   Video Ads in a Paid App. Nonstop video ads that heat up my phone and drain my battery. Not to mention the terrible user experience that comes with it.

   No voice command. I downloaded this app because of the voice command log in feature. It does not work. I reached out to customer service who says that they are working on it but with no expected date to be effective. They should tell you when you are purchasing the subscription that the features they promise DO NOT WORK

   16 oct 2024 update broke app. After the update the logs were no more… technology is regressing. If the update is not fixed by the afternoon of 16 oct i will most likely request a refund.

    Malware on app-NOT FIXED. We loved this app and had been using it for our LO for over a year…up until yesterday when my husband’s antivirus and cell phone security apps notified him that this app had malware on it. Thank goodness he got that warning because we used it in both our phones. We quickly deleted the app. So sad because we really loved this app, but didn’t want to risk it. **Updated 7/31/24**Developer responded, turns out there wasn’t really malware. But it would have been nice to have received an email notifying what was going on. But thank you for the response to my review. I will change my rating to a 4 and will plan to re-download in a few days. Thanks! **Updated 8/8/24* Husband downloaded app on LG Android phone and again it came up as malware. Developer please update us.

    Disappointed with the update. I’ve been using this tracker since my son was born in November. It’s had its issues, but overall it’s been useful. However, they’ve continued to take away what info you can see for free and it is incredibly disappointing to lose those records after eight months of meticulous tracking.

    Disappointing paywall. I really enjoyed this app at first, many features were accessible for free - which is why I chose to use it in the first place. However, one day I noticed that charts and features I used daily were suddenly only available to premium members. When I asked customer service what had happened, they informed me emails had been sent and in-app notifications about the change that certain features were now only available to premium members. After finding the vaguely worded emails in my spam folder (which were sent with less than a week’s notice) I was extremely frustrated and disappointed at the poor communication and that my child’s health data was suddenly only accessible in forms that I relied on if I paid the fee. While the discounted fee they offered was not the issue, I was concerned about this change in terms and did not want to deal with future changes like this. After multiple emails back and forth, they agreed to let me export my child’s health data (again, a feature that was only available for premium). I will no longer be using their app and not recommending it to friends.

    On top of paywall, somehow my review was removed. They took free features away and put them behind a paywall, responded to my last review telling me I could get a deal on the previously free features, and somehow my review was removed.

    This was a great free app. I used this app many times a day to track my pumping sessions and milk pumped, it was hard trying to get my ozs up and this helped me so much! But I just did the update and now it $49 a year! 😞 I’m a stay at home mother and money has been so tight. I will be looking for a new app to use. I’m very sad to say this because it’s so easy to use and very user friendly

    It WAS great. I have loved Cubtale for the last 6 weeks that we’ve used it. Until today, when I went to go view the averages of sleep and diapers that my infant has had only to find that it is now considered a premium feature. (I’ve had access to it the entire time prior to this) I decided to see what the cost of premium was and saw that it’s $6.99/month or billed yearly at $50. Way too high imo, especially as a new mom in this economy. I’m severely disappointed that I no longer have access to view the averages of the last 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days. I’ll probably look for another app that can provide these options for free or a cheaper cost. Just super bummed to have to look elsewhere now because this was a great app prior to this change.

    New paywall update makes the app useless. I was a big fan of this app - I’ve used it for the last 7 months tracking just basics like bottles, sleep, and diapers. One of my favorite features was the “routine” one, which is now behind a paywall, along with anything else that used to tell me averages. What’s the point of the app being “free” at all if I can’t go back and look at historical trends now?

    BEWARE PAYWALL. We were excited to use the free version of the app to track our newborn. We have now lost the ability (without warning) to see the routines we established with him due to having to pay for their premium to see the routines. This is BEYOND frustrating to have all his routines and see how he is progressing then having the hard work stripped from you. Download this app if you like to get the information you worked hard to track ripped away from you without warning.

    Money Grabbing. This App use to have a few great free features to accompany their products. However those features have now been switched to pay features. There was no consideration to the people who have been using this product for months. We are now forced to either pay the fee or lose all of our tracked data we are no longer able to access. It was a very low thing to do.

    Pointless to pay for premium sub. I paid for the premium annual subscription mostly to access the widgets so I can easily I put my baby’s data… lately (for over a week) the widgets don’t do anything…. It’s literally the same thing as just clicking the main app icon. I had to be able to click the diaper widget and it would send me directly to the diaper input page, but now no matter what widget I press, it just brings me to the last page I used within the app. I literally paid $40+ for nothing. Don’t pay for the app. Love the cute interface and the app is pretty easy to use but it’s so glitchy and not worth the annual or monthly sub.

    Cannot use this app!. I’ve used this app to log breastfeeding for almost 5 months with only a few problems I could deal with here and there, but now I have recently lost the two last logs I put it, the data is completely gone AND it won’t even let me switch over to the left breast when I try to start a session! I mainly use this app to track which side I last breastfed on and now it’s impossible to do! I need to get another app! Please fix, everything was great before and now the app doesn’t work properly! Sorry Cubtale, but 1 star until it works again!

    Paywall. My wife and I have been using this app for over three months for our son. Updated the app yesterday and now a lot of the features that we grew accustomed to are now locked behind a premium paywall. What a shame. Always recommended this app to our friends and now I have to reconsider it.

    Utter disappointment. Paid for the premium app… and it’s not unlocking premium content and keeps asking me again to upgrade. Customer service is slow to help. Been trying to get a refund and use another app since this one is an utter disappointment.

    Glitchy & Terrible Updates. This app is so glitchy and each update is worse than the last. The most recent update couldn’t figure out daylight savings time and just skewed all my data for the last 5 months. Don’t waste your time!

    Glitchy. Recently there is a new glitch every day. Glitches make tracking things frustrating. If I didn’t have so much data logged in the app already I’d switch to a different t baby tracker but I’m holding out hope they’ll resolve all the little issues that have sprung up recently.

    Disappointing. I got this app just to keep track of my baby’s feedings, and recently it started deleting feeds, saying it had been over 8 hours or more since the last feed, and it also can’t reliably tell me which side I fed on last (which this sleep deprived mom needs). The entire purpose of the app is to record data, and it’s not even doing that accurately. I’d look into another app and skip this one.
