   Need help - doesn’t print. I downloaded this app, filled the pantry. But this program does me no good if I can’t print the list for my husband to take to the store. I know you can share, not my husband way of doing things. If not able to print, I’ll have to delete and go with a more usable program for our needs.

   Won’t sync with my phone. So I spent 30 minutes moving my information from Shopping List over to this app and now it won’t sync with my phone. There is a cover-up on the screen (don’t have an account yet? Sign up )which is on top of the buttons to push for “use your existing online profile”…so I can’t click to use my existing profile with Apple! Can no one make something that’s easy to use? Doesn’t have landscape mode, so I can’t rotate phone and access the buttons

   Doesn’t work for sharing. Great for making lists for myself, but the account login doesn’t work and the primary reason I wanted it was so my wife and I could share lists and add things to them so that when either one of us went to the store we could get everything. On both of our phones we just get errors whenever we try to log in. We’ve tried creating new accounts, updating passwords, etc, nothing has worked. Great as a list creator, but I can do that with any note tool, the advertised benefit here is being able to sync, and it doesn’t.

   Loss of Customization. You can no longer move individual entries on the grocery list by grabbing and holding to move to the position that you choose. It will merely return to the location that the app placed it when the food item was created.

   Nice looking but no sharing. The sharing capabilities do not work. The developer has not been able to get it to work . Too bad since I like the layout of the list part of the App

   How do you “sync”. This app is worthless, downloaded it to have a shared list with my household to make my life easier. Everyone downloaded the app and no one could see anyone else’s list.

   Keeps crashing. I used to like this app but just got a new iPhone and it is crashing every minute. It just freezes when I’m scrolling or trying to check off an item. Super frustrating.

    Limited capabilities. No sort function, no search function - the more items added to My Pantry, the more time scrolling and hunting. The app does its own sorting with no discernible pattern. Simple alphabetical would be a plus. Time to move on and find something better.

    Bad app. Can not log into my account. Says user name but no place to put a user name Scan receipts useless. Keeps telling me it is a duplicate receipt. Can’t delete receipt and can not find any receipts that I may have scanned to see if I had scanned this receipt before No way to contact a support person

    Need to Alphabetize and Improve Customer Support. I wish the items that have been checked off would be alphabetized. It is very time consuming to search through the list to reactivate an item for my next shopping trip. If this were changed, this would be a much more user friendly app. I have used this one for a few years. I have also written, three different times, in to customer support regarding my alphabetizing request. Each time, I received the same automated email response and never got the impression that anyone even cares about customer opinions. I recently started using AnyList and have been able to do EVERYTHING I’ve been wanting to do with this one. I have deleted ListEase from my phone, never to turn back.

    Share Functionality - Maybe, maybe not. Updating a shared list appears to only work in one direction. And weirdly, that’s from the sharee to the sharer. Ultimately end up with duplicates on a list that is intended to be enduring. The functional implementation of this capability is poor.

    Just when you thought it was safe…. It seemed like this app had finally gotten its act together - thank you! Most of the incredibly annoying little quirks had been toned down or removed, and for the last several years, it’s been a joy. Of course, I never updated it, because that never ends well, until in a moment of madness, I did tonight. OMG! What a mistake. An edit box that appears over every single item you’re trying to enter? EVERY SINGLE ONE??? Why in the world would you think that bogging down every entry on the off chance that someone might need to make an edit - which is very easy to do individually when needed - was a good idea? Was there a contest to see who could come up with the most useless and annoying tweak? Well, congratulations. You’ve done it. And again, there seems to be no way to turn it off, which is about par for the course. You people need to get a clue.

    Won’t work. Used to work great. Now my husband’s list won’t sync with mine. Now I can’t log in after resetting my password. Not sure what happened as it was a great idea.

    Keeps kicking me out. I just downloaded the app after hearing amazing things about it. I still wanna give it a try, but it keeps on kicking me out whenever I try to do anything in the app I have no idea why.

    Always freezes!. I love this app but every time I open it to add an item it freezes. Or if I need to look at it in the store while I’m shopping, it freezes. Yes it’s updated, yes I have the most current iOS. Yes I close all other apps in the background. It’s been this way for years! Very frustrating but I do love the app.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is broken, it glitches and puts lists from months ago and doesn’t have the same list for all the users so we all get confused and buy the wrong stuff. DO NOT DOWNLOAD i’ve tried everything to fix this problem and NOTHING has worked

    Not so good. So far, the look and feel is good and layout also. But, sharing the list with family not so much. Literally the only reason I downloaded this app is so my family and I can share, edit etc a list together. On one Childs phone, nothing he puts on the list shows up til hours later and the family list doesn’t even show up at all on another child’s phone. I trued everything. Works fine on my phone and my wife’s phone. It is pretty worthless if we cant edit one list together as a group.

    Easy. After several years of constant use (and loving this app), it has now stopped working. It closes when I add an item to the list so is worthless. I deleted and added back but has same problem. Oh well, off to look for another grocery list app 🥲

    App is freezing up. I love your app, but it started doing wonky things with the tax amount when I changed it. I deleted the app to try again and now it just freezes. Super sad, because it was the best grocery app with a pantry list. I hope y’all can fix whatever is going on. I can’t find a way to send a message to support. Please fix your app!

    Garbage App. Garbage app. Locks up. Unintuitive. On the plus side, it’s free, so you don’t have to pay to be frustrated.

    Please fix the glitches. I've been using this app for years and I love it BUT there has never been a time where I have used this app where it didn’t glitch and freeze, causing me to close it out completely and reopen the app. It’s super annoying and almost causing me to just handwrite my grocery list at this point.

    Better than others, but. Ok. Looking for another. It seemed nice until I tried to use it. I entered about 10 items to test. Scanning barcodes was great, except you can’t see it after you scan it. So I got over that limitation, tried to use the app. After entering the items I normally buy, I tried to make a list for shopping, and wanted to tell it how many of each I want. It doesn’t work like that. There’s no way to make an actual shopping list. It’s just a simple check box one item at a time. Can’t make an actual shopping list. It’s easier to use a numbers spreadsheet. Too bad, it looks like it has potential. Need to be able to tell it how many of each item you want, or it’s not usable.
