   Nope, Nope, and Nope. If you like difficult and frustrating, then choose this. I didn’t get past choosing a sticker because, call me stupid, but I couldn’t place the sticker. I guess it’s not as simple as just tapping the sticker and tapping where you want to place it. This is supposed to mimic a paper planner. I’ll take the paper, thank you very much.

   Theft of money. I did not sign up for a year subscription, I thought I signed up for the free trial. As soon as I pressed the button, I was automatically billed for the year and to top it of that, Apple will not refund. I feel this is a scam.

   Paid for lifetime subscription but now they changed their mind and they want annual subscription fee. I paid a lot for a lifetime unlimited subscription and loved it (even with the bugs). Then they came out with no warning and said everyone’s lifetime subscriptions were canceled and we would have to immediately pay for annual subscriptions even though we had already paid for lifetime unlimited! They did not even say “sorry, we will refund your lifetime unlimited subscription so you can purchase an annual subscription”. The app was pretty but it had flaws—I could have lived with the flaws because it was just my personal calendar, but with the sleazy bait-and-switch where you buy a lifetime unlimited subscription but they decide they won’t honor it? That’s too much.

   Could not even get started. This app does not allow you to use it on a laptop without having it on your phone. You better not start a subscription without my permission. I had to delete it without even getting to try it out. So sad.

   Unable to use app. I don’t want to be harsh I haven’t gotten to really use the app yet because it refuses to get off the purchase this huge year long plan. I can’t look at a calendar I can’t customize because it wants me to either sign up for a free trial and give this random app a bunch of information or pay the 40 bucks and commit to this for a year. I tried to use their ai service which was of course the least helpful thing. I cannot figure out how to use the app so I guess I’m deleting it! How disappointing

   YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CANCEL. I have been scammed for YEARS. They keep clipping payments and there is NO WAY to cancel. No contact information of any kind. Please DO NOT sign up — it’s a lifetime commitment.

   Free Trial. According to several reviews, it is either very difficult to cancel the 2 weeks free trial, or they charge you for a full year subscription instead. Personally, I can’t even get past the free trial page. I wanted to explore the app first and then decide, but I don’t see any option to let me, so I would have to start the trial to access the app.

    Watch Out!. The subscription doesn’t show up in your Apple Subscriptions making it difficult to cancel. Seems pretty scammy to me. Legit apps will show up there. JS.

    Free Trial is Sketchy! Buyer Beware!. Free trial is a scam. First red flag: They make it difficult to cancel the free trial. You cannot do it in the app; and will need to go online. Second red flag: after cancelling the message said it might take a few days to process my cancellation. ???? Thank goodness I cancelled during the first week and didn’t wait. Right? Wrong! Third red flag: A few days after cancelling, I received a confirmation email and was told my cancellation would be fully processed after my free trial ended. It was going to take them well over a week to process my cancellation! I sent an email letting them know I would dispute any charges made and they immediately responded and cancelled my subscription.

    Error Message After Error Message. This just doesn’t deliver. Any time I click in the agenda, error messages appear. Things have never synced properly. Essentially unusable. I’m very regretful that I spaced and allowed my subscription to renew.

    Forced purchase. Downloaded app. Had to start the free trial. Couldn’t cancel the free trial as it doesn’t show in my apps or anywhere else. No contact information provided on their website. Now they’re trying to charge me $40 for an app I can’t control the subscription for. Absolutely not ok and I am disputing this charge through my card carrier.

    Not working. No help.. I liked this at first but then there was a connection/syncing error and I cannot get it fixed. I try to do what it says and there is nothing that fixes it. I reached out for help and never heard back from anyone. I only got to use it for about a month before losing the service and I paid for the year. Not happy.

    FREE 2 TRIAL PROMISED AND WAS CHARGED $42 ANYWAY. I want my money back! You don’t advertise a two week free trial then immediately charge for a yearly subscription when the person accepts the free trial. What a scam. Now I’m in overdraft in my account. I won’t even bother using this app. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank.

    Charged after Cancelling. I signed up for the 2 week free trial. I canceled the same day as this calendar was just not for me. The company ignored my cancellation and proceeded to charge me for a year subscription. I have emails of the cancellation confirmations both from Artful Agenda and Apple. My Apple account says that I do not have an active subscription but my credit card was charged by Artful Agenda’s 3rd party company Paddle. I have sent emails multiple days in a row as that’s the only contact information available. Waiting for my refund for their disregard of cancelling a free trial and charging for an unwanted subscription.

    Not that cute or easy to use. $39 or $49 to actually get all the features. Doesn’t work unless you connect it to one of your calendars you already use. Seems like it was just trying to steal information but not sure. Either way it wasn’t really that cute. the “covers” were basic and some of them cost two bucks. And I couldn’t even see what it looks like because I did not want to connect it to my account.

    Keep scrolling!! They will steal your money!!. I would give this app zero stars if I could! I ended the free trial a week before the expiration date & they still charged me $39.99! I have checked under my subscriptions and it shows as inactive. When I open the app I do not have access to use it either. It is a fraudulent charge! I wish I would have read the bad reviews first as it appears this company is doing it to many others too! I have contacted them via email & I have yet to hear back from them! I have contacted my bank. Please do yourself a favor and stay way clear from this app.

    Lame. Nothing special and incredibly difficult to cancel if you bought on the website. I’m just going to go back to using Google calendar as soon as I can figure out how to cancel. I rarely review I just wanted to warn people how annoying it is.

    Inconvenient. Artful Agenda does not open on my laptop (MacBook). I can only get it to open on my cell phone.

    Not Functional for Busy Folks. Loved this calendar at first but over a year later and now it is extremely slow and clunky. Impossible to use if you move appointments around because it takes forever to update and it looks as if your changes never saved. The app lags really bad and recently any stickers you use overlap everything so you have to move or delete the stickers just to view an event or edit it. Seems this calendar is mostly for folks who just like to play with artsy planning. This calendar is not functional for someone who has a heavy schedule with a lot of movement. I’m giving it one star because of how much time it has taken me to work in it and how absolutely frustrating it’s been. I do not recommend this app unless you are just looking for a creative outlet to play with.

    Want to cancel.. It’s just not possible to cancel your subscription. I’ve tried every way possible to cancel. It’s not in my subscriptions. But I keep getting charged for it. And o want it canceled.
