Attachment File Feature. The feature that is needed, the most is the ability to upload and attach files screenshots and photos to the events that you are putting in the note feature is good, but it could be so much better if it allowed the functionality to include screenshots, photos and files I’ve been requesting this for over two years

Lousy Layout. Layout sucks, too hard to find tasks and delete them. Mind you, I’m 27. Not some old boomer. The layout of this app is just absolutely horrendous and editing or deleting stuff is like going on a scavenger hunt with no list of items or clues to find the items.

Deletes list items. The entire point of the app is shared lists, but sometimes it randomly deletes items after you add them. It also has a lot of ads and a clunky UX, but that would be okay if it worked to maintain shared lists. Unfortunately it doesn’t.

No customer service. I’ve used this app since 2012, 14 years!!!! Has been amazing, but had an issue and the help link immediately sends you to a blank web site but won’t let you click the links within the help page on the app. I’ve been charged twice! $39. So if it doesn’t get resolved, they may have charged me $78, but it’ll be the end of our 14 year relationship and they won’t get any more referrals from me.

Recent Bug Makes It Unusable. My husband and I downloaded Cozi in 2021 and it’s been our go-to grocery app for years, but in the past couple of months it has stopped being useful — I will add something and it will vanish when my husband refreshes his list, or I will delete items that will reappear when he opens his. The solution has been for him to be the only one updating the list, which defeats the purpose of the app in the first place. Currently scouting out other apps that are similarly simple but that actually work.

Is this a joke?. The app won’t even work whatsoever, I can’t type anything. Nothing opens up… once you reopen it. It’s a black screen. Garbage. It’s probably all fake reviews on here.

Freezing. I just downloaded the app today, paying for the yearly subscription and I go to write in my 3rd date of events and the app keeps freezing. Why would I pay for something I can’t even put dates into? I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, fully updated my phone, turned it off and back on and it still freezes. It’s the only app giving me issues. Not worth being free, definitely not worth a subscription.

Used to be excellent. My entire family depends on this app for appointment scheduling, grocery lists etc. We have used Cozi Gold for years & rarely ever had an issue until a few months ago. Lots of lagging, blank pages these past few months when trying to scroll ahead & back a few weeks/ months, a necessity when trying to schedule a future appointment or look back to verify a date for previous appointments etc. Now today the app kicked me out & wont let me log back in but I need access to my calendar immediately. It took me so long to give up my paper planner but I did bec Cozi WAS that good. Very disappointing that your programmers have made so many changes that they have ruined a good thing.

Laggy, dated design and frequent crashes. The premise of this app is great. The execution is stuck in the past. Cozy feels like an app that was started in the Android Gingerbread days and never evolved. The design is dated, although seems utilitarian. Biggest issue is the crashes. iPhone 17 Pro Max on iOS 26.2.1 and the app hard froze at least 5 times while I was just exploring.

So sad. Been using this app for years but lately it barely functions. The grocery list doesn’t show everything and won’t update. The calendar send reminders of appointments whenever it feels like it if at all. The app is just trash anymore. Update: deleted app. Found a much better one.

I used this app a long time ago and switched to another for a couple of years, I came back to this recently (2026) and have been disappointed to find that despite paying for it it is actually worse than when I used to pay for it in 2023. Recipes don't work anymore and nothing has improved. I think the devs have all just moved on. Not worth paying for any more.

Not the same. Used this app years ago with some level of satisfaction. Came back to it a few days ago, and I don't know what they've done, but it's buggy and doesn't do basic tasks like adding an event to the daily calendar or creating new tasks. Tired of fighting with all these digital calendars, going back to pen and paper.

AI function. do not upgrade to the max version. The AI function is extremely basic. It just suggest recipes no way to customize. It’s easier using ChatGPT.

Continued Freezing. This app froze a minimum of 5 times in just initially trying to get it set up. And then continued to freeze even after upgrading for the free trial, I couldn’t even get as far as entering any events into the calendar. Would freeze, and I’d force close it hoping a reset would help, however, it did not. Eventually gave up trying as it was not worth the headache.

Dec 2025 update has ruined this app. We have been using this app for years. But the Dec 2025 update now has an AI scheduler feature that takes up the top quarter of the screen. I don’t want it trolling through my emails offering nonsense appointments. I will NEVER pay for this feature. And now there is a big lock icon advertising this idiotic feature in my way. Take it off, Cozi.
