   Garbage. Better alternatives. They try to shove AI down your throat I have to login each time I use it on the PC. However, I never have to login when I use it on the phone. Interesting. The current note moves to the top, which might be a good feature for some… But I prefer things organized, and within my control. This company acts like Apple in which it does not allow you to customize your own product. There are better, free alternatives that are not as buggy, but don’t make you log in, have customer support (this company has zero support) and are not making you bend over, forcing AI into you.

   Scammed out of Premium. Every month I pay for premium and don’t get the premium benefits! They take my money and don’t provide what’s stated. I’ve reached out to them and have heard nothing. I have literally used this service for well over 10 years and this is just annoying and I will be finding a different service.

   Will not allow copy paste. App continuously blocks users from repeatedly copy/pasting content from note.

   I used to love it so I bought it. I paid for unlimited access. I bought the whole thing but now they’ve changed their rules and they want a monthly fee. They’re no longer selling it as a one time purchase and now they’re also inconsistent difficult to log into everything‘s changed. I no longer like this product at all It’s untrustworthy.

   Terribly Disappointed. I have paid an annual fee to use this app for several years and found it to be very useful. Now I find the price has increased to a completely unaffordable amount. It will take me a while to remove my information but remove it I will. I hope no one else suffers the same defeat as I.

   Not syncing. I used to love this app but it hasn’t synced my data and now it’s like my notes are lost , the title exists but the content isn’t viewing and is shows a loading sign

   My Files and Such. Love this app. So much to put on there is so much fun to play with. However, after updating the app, it totally erased all the data from me. Even the password. Unfortunately, I have no notes on what I wanted to purchase from Walmart. All I could do is wing it by memory, and that’s not a lot.

    Inkpad not displaying anything but blank page. Not working & opening to blank page unable to use anything because all I get is a blank page. I wanted to reset but would lose all saved data! Which is unexceptionable, has not worked for at least a week. Please fix!

    P*** ADS non stop. I keep getting the same inappropriate ads from TEMU. I’ve hit not interested in the add 300 times and nothing helps. It pops back up 5 seconds later. Don’t use this app! Literally, the default notes app is 20x better. They also don’t sell your data and files like this app!

    Ink Pad. Ink pad wiped all 8 years of notes of the Obama Administration crimes, Clinton crimes and more 6 months before the 2020 election. Today ink pad put a black check mark on the app and it won’t let me get to my notes of the last 3 years. 2024 ELECTION TAMPERING INK PAD HAS NOT NOTIFIED ME

    Worst Note Pad. Every Single Time you open the App you get the most annoying pop up that you have so many sincs left. OMG, I’m done!!

    Version 2.4.1. New version, lost all notes that I need, have to have. When open a note I have, “No Page Found” “Exception: Bad State: No Element” please fix issues that you created!

    New update. Updated the app today and lost more than half my notes. When I click on the note it says page not found. Don’t do the new update!!

    Freezes and becomes invisible. Great app. Saves onto your account just in case of app failure. I thought I lost all notes. Nope they saved to my Google account. Great app for sure. ❤️

    iPhone app goes blank. I really enjoy this app and I pay for the premium version but in the last several months the app just goes blank, just a blank yellow page and the only way to fix it is to delete the app and reload thru the App Store! Very annoying and a major distraction when I’m busy finding a file. FIX THE APP!!!

    Can’t recommend. I like this app for my phone but the repeated pop up to sync with other google devices was annoying so I finally caved & now I’ve lost 4 significant notes due to errors - it was fine before this stupid sync feature. Why can’t these developers just leave well enough alone? Ugh!

    Worst app… please don’t install. This is worst app… breaks all of sudden… you will loose your data all of sudden.. uoyu can’t get it … it will force you to upgrade… this is fake app.

    App not working. I’ve been using this app since it’s been available and I’m sad that I can’t use it on my iPhone any longer. I’ve tried removing and re-downloading it several times. My screen is gray and I can’t see any of my notes saved. It’s been so inconveniencing not having access to anything. I always have to log in from the website in order to use it. Can someone please fix this? I even have a subscription cos I thought that would help, but nothing is working.

    Gray box. Unable to see my info has a gray box over my content, have to delete then reinstall app on my iPhone 12. Communication with developer did not help.

    This WAS was the best note pad. Now it doesn’t work at all. It never opens.😤😤😤😤😤😤. For many years it was the only note pad I used. Now suddenly it just stopped working. It just grays out & never opens, when I went to the website it kept making me log in but never opened & it wouldn’t even open from the App Store. 😤😤😤😤😤

    Uninstalling and Reinstalling. I love the app but ever since I got my new iphone I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to access my files. When I open it up there’s a frozen gray screen that doesn’t allow me to do anything. It’s very problematic. So I usually have to force shutdown the app, delete it and reinstall it. It’s so funny because I didn’t have this issue on my android phone.

    Continues to crash on iPhone 13 pro max. Really liked this app but it doesn’t seem to be stable. White hazy screen covers notes. You have to remove the app and reinstall to see your data.
