   Needs updating. Almost every time i open this app i have to manually rotate the world so the the ai picture and the actual background match.

   Won’t calibrate to my location. App use to work really well up until the end of last year 2025. Now it says Ursa Major is behind me when it actually right in front of me. No matter how many times I re-calibrate to my location it still show stars in the wrong place. Please fix this or else it will be another star gazing app that gets deleted from my phone and I will tell all of my star gazing buddies to delete it too. Very disappointed.

   I was charged and didn’t order it!. I cannot figure out what I clicked on but I was charged and cannot contact anyone to gain a refund. Do not download! You’ll be charged without your consent!

   Quit working. My SkyView quit working and wants me to enter in a hardware code. Submitted a request for help with no reply. Avoid and find another app that has good support.

   Doesn’t work with phone case. Please provide a fix to the issue with the app not working when the phone has a case. I removed the case and the app worked fine. I placed the phone back in the case and the app will not work. It remains stuck with a North geo point in the middle and will not function. People shouldn’t have to remove their case to utilize an app. Others have posted the issue here for weeks. It’s about time to resolve it.

   Never should have purchased - Satellite database bug. I loved the SkyView Lite app. I have been using it for many years, and I decided that I should purchase the full product to show my appreciation. After installation, all satellite data is gone - zero, none. It used to show the ISS. I futzed around. There is no way to restore purchases - only an option to purchase the SkyView Satellite Guide. Ok, I'll pay a little more to get the additional satellite data. However, satellites still do not show int he SkyView app. Hence my 1 star rating. I will leave it there until the publisher provides a solution. --timdier

    scam (do not buy this app). This tells you that you'll get all the bells and whistles when it's no different from the lite version, i wasted 5 dollars on this app compared to downloading the free version. Do not waste your money on this just get skyview lite it's the same exact app same displays of planets stars and objects and trajectories of said medium it just doesn't cost you 5 dollars for no reason at all. Very disappointed with my purchase

    Camera doesn’t work. I bought this because it boasted that it could take augmented pictures of the sky. No matter what I do the camera stays shaded out.

    Waste of Money and a Scam. Paid to upgrade and nothing appears like the screenshots. Literally the same as the basic, free version. Don’t waste your money. They won’t approve a refund.

    Did not work on my Iphone 10. This app did not work. The app also says it will not refund the $2.99 I paid for it. Scam beware.

    Couldn’t find the MOON. I tried both auto and manual calibration, neither of which was effective. But either way, it couldn’t find the moon, even when I had the camera view enabled and was pointing right at it. This used to be a more reliable app.

    View Stuck on North. I upgraded to paid version and my view is stuck on North. Calibrating with figure 8 does nothing. Camera and location both enabled. Disappointed…

    Instructions would be helpful. I had high hopes for this app but there are no basic instructions for how to use it. I have no clue what all the different images/icons mean. No guidance on how you even get started.

    Stopped working. I used to love this app. For the last month or so it shows the same screen no matter how or where I move it. The horizon is set in the middle and Pegasus is have cut off on the right side of the screen. It’s like a picture that won’t move even though there’s a satellite that is rotating in place. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail.

    Horrible. It never is calibrated right and it constantly off even when I’m manually correct it, it instantly changes back to an incorrect position, would be such a great app if it could actually get the right calibration and it would line up properly with the right stars and planets

    Doesn’t work. This app used to work for me a few years ago. However, now when I open the app, it just shows me a frozen screen due North. I read through recent reviews and saw this is true for many people. It looks like the creators have no intention of fixing it or helping their users figure out how to fix it. It’s really disappointing.
