   Terrible app. Useless for viewing navigation on the car’s built-in screen. Customer service representative Nick refused to respond to a direct request for a refund within an hour of subscribing and founding app unusable.

   Pay before you try. Wanted to see what this really does that my Ford app doesn’t. However you can’t get a feel for it without paying. I selected monthly option knowing I could cancel any time. Turns out this does nothing I don’t already have access to on my Ford app. Not worth keeping for me. Went to cancel and find it signed me up for the $49 one time fee AND some $9.99 a month subscription. That doesn’t make me happy. Have requested a full refund. Buyer beware.

   Very expensive. It is much better to plug your phone into the car. It’s safer that way as well. It’s very and very expensive not worth the price.

   Criminal enterprise !!!. Had to pay for the month to only find out it wasn’t supported in my car. They should not list year make and models that won’t work. Total rip off - emailed for refund immediately after they they ghosted me.

   Not a good app. This I was told this was an app that would allow me to control my car radio through my phone. ITS NOT TRUE!!!! I was never able to do anything except open the app itself. I never used this app not even once and yet Apple is telling me I have to pay for it. What a joke do not install or invest

    Don’t be tricked. Don’t be tricked into thinking you need to purchase this app. Apple CarPlay will provide, for free, what you need. The customer service with CarPlay sync and connect is so poor that I did not get responses from them about canceling my service.

    Useless App. This app is a complete waste of money. I mistakenly purchased this app with the intention of using it for Uconnect in my vehicle. The app does not offer any features that are listed such as remote access accessibility in full CarPlay syncing. Do not purchase this app please use alternate ways of connecting. This app is misleading and a waste of money and time.

    Ford Not supported. Wished they gave a written statement that fords are not support. Did not try app. Did subscribe.

    Never buy it.. This app doesn't support certain vehicles until you purchase it. And even if you request a refund after purchase if your vehicle isn't supported, they won't give you one.

    Poor customer service. This company simply do not respond to inquiries. As soon as I installed the app, I immediately noticed it was not working in my car and then wrote them a message on their app page where I expressed my concerns about my needs and what this app was giving me. I told them that if the app did not do what I needed, it was of no use to me. I’ve been trying to find a phone to call them as they do not respond messages and I cannot find it anywhere. Right now I just want my subscription cancelled and my money refunded
