   Missing notifications. I have my 6 month olds medications on here to track and to remind me when she needs them. These are very important if she misses them she can go blind. The app is skipping notifications of the reminders. It’s usually the early am ones. But then it throws us off and I have to do the math of hours since the last ones on something else and the reput it in there to change it and it still misses to notify me. Idk what is wrong but it needs fixed. It has me very upset that I can’t trust an app to do its job. And can’t trust it to remind me when to give medications. It was fine an then it wasn’t and hasn’t been. This has happened more than a handful of times.

   Worst tracking app for parents. The app constantly malfunctions and deletes feedings and diapers, leaving me to have to guess. Going through to remember how long I was feeding and what side isn’t easy when it deletes over 12 hours of information. It causes more stress than it helps with.

   No night time setting. The fact that there is no nighttime setting is extremely off putting. App is way too use and helps me keep track of all my baby’s data. I especially use it to track feeding, but the stark whiteness of the app is so jarring during middle of the night , even with my brightness all the way down, it’s too intense even for my adult eyes and is distracting to my baby and the last thing I’m trying to do in the middle of the night is wake her up fully with a bright light! Probably going to switch apps, it’s just so unfortunate because bore I have to reboot all the data I have into a new app. Please add a night time setting or the option to have a black background at all times

   Review after one month. Summay: the best app for alone parents. Less features than in other apps is good(not overloaded UI) Advertising advertising advertising is ok you are promoting the brand pure data management, loosing the data, overwriting the data, manual saving data to the cloud, no multi users - on 2023 really? I was trying to use it a month, couple times I wrote to the support. It’s enough. I wish product owner and the team start using their product. Good luck.

   UI sluggish. The UI on this app is super sluggish! It takes multiple attempts to move the chart back and forth. The visual look of the chart is great.

   I lost EVERYTHING!. I didn’t originally have my babies’ info backed up in the cloud. ***So, to be sure I didn’t lose anything, I set everything up successfully.*** My cloud & account is empty. There is no back up. I’ve lost everything I saved from my 3.5yr old & 1.5 yr old. Most of their milestones..just gone. DO NOT use Baby+ if your babies’ milestones mean a lot to you!

   FIX THIS. This app has bugs. Constanly loses log information. You have to screen shot everytime you log something. If you dont do this you and your partner get to fight with eachother because the app didnt save anything you logged for the last 12 hours or so. It seems like after 12am all information is lost. So remember screen shot everything until they fix this app its a 1 star for me.

    Emotional. I’m over here crying! I used to use this app to frequently to track my babys milestones and now that it got updated all my data is lost. His doctor visits, his nursing times, his milestones and I’m over here an emotional mama crying because I lost all those memories because I felt secure enough that this would not happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!

    New update. After the new update the app just deleted my entire account. They deleted quite literally everything. I’ve been using this app for 8 months since she was a newborn and it deleted all my memories. I will absolutely never use this app again. I now have memories I can’t get back.

    Not always reliable. It’s a cool app and all, pretty helpful when it works, but this is twice now that it’s deleted over 12 hours worth of feeding and diapers, conveniently enough each time has been during a crucial watching of my child’s feedings. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability with this app, because everything else is great, but none of that matters if it won’t actually retain the data we need. EDIT: This is the third time it’s wiped my data and this time it was ten days worth of information. That ten days also had his recorded reactions after his 2 month shots, we were trying to sort out his eating, sleeping, and diaper stuff afterwards since the vaccines messed with everything. I now have over a weeks worth of crucial info I needed for his next doctors visit gone. I think this is probably the time I’d have to straight up recommend not using this app.

    Lost ALL my data. 3.5 years of data GONE because I updated the app. I am so incredibly disappointed. I wished there would have been a way to save it prior to the update or been made aware to save it.

