of doing Kegels (which worsen the condition). The onboarding questionnaire confirmed I had an overactive pelvic floor, that a Dr would review my plan (a lie) and then I was assigned a plan for a weak pelvic floor with kegels to start! I thought it was an honest mistake/bug so I contacted support (which is AI) which informed me that they only have one fixed plan. Nothing personalized, nothing for hypertonia. Why make the ad? It’s a scam. Reporting to the FTC given their plan makes a debilitating condition worse. Completely unethical (their response will be AI generated, just wait)

  23. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Scummy Tactics. This app is will email you multiple times a day until you subscribe. Then once subscribed you’ll never see an email again, allowing you to forget that you subscribed. Then, once you unsubscribe, you’re back to the daily emails. Hmmmm…I see a pattern

  24. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

BEWARE!. What seems like a one time purchase on this app will turn into a recurring $47.99 charge. Total tipoff.

  25. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

    Bad app. worse customer service.

  26. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Nit happy. I came across an advertisement on Instagram that caught my attention with its description and visuals. If you have issues with pelvic floor dysfunction, muscle tightness, nerve pathway problems, or pudendal neuralgia, be aware that all exercises are focused on Kegel exercises, which should be avoided at all costs. Opting out of the services and closing the payment has been a complete nightmare. The company sends numerous emails expressing regret over my cancellation, yet they do nothing to assist. I had to call my bank to block transactions and monitor any new withdrawals from my account.

  27. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. Basic information already on the web. They don’t let you look ahead to see topics so you are stuck to their subscription schedule. They jack up the price after introductory offer, and absolutely do not refund since in order to cancel you can’t just do through the app but have to contact support via email. Absolutely do not recommend this product.

  28. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Too many stars. BEWARE! Wish I could give it zero stars. Canceled my subscription and still got charged. The only response I received was “we can’t do refunds…sorry”. Gonna reach out to BBB next. BEWARE!

  29. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Exercise. I did not realize this is exercising. A little in a chair ok. But if I have to pay for this in getting professional help not this online thing.

  30. ★★★★account bans or deletion without explanation

We’re eventually going to tell you. This app worked like one of those YouTube videos that keeps saying they are going to give you some valuable piece of information, yet never actually does. This app is designed to keep you using it, subscribing to it, but what it does, who will ever know. It plays out information at a rate that it chooses, not that the user does. Unsubscribing was impossible. My bank reported their fraudulent charges and I had to cancel my card! Their product support is 100% BOTS. Apps like this should be purged from the App Store!
