   Useless. The app that I had been using that was free had my data from my car for the last seven years and they suddenly decided to discontinue it and I lost all my data so I try to find the best one out there , download this one I do not like it . can I get a refund?

   Terrible app. This app is useless. Last update was a year ago therefore majority of 2026 vehicles aren’t listed and don’t show in my vehicle. Wasted 8 bucks

   Cannot retroactively add a fuelup.. Changing my rating to 1 star because you cannot add a missed fuelup without deleting all of the fuelups after it. (The "Last odometer" field is autofilled and you cannot change it manually. Therefore the mileage calculation will be WRONG.)

   It was great!. Everything was great with this app until today when it logged me out “since my credentials changed”. When I went to reset my password it gave me an error filled with a bunch of computer code! What’s going on!?!?!

   Beyond angry. You get 1 star because I can’t leave 0. I have used this app for many years with numerous vehicles. Suddenly it stopped allowing me to access it. Requiring me to login but at the same time Not allowing me to login. Please fix this problem.

   Lack of features. After using this app on Android for years, it’s disappointing to find the lack of features the in IOS version.

   Now worthless. Used for over 10 years but recently updated and all logs corrupted. Very frustrating.

   Fails at basic math. I’ve been using the app a while now and it does not appear to track MPG correctly. The simple math is divide the miles traveled since the last fill up by the gallons needed to fill current fill up. I fill up to full every trip to gas station and the number it calculated is off. This has potential to be a great app if it could simply do what it was designed to do- track mpg. I love all the features but the app is pretty much useless when it can’t perform simple arithmetic.

   Can’t add vehicles. It was a good app. Now I can’t add any new vehicles. It hangs up without loading any model years. I have rebooted my phone, reloaded the app, and still can’t add a new vehicle.

    Worked until it didn’t. Same as previous reviewer: worked fine until it stopped letting me log in. I’ve tried resetting my password 5 times and turning off DNS filter AND VPN, but it still does not let me in. Will be migrating manually tu drivvo (being a new driver with barely a year of data on this app helps)

    Was great until it broke. I’ve been using this app for many years across many vehicles, but now it’s saying I’ve been logged out and I can’t manage to log back in. Just gives a bunch of html back in an error box when I try to login. The website still works though…

    Could have been great. I’ve had this app (including when it was under a different name) for over 11 years. If memory serves, this was originally a pay once and you own it app. Now it requires you to subscribe just to take a photo of your receipt. Sure it’s under 10 bucks a year but why should I pay again (and again) for something I already own. There are better apps out there (and some free) than this. I would look elsewhere.

    Does not have current stations. The app does not have a current list of stations and does not save ones manually added.

    No notifications anymore. I used to get a notifications when services were due. No longer receive those.

    I hate a paid app changing to a subscription app. Used to love it but now they want me to create an account so we can pay again for what we already paid for.

    Will delete all your records after a year of tracking no customer service. Completely deleted all my data tried to reach out to customer service and I got refunded a dollar, all my data is lost, and no one has taken any time to try to help. Don’t waste your money here it literally defeats the entire purpose of having records.

    Works well but…. We’re almost half way through 2024 and they don’t have 2024 Chevy Colorado available to update.

    Be aware!. The developer did code limitation on notes under vehicle general information which caused that I lost huge amount of data!!! Their customer support was useless to help recover deleted data as well.

    Nice app but deleted it.. Found the app to be useful and wanted the other features in the pro version. Upgraded to the pro version but the pro features were never unlocked for me. Checked to be sure it was purchased, my Apple account showed that I did indeed purchase the pro version. Still, stuck in the free version and the app continues to offer the pro version to unlock other features. Never worked for me, so uninstalled the app, cancelled the automatic annual payment for the pro version and decided that I really don’t need to track my mileage. If I decide to track my mileage in the future I’ll go with another app.

    Login broken. Login credentials all of a sudden do not work and a long string of code appears in an error message when attempting to log in again.

    Can’t log in & website server down. We’ve used Fuelly for YEARS with no issues. All of the sudden today neither of us can log in because it says our credentials have changed and then when we got to reset passwords, we get this long error message. Can’t use app support because it takes you to the page that says their server is down. Hopefully this generates a response 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Abandoned App. The last update was over 4 years ago, yet the dev still hides features behind paywalls and ads (literally at times the ads cover the app making it unusable). I started using this when it was acar on Android, paid for a lifetime membership and then it was bought by a company who did away with the lifetime.

    No update in 3+ years. Don’t waste your time with this app. The developer has been saying for years he is going to update this app and never has. Many features do not work anymore. My opinion is he is just stringing people along to milk as much money as he can out of the paid subscriptions.

    Garbage. This thing is total garbage compared to its brother on android called aCar. The notifications in this app just plain old don’t work. I exchange several emails with their support and I just don’t care. Also, the lack of the ability to track trips for expense reimbursement is terrible. Road Trip MPG is far superior to this piece of trash and allows for a Imports of data. I have been a aCar/Fuelly user and subscriber for over a decade, and I am disappointed that I have to abandon it for lack of support and features on iOS.

    Trash. This app is trash. Looks like it works for many others but I cannot get it to work! It will not show mpg no matter what I do. Such a simple thing to do, but, this app will not do it. I’ve been trying for over a month - their support seems to be also no good because they won’t help.

    Major Privacy Concern. I really liked this app for logging my fuel and services done to my vehicle. I had done so along with notes for just over two years. However, in no way shape or form was I aware, until recently that all the information you input is public for anyone to see. (All you need to do is input your username or the car you drive into google). I don’t mind if they wanted to use the mpg info for reference or data but the fact all my information is public is very concerning. I don’t like the fact someone can figure out what car I drive and where. Don’t think I can continue to use the app unless this is able to be opted out in some way or has an option to be privatized.

    Take The Money And Run. Will I’ve been had!?!!? I thought this was a good app but they took money for a yearly subscription and then two days later took it again. I tried to cancel and it said I did but then I got charged again. Did some checking and yep it’s a scam. No updates in over 4 years and no one reply’s to your questions. Just take the money and run.
