   Cannot connect. We have been trying to Connect this device for Days and nothing!!!! We are Losing some details and i havent received any responses from customer Service.

   App logged me out for good. The app logged me out & NEVER let me log back in. I couldn’t be sent a code & I couldn’t change my password. It kept saying “too many requests” after the FIRST time I tried logging back in. It also said it after I asked for a code to be sent to my email & to reset my password. NOTHING WORKED. Absolute garbage. I don’t understand why an app for logging baby diapers & feeding is operating like this is a banking app.

   Too many attempts?. This app must have a bug! It logs me out and says too many attempts and I am not attempting anything. How am I supposed to track my babies feedings, pumping and sleep!! I pay for the app and for it to not work is ridiculous! I am left with a malfunctioning app as it also won’t let me reset the password in case someone as trying to hack my account.

   Doesn’t show ounce total. I have bought two devices and the annual plan. We have it set up so that there are 6 buttons for each increment from 1-6oz for feedings. The thing is the app doesn’t count the total number of oz per day. We have to add it up. This should be changed.

   My favorite app. Edit: the past few months there’s been several issues that aren’t being fixed (not recording #2s, and now I can’t even add a button or customize anything). What’s the point of paying for this if none of the features that I pay for even work? Changed from 5 stars to 1. My daughter has a strict feeding schedule due to her weight and this app has been so helpful. I quickly upgraded to premium and I will continue to pay for it. I can’t say enough good things about it.

   False Advertising. They advertise as customizable; but you have to pay extra for that. That wasn’t disclosed until it arrived, this device is already expensive!!!!!

   Great product, dippy fees. $80 to use the buttons, another $30 to put them in the order you want. Super cool. Want to know why so many people are cynical about having kids?

   Saves NO info, not even my kid’s profile. Every time I open this app, I can’t tap anywhere without resetting up the profile for my kid. Everything is gone, and for a fee, too! It’s a genius way to make money without actually offering a service. Will be cancelling ASAP.

   Losing functionality for Upwelling. Agreed with the other reviews. Coming back after just having the second child to an inferior product. We bought a second device with the sticker pack but there’s no way to move the buttons around in app after putting stickers on without losing the unique tracking functionality. Please just make a quality core product rather than focusing on substandard up selling. Would have rather just had a second device that was the same out of the box that just worked if you’re not going to keep up with the software.

    Update made it harder to track. So now I have to go into what I want to track and click edit? You just added an extra step that isn’t necessary. Please go back to the previous version. I would take not having to tap edit than larger text.

    Terrible setup and poor connectivity. I own a ton of smart devices so not new to the process, most use Bluetooth to connect to the router and done, this uses a ghost Wi-Fi network with spotty connection, then once it is setup if it’s not within eyesight of the router it only catches every other click, but the best part is it tells you that it transmitted it successfully, so you think you logging baby data then when you check the app at end of day you realize you were tricked. For the price point for it to have such a weak connection is dumb. I just unpaired and repaired it and am trying it in a different location, if that fixes my issues I will amend this review

    Please bring the old version back. The latest update has made our lives harder on top of the already difficult parenthood. The new UI is super complicated and extra steps. I am seriously thinking to switch although I have used this app for almost 7 months

    Was great before the update. I have been using this app for five months and loved it, until the most recent update this past week. This app used to be completely free, with the option to buy a remote to make it easier. You could customize the buttons to make it fit your lifestyle and needs, and it was really easy to use. Since the update they have made everything harder to use, unless you pay a subscription fee. Previously if you were tracking a feeding the widget would show up green, you could press the button and it immediately took you to the editing process. So you could easily stop the timer, adjust it, put in your notes etc. Now there an additional page that pops up and the button to edit is practically hidden. This isn’t just for the nursing option but for everything, they have literally made it more difficult just for the sake of making money. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the app is now constantly crashing! Before the app rarely crashed, and it was maybe a once a month issue. I’ve had to restart the app at least 4-5 times a day. Especially with how great this app was, it makes me sad that they ruined it just for the sake of money. They could’ve offered an Apple Watch option for a subscription fee, multiple children, extra customization/layout options, but thats more work compared to ruining the app to force people to pay money. Looks like I’m gonna have to find a new app that works as well as this used to.

