   Video or photos dispear. Uploaded video and pictures will randomly disappear. This issue is getting worse since 2023

   Cost. I loved the app at fist but I have 2 kids. I upgraded one, not realizing I would have to pay $30 for each kid. It should just be for the account. I tried to cancel immediately and I can’t.

   Need to allow access for all photo to upload. I don’t understand why this app needs to allow all access to upload. Do not recommend use this app

   Lost all my data!!. So many issues with this app! Uploads take time but you can atleast patiently wait for it to complete. But then today I abruptly lost all my photos &precious videos!! That was last nail in the coffin! I entrusted this app to keep all our memories. 10 months of effort all down the drain!! I am going to look for better apps out there. This one is Ridiculous!

   No backup now. They wants you to pay for ever.. They used to have batch backup. Now the batch backup is removed. We cannot get my picture back to my computer any more. It’s so bad.

    False advertisement. I’ve been using this app for 3 years to store photos of my daughter. It has worked well for that purpose. Just found out that they have removed the function of one button to download all photos. Your only option to backup your photos is to click through each image and save them. I found it extremely shady, since the app always has pop up notifications that asks you to clear all the uploaded image off your phone. You are essentially locked in using their app if you are using the app to back up your baby photos. I do not plan to use this app anymore .

    Cannot Back Up!. I am a dad of 3 (three!) of their so called “VIP” babies. Paid $90 every year for many years. I recently tried to back up photos to my local storage and it can only be done one by one in each of the “day” album. There are probably more than 9 years (3 kids total) worth of photos / videos to be backed up. The developer expects me to go through ~365 days X 9 years ONE-BY-ONE to back up? This is ridiculous. I contacted their support and got a useless reply “Hi, we're sorry it’s not supported to back up all of the photos by just one click now. You can select and back up photos day by day, thanks for your support.”

    这曾经是我最推荐的国产app，但这次更新几乎把它毁了. 时光小屋曾经是我最最推荐的国产app，对于一个妈妈记录小朋友成长和亲友分享这两个需求真的是做到完美。遇到家里有小朋友的朋友有机会我都会推荐，真的好用！但是最近这次更新让我完全傻眼了！开发者是在赶客么？打开界面先变成了家人地图：谁想一天到晚开着gps共享？而且在付出流量和隐私的代价上，在这个app里共享家人位置给我带来什么价值？我真的要找家人在哪儿不能直接电话微信么？家务事项管理也很奇葩。一个忙碌的妈妈是会有自己事项管理app的好么，为什么要把其中一部分任务拆分到这里来管理呢？这两个功能简直让我怀疑团队的思考能力是不是出了什么问题？有没有认真地做需求分析和用户测试？就这么贸贸然地把两个需求模糊的功能上线且占领主要位置，原来的成长记录退居第三是什么意思？是不是提醒我应该好好备份孩子的照片，这个app可能不会再努力投入地做成长记录分享的工作了？即使是成长记录部分也是槽点满满。一个家长打开app，除了偶尔上传更多的是想看看孩子可爱的样子。原来一进来就可以看到默认打开的小朋友的成长相册，开机的时候还会蹦出一张几年前的经常让我怀旧感动。现在进来是家庭证件、医疗记录、家庭保险，还提醒你手机里还有很多照片没上传哦（凭什么我手机里所有都要上传？除了孩子我能不能有点别的生活？竟然还用红色惊叹号警告我，我是做错了什么？）。下面是n个小朋友的相册，每个里面查看相册在最右下角……我不知道是不是开发团队换了人，但现在的感觉是把用户最关心的功能和需求藏到最看不到的位置，强迫用户穿过莫名其妙的次要功能和没必要的若干选择输入（点击）才能看到自己想看的东西。这样做的目的是什么？为了推新功能呢？这和那些充斥着各种广告和误导链接的盗版下载网站有何不同？我曾经是这个app最忠实的用户，我也真的希望它能一直保持我家小朋友的回忆。请开发团队务必悬崖勒马，不要这么错下去了！！！

    Not reliable anymore. This app is not good anymore. It’s super hard to add family members now. You can only use Facebook to add them. It’s super annoying. I had this app for my son and was good. So now that I added my daughter and I pay for the full memories it’s annoying now. Totally went down hill.

    Not inclusive of LGBT families. Looking for an app with functionality similar to this and the first thing I was asked when I downloaded was to “add dad” uhhhh clearly I am not adding my wife who is another mother as “dad” didn’t get passed this step: deleted the app I’m sure another app will serve our family better...

    DO NOT UPLOAD A PHOTO BY MISTAKE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I unintentionally uploaded a photo (I am admin) that I do not want to share between people. I removed it directly BUT it is still appearing in the notifications so everyone can see it!!! It is awful as you are sharing this picture with your best loving ones...

    Poor design. I got this app in hopes of tracking our pregnancy and baby through the first few years. I like the features and ability to leave letters for my child to read in the future. Since using this app I’ve discovered many flaws. I’ve contacted the company only to be told this is normal behavior for the app. 1. I can only add one grandma and grandpa. Last I checked, all kids have two grandmas and grandpas. While I can add anyone I want as a friend, this could cause hard feelings between families because it looks like your playing favorites. Overall a poor design. 2. Once a letter has been left for your child, you can’t review it until the opening date. You cannot read letters left by other family and friends to ensure the letter is safe for your child. If I wanted to stop using the app, there’s no way to retrieve the letters I’ve written. As the admin and parent, I feel I should be able to read/review any of the content left by others. Considering the cost of the app, and the poorly implemented features, it would be better and easier to just use a service such as Facebook.

    App. This app was excellent if you had unlimited space for photos and videos, such as instagram, unfortunately no one will pay for unlimited space, for that use other app that do give you that option. The other thing is that when you want to load many photos at once, the load becomes slow and when you invite a relative to join it has happened that the page shows an error saying that the page does not exist. I was very excited about the app but it does not work being limited.

    Simply scam, please avoid them. The worst developers I’ve encountered in all my life. They are rudest and not responsive. I renewed my VIP for quarterly membership payed the payments but my membership never got updated they simply scammed my renewal membership. They are the worst developers you can find.

    Not recommended. While the app seems good in the beginning, it’s a pain to invite friends and family who have no Facebook. Very complicated. Also, storage is limited. And prices for upgrades ridiculously high.

    Don’t use this app!!. I started using this app 3.5 years ago when I adopted my last baby. I have saved and journaled every picture of her from 6 Months and 22 days before she arrived and when my storage was exhausted, I purchased the VIP for $30. Now, the price has gone up again and I am expected to pay or literally loose my photos which is ridiculous. Honestly, there are many more apps that are free... Instagram, Facebook, google photos... all with unlimited storage. Don’t fool with an app or a company that refuses to answer when there is a problem and continues to joke up the price every year. Bad app!!

    Frustrating. Have been using app since it was timehut, used to be great now it is becoming more and more frustrating with every update and the limited available features unless you pay $40 for VIP. There should be a standard version with the option to purchase! NOT the current situation of being forced to purchase upgrade or else memories will be deleted.
