Notifications. We purchased this monitor specifically for the app features, especially sound detection and notifications. Unfortunately, the app is unreliable and unsafe. Even when our baby is clearly crying, we do not receive notifications, despite sound detection being enabled. At the same time, the app triggers alerts for random background noise while completely missing the baby’s cries. We double-checked notification permissions and sensitivity settings, and the issue persists. For a baby monitor, this is a serious failure. The app does not perform its most basic and critical function. Can someone help get that resolved?

App doesn’t work. Can’t get past the main screen when selecting region, just gives an error code. My son woke up with a fever and I wanted to use the wireless thermometer to monitor it but it’s useless without the app. For such a large company it appears this has been an ongoing issue and why are there only 500 reviews? This needs to be fixed

APP WONT CONNECT. i’ve had so many issues with the app not connecting so i can’t adjust my pump session like i am used to.. app is up to date as well. fix this!

Frozen. When I use the pump the app freezes and continues the time I’m using my pump even when it’s stopped. I have to delete the app to make it disappear from my display screen. Killing the app and restarting my phone doesn’t stop it.

No Picture in Picture. Very disappointed in my baby monitor. Even the most basic cameras and apps offer Picture in Picture.

Not working. This app isn’t working at all, when prompted to select a region nothing pops up and it says server error. There seems to be no support to report it either. Really awful when you rely on the app to use your pump.

App made my product worthless. I bought the continuous monitoring thermometer to use while my kids are sick. You have to have the app to use it. The app will NOT go past the region page and keeps giving me a server error notice. The app not working makes it useless. So now I have 2 kids with the flu, $100 worth of monitors, and the app won't work on my iPad or my iPhone. Seems insane that you would make products that depend on an app and then not make sure the app is reliable.

Constantly logging me out. We use this app for the baby monitor and it constantly kicks us out and asks us to log back in. If you exit or close the app it immediately kicks you out.

Who designed this app?. Other than controlling the levels, this app is so horrible. It feels like someone who has never pumped before designed it. It’s impossible to figure out what time you pumped last or any of the logged amounts. It’s completely useless.

Loyalty Program, scam?. Six days into a new month and nothing is redeemable (digital or physical rewards). CozyCoins are a joke. They don't tell you they're out of stock until you try. My coin value randomly dropped as well, and I've only been a member for a month (not way have I hit the expiration time on coins). Shame on the for promoting a loyalty program that's basically a scam.

Still no dark mode??. The fact that, for months now, I have seen SOO many people in the reviews asking for a dark mode…. AND THERE’S STILL NO DARK MODE OPTION. Those of us who are forced to wake up in the middle of the night to pump for their babies don’t deserve to be blinded every single time we have to pump. Stop saying your team is working on getting dark mode. It’s been way too long at this point. Do something about it. This app is the worst solely for that reason. This company doesn’t accept customer feedback, which is the reason for the one star. Fix it.

Won’t work. Tried to use for WiFi bm04 monitor and the app never prompted me for local network access which prevents it from being able to connect to the camera. Apparently there is no way to manually allow access either. Very frustrating since it is why I bought this camera and replaced our infant optics

The WORST. We were forced to update the app before we can use the machine. After the update was done it refuses to connect to the device. We deleted the app to sync the device again only to find out my login info was rejected!!! This app gets 0 star.

Why does Momcozy need to know my bmi. Current version opens to prompts for my height, weight, and BMI. This page also includes blog posts that just sell their products. I only want the app to track my pumps, the previous version was preferred and I wish I never updated.
