Constant prompts to get you to upgrade. I’m sure this app is great if you feel like spending money to upgrade it to the “plus” version but it is incredibly annoying if you are just looking for a simple version of a period tracker without a bunch of bells and whistles. Every time you log in you have to click through a series of prompts trying to get you to upgrade and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn this off. Lots of click bait that will again lead you to “upgrade your membership!” I almost never have deleted an app or even bothered to leave a review but that is literally how awful the experience was.

Pay to use. You literally can’t do anything on this app without having a subscription, which is funny bc when you first download it, they try and make it seem like the point of the app is to help women who aren’t as educated on menstruation. It mentions how some young women don’t even know about periods until they start, making it seem like the app is made to help women like that but no. Literally all you can do for free is track your period, that’s it. Everything else is behind a paywall. No help what so ever for anybody who doesn’t have money to spend on recycled information

Wouldn’t recommend. App was much better when you could access some stuff. Unless you are a member it really doesn’t offer any guidance anymore. Many other free apps to choose from that do help guide during the pregnancy journey

Pay for them to sell your data. Flo used to be fee and private! Booooo!

Worse than SHEIN pop ups. Constantly tries to get you to purchase their subscription, takes over a minute of attempting to click through everything before I can even get on the app. I’m convinced all the high rates are people paid or working for the developers becuase there’s no way.

This sucks. Don’t use this app. It’s the worst period tracker ever. It’s not easy to alternate period days. You can’t put in that you’re spotting and it’s not a heavy Flo day. It’s has a MILLION ads every time you open it. This is probably the worst app you could use if you are trying to get pregnant. Honestly if you’re trying to do anything. And it’s constantly asking you AI stuff like “want to talk about what happens next?” NO.

Flo is amazing. Stop the dump scratch off pop up to upgrade.. I absolutely love Flo. I’ve been a user for over five years. The algorithm is incredibly accurate. I got pregnant when I said I was ovulating. Even today I am ovulating based on discharge symptoms and flow said I was ovulating. It’s freaking incredible. Please stop sending me the upgrade ad. I click it every single day that I opened the ad that I do not want to do that and it continues to pop up at the worst user experience ever.

Would Be Nice If I Wasn’t Flash-Banged by Unclosable Ads Every Time I Opened the App 👎. I’ve been using this app for 5+ years, but today I’m finally deleting it. Every single day, the first time I open the app, I have to force close it and restart because MULTIPLE ads gets stuck on the screen with no way to close them. It’s been happening for far too long, and it’s completely unacceptable. An app shouldn’t require a restart just to get past ads. Five years as a loyal user, and this is what finally drove me away.

Too many ads. I cannot stand the amount of ads on this app to get me to buy the premium version. I am no longer going to use the app because of how forced the premium version of the app is.

Pop ups. Too many pop ups of the subscriptions it’s kinda annoying

money?!. im literally just trying to understand my body and health and not have to worry if i miscalculated but it costs a lot of money! like the whole reason i got this was so i dont have to spend time and energy figuring stuff out on my own but now i spend actual money?! im not paying for this subscription can you at least make a free version with less features or something because this is ridiculous.

Disappointed. I had this app when it was free and IF you wanted to u could get a subscription now it has no free version and I really want want to keep track of my period … deleting it again
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
had to delete, don’t bother. every time you open the app, there’s a pop up for their subscription that you cannot close out of unless you click through it like you’re gonna buy it. switched to another app

Absolute garbage (highly pornographic environment). This app is trash. It’s full of written pornography by users in the community tab and Flo encourages that. If you write something edifying to help other women, Flo will take down your comment. Do yourself a favor and delete this piece of garbage from your device—there are plenty better ones out there. Don’t use Flo. Don’t let your daughters use it either.

Not very useful. What to expect is better for pregnancy… and it’s free

Advertisement all time. It’s impossible to do anything in the app because it’s constantly bombarded with adverts – ‘buy this, buy that’, ‘update this, update that’ – it’s impossible to do anything at all; it’s an absolute nightmare, nothing but adverts. But if I don’t want to update it, if I’m happy with the standard version – how much longer can this go on!?

Not the same. I’ve had this app since I was a teenager, now they are money hungry. You cant do anything without paying. Its hard to get out of pop ups and ads. Everywhere you navigate theres a popup to get you to pay for something. I barely use it anymore because of this. Sad what its become

Ads ads ads. So many pop up. Ads to purchase their premium. Looking for something new and deleting this so due to the annoying ads for premium

Free can’t just be free?. If I’m using the free version I shouldn’t be prompted everytime I open the app to subscribe.

all adds. I can’t open the app without being bombarded with 27 ads for 5 different things. I can’t click out of the ads either you have to “click to view my discounts” that are being advertised before I can even use the app.

Subscription Tracker. I’ve honestly never had an app advertise to me as frequently and as heavy handed as this period tracking app. Not at all worth it

The app is truly awful. Way overhyped.. It’s overly freaked out. Extremely invasive and truly just does not live up to the hype. I switched to Lively and I loveeee it! Highly recommend them instead.

Ads are out of control. Deleted app. I’ve had it for years. The ads are insufferable
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
They push the paid version too hard.. The app is almost unusable at this point. There are constant pop ups to sign up for the paid subscription and sometimes you have to completely close out the app to get rid of them.
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Inaccurate. If you have irregular cycles & TTC, I do not recommend this app. They set up the ovulation days by a week after the follicular phase & make you miss the opportunity to conceive. I’ve personally used this app to track my period & ovulation days & the days are miscalculated. I would switch to a different app if I were you.

Not the same. I had this app since I was in high school. Around 2016-2017 or whatever u could get so much info for free. Now it’s excessive ads and important information behind paywalls. FLO! WE NOT BUYING THAT! Save ur money yall.

Pay Wall. After spending around 15 minutes of answering questions to curate my personal experience (I have never used a period tracker before) I hit a pay wall. It’s disappointing there is no free version - the questionnaire was very hopeful and I was excited to optimize my health while on my period.

Download any other app. this app spams you with ads, promotes their “premium” version(very unnecessary, just allows you to speak to their ai chatbot). Anytime you click anything, you’ll be advertised to. Also, not made by women. Just a bad app.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Annoying. Every time you open the app, it will prompt you to buy it and warn you that it’s their last chance in their big sale every single time and you have to click through several things to just get to the app