    Thought I loved it till I lost everything!. I’ve had this app for just over a year. I thought I loved it, there’s plenty of awesome features including a place to journal. It’s where I’ve got all the milestones for my kid. As they’ve gotten older I’ve stopped getting on as frequently but still used the journal and teeth tracker. Last week I got on to add a milestone and received an error message that they either had restarted servers or my account had been deleted. I signed in again and the basic information regarding me was saved but nothing regarding my child. I emailed the customer support line to ask if there is a back-up and a way to get all the information again. They have never replied, not even an automated message saying they would get back with me within a certain time frame.

    Deleted account with all notes and pictures. Was using this app from the beginning of my pregnancy. When my baby turned 12 months the account was DELETED with all pictures and notes about baby development. Was trying to renew the account but the option is to create another one account. All my notes are lost. Very very disappointed.

    Used for weeks, data dumped when I signed in. This is a decent app when it doesn’t dump your data. Maybe try hiring some real developers so that data isn’t a total loss if you get signed out of the app.

    Disappointed. I really liked this app and used it for around 4 months but kept having issues. Every once in awhile an entire day’s entries would be deleted. This happened multiple times and I tried to fix the issue. After this happened multiple times I decided to find another app. It also isn’t partner sharing friendly - we would have issues with things being deleted if the other person opened the app without saving their data. It became very frustrating. Like the look and ease of use but there’s no point if your entries get deleted.

    Crashing. I’ve been using this app for over two years, downloaded it in January 2020. It really irritates me now that all the things I marked in here on my sons growth is gone… I can’t open the app to see anything. Could you guys at least tell me all the measurements I recorded? I downloaded a new app since now I have my second son, would’ve used this app but it’s broken… I use to recommend this app to everyone but now I recommend a different one that actually works.

    Crashing, won’t even open. This app was great until the most recent update. Now it won’t even open. I have tried reinstalling several times with no luck my phone is fully updated and so is the app. Hopefully this gets fixed quickly

    Lost data. The app will “…update…database…” and then wipes out the previous 2-3 days of tracking data on your device, no records of feedings, diapers, etc…. So frustrating, makes you not want to use the app at all.

    Account merge. I made several attempts to migrate my data from Pregnancy+ to Baby+ only because it was required. After several days of trying it sent me to support which then required me to re-download Mail to send them a message. I’ll be deleting this app and finding a new one.

    Terrible and unreliable. This is a terrible app that is constantly crashing and you will lose any data you enter no matter how many times you back it up. Support is unresponsive as well!! Do not waste your time using this app.

    So frustrating. I have loved and used this app every day for my baby for 19 months, to help me keep track of sleep patterns, and for feeding when she was smaller. Now because of the new Phillips sign in process, I’m pretty sure I’ve just lost all of my data, and I can’t sign into my account. It wants me to creat a new account, but says my email is already in use (duh). So I just keep going in circles. If this gets resolved, I’ll update my review.

    Beware! App randomly deletes your information!. UPDATE from previous review: I have stopped using this app. The solutions the developer provides are a JOKE. They include 1) create account (which you are required to do to use the app when you download it!), 2) ensure your device is not in airplane mode (for real?!), 3) don’t have app open on multiple devices (ARE YOU serious?! This is a must have for parents and listed as a feature of your app but now you’re telling us NOT to do this?!). After I sent feedback and requested help multiple times, and after losing data multiple times, I open the app to find the last four days of data completely gone. I am at a loss and completely shocked. I need this data to track my little ones sleep and food intake and now it’s just gone. AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. The features of this app are great and *most* of the time it works perfectly. HOWEVER, about once a week the app “restores” information when you open it and the information you input over the last 48 hours is completely deleted. This is SO frustrating and could be dangerous, since the app is used to track food intake, wet and dirty diapers and sleep! On several occasions I have had to re enter information from memory and have also received frantic calls from my husband saying the app reset and he doesn’t know what time to feed the baby. I do not recommend this app until these issues are fixed. Unfortunately, I’m already in too deep. I’ve entered too much info in this app I’m not going to restart with another one, but I caution others… find another app!! Developers… PLEASE FIX ASAP. Also, it would be great if your app support link directs back to a page in English instead of German.
