   Bad. Why have you messed about with Sky Live? Please reinstate the previous version without delay.

   Bloody Academics. This is now so complicated you cannot simply identify a celestial object, or, more importantly, ask where one you want to identify is. The app has lost its way. It used to be so simple. I have no idea who has possessed it but they need to get a reality pill.

   H. They aren’t accurate the moon is now in Capricorn and it says Sagittarius. The sun is also now in cancer and it says it’s in Gemini , needs an update

   I’m upset. Very annoyed and upset that I’ve paid for an app I already have. I can see absolutely no difference between this app and the original Starwalk 2! What are the developers thinking, and why are Apple allowing this to happen?

   English names. Only has american names for constellations with no option to use English naming convention.

   Says it’s not supporting fullscreen. I have an iPad M4 and when I click on the icon for it to look around the night sky and where I am it says this feature is only supported in fullscreen yeah it is in fullscreen is a bug with the M4 I’ve this app for a long time, and I’ve never had this problem with it

   How Can this be wrong!?. It’s 27th September 2023, and wished to know what night the Full Moon sat on, as THIS APP said it was the 26th September and my Calendar said the 29th, checked & it IS 29th! How could this App get it wrong! It’s informed me before of the date & I knew otherwise, surely such an app should know better? Very disappointed & saddened.

    No idea what direction. This can’t tell where you are pointing. When the compass icon appears you tap it and it goes into camera mode. Rubbish really.

    Bit naff.. So it was on offer for £2:99. I brought it but it’s totally useless. Just a bunch of stars with no deep sky objects at all. That’s another £2:99. Don’t like the response from sliding your finger across the screen not responsive enough. Clumsy idea who ever thought of that. Waste of money really is there anyway of getting it back.. you can’t beat stellarium. Supreme over this app. Colours are to vivid the layout is terrible and clumsy. Give that guy his p45 👍

    Tim. The original version was good and happy to pay incremental maintenance to see the latest but having to repurchase because star walk abandoned the older version is disrespectful to your customer base.

    Very poor product. Not a good product. Every time the app is opened, the compass to calibrate my device comes up and during use, it comes up every couple of minutes. The compass heading shown on the screen never points to the right direction. I am using a Apple iPad.

    Disappointing. Purchased this app a couple of weeks ago and the app is great. Purchased all the additional bits for the app.My phone then crashed so needed a new phone. I changed phone and platform thinking that with other Apps it wouldn’t be an issue ..That I would just log in as with other apps and I could restore to my new phone.. But sadly I can. Has to be platform you purchased on..Other apps allow cross platform use..Bit of a con that you cant..Shame they don’t tell you that at time of purchase. Improvements are definitely required...

    Needs more explanation. This is probably a very useful app. I would like to know more about astronomy and so downloaded it, but I can’t understand what is happening and why it is important. It would be great if there was more help provided aimed at various levels from novice to experienced.

    Moon fix didn’t work. The moon is still showing as 90 degrees East of whew it actually is. All updates in place and other apps working fine. Disappointing. Have submitted a support ticket, but will want a refund if this isn’t rectified. Developer answered telling me to update my app, but was already fully updated.

    AVOID THIS APP Very disappointed just a money-making scam. I Bought this thinking it would be a good upgrade from the original but as soon as I paid I was asked to pay again for the features listed in the original advertisement. I paid as it said satellite tracking but the reality is there are only about six satellites it tracks if you want more then its subscription time in a different app. Totally disappointed and I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK ITS A CON ! You have the audacity to contact me trying to justify your scam but not offer me a refund ! And STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK !

    Not what I expected. Thought it would be easier to find out about the night sky. Used to have an app that you could scroll into to look at stars closer. This doesn’t let you do it. Rather annoying to use really especially when they advertise all things it does so you pay the £2.99 and find out you have to pay an extra £2.99 to get what you really wanted. Bit of a con!