    Works on my iPhone, but not my husbands Android. I really like this app, but my husband can’t use it because they haven’t updated the version in the Samsung store! Please fix ASAP!!

    Could be great. The best part of Talli is the external component. But the way data is stored and summarized is not really very useful. It could use nap predictors, wake window averages, etc. Until it updates with those features, it is not worth the money.

    Would be great if there weren’t so many outages. The functionality is great - when you can actually use the app. There’s just too many service outages for an app with a monthly subscription. If you’re looking at your options for a tracker, you may want to look elsewhere.

    Poorly designed interface and false advertising. The premium version of this app includes the ability to connect to a Talli baby button device. The premium subscription model claims the ability to customize the button assignment on the device, however the premium version of the app does not provide this ability. It only lets you override existing events that are assigned to specific buttons, not map new events to existing buttons. Meaning, if you use the app, and create new custom events, there’s no way to map a new event to an existing button. You also can’t reorder the event buttons in the app. The user interface is also very clunky and crudely designed. It’s a great idea, but has a long way to go to be competitive with stronger alternatives.

    Detail Graph/Chart. I did not like the detail chart. The chart could have been made better by giving summary of daily trends of child having food or milk or sleep etc in graphical format. Currently, I see the calender type detail chart which is not that great.

    New update awful. I’ve loved the app and have the separate console. The latest developer update is awful. It takes way too many steps now to log anything. I hope they revert it. 👎🏼👎🏼

    Needs work. Doesn’t even support iPad form factor. Too easy to accidentally edit an event rather than add new.

    Erases events. The app worked great until a few days ago. We noticed it deletes events now. Says my 3 month old has hardly ate, has not had a bowel movement, and one wet diaper. Very disappointing as we were tracking everything due to health concerns. Now we don’t have the information for his doctors appointment.

    Don’t love the latest update. Update - I’m not a huge fan of the new “manual edit” screen. It was so much easier to edit times on each side before. Also, there’s a flaw with using the start and end times - it doesn’t allow for time in between sides burping/etc. I could easily spend 5+ minutes in between sides but now I have to assign that extra time to one of the sides. Prior review - This is by far my favorite baby tracking app but it is missing one huge feature that would make it 4/5 stars for me - an iOS widget. This would really help me check last feedings, etc. much quicker, as the app takes a second to open and then always has to refresh. Having a quicker way to check this info (like a widget on my phone’s home screen) would make my life so much easier. Additionally, I’d love to be able to customize the main screen and remove tracking items that I don’t use. Currently you can only hide nursing or pumping and being able to hide all of them would help declutter the screen. Another thought is combining the Home Screen and daily history screen into one - it’s kind of annoying to toggle between them just to track something. Thanks!

    Inaccurate data from non saved information. I’m only familiar with the app, not the Talli device - sold separately. I really wanted it to work for tacking baby’s feed/diapering schedule, however I found the app would fail to log information, even after hitting the save button. If I try to log new feedings data, the new data would overwrite the previous event; not tracking accurately. I tried to see if there were app updates and found none, I also tried closing the app between events and even logging out, but it often continued to overwrite previous events when trying to log a new event.

    Pretty good app with room for improvement. We have been heavily using the app since our little one was born. It has good features and functionality, however I do with the data insights /graphs etc was easier and more functional. A “time between events” is not useful for everything and is pretty hard to read unless you’re used to looking at data in this manner. For example: it would be nice to have different types of graphs, bar graphs, high points etc as I am currently going to have to use multiple apps to track the same things For pumping it would be great to be able to see a vertical bar graph with totals per day where you could easily map trends over time and highlight best day, best output, best time etc. Feeding: Similar as above but showing Average feed time length, high days /high times of day

    Would be the perfect baby tracker but…. Talli would be the perfect baby tracker but the smart notifications don’t work. The most stressful part of being a new mom is making sure I don’t accidentally go too long between feeds. Smart notifications should work perfectly for that but they don’t trigger based on the criteria I’ve set up. Happy to document the bug for the team if they need me to. The physical product is good too but I find myself tracking different things as my baby gets older so I wish the stickers on the unit were more like window cling material that comes off easily without damage when needed and can be reapplied.

    Great… when working. In general, this would be a 5 star review. Functionality is great, design is great. However, I’ve used it for right at 1 month and am currently experiencing the 3rd extended period of downtime making the app unusable. Would prefer increased reliability.
