   Do not get!!!!. It’s a scam. They charge you and if you cancel your subscription you can’t actually use the app through the end of the period you paid for.

   Not what you think it is. I downloaded this app thinking it was jasper.ai. The name is intentionally misleading. Only AFTER you subscribe do they tell you there’s no affiliate between the two. Shady.

   Read this first. I was excited to try out this app, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. First, they require you to sign up for a 3-day trial, but that turned out to be misleading since they charged me right away, and I couldn't cancel the free trial. Secondly, I discovered that the app only provides access to the numeric keyboard, which was a huge letdown. I've been attempting to contact them for a refund, but there's been no response from customer service at all.

   Owes me money. I accidentally signed up for a free subscription then deleted the app it then charged me monthly and I had to have my bank block the payments cause it’s impossible to get a hold of them. I need a refund it says my subscription expires next year but I can’t get a hold of them

   I would give it -2 stars if I could.. This app is such a scam! It acts like you don’t have to buy the subscription and lets you do it for free one time! Then you have to pay! DELETED WORST APP! Don’t download!

   This isn’t JASPER AI!. I was fooled. Looks like most other folks were as well, judging from the comments. There is no Jasper AI app. This one is a close misspelling, J-A-P-E-R

    Horrible after it was sold. This used to be my go to AI to help me with Instagram post for my business and some storytelling. After Jasper was sold it’s AI proms are absolutely horrible. I sometimes have to re-enter them three or four times to get some thing remotely close to what I need. I find it often repeats itself, and if you click on the prompt box it rewrites the same thing over again. You have to wait for it to be done before you can change anything. I am very disappointed with what has been done to this app and I will not be renewing my subscription.

    Doesn’t seem to work and not able to cancel my subscription. Heard this app would be great for helping me generate instagram content. But it doesn’t seem to work and there’s no place to cancel the subscription.

    Shady Company. I gave the trial a review about a year ago, quickly decided that it’s not up to par with many competitors in the same space. I review a lot of these products and have learned to connect them to an unfunded PayPal account. It’s been almost a year like I said, the trial was canceled manually within the prescribed time of the trial, but this company still tries to charge my unfunded PayPal account every 2-3 days for an amount close to $50 USD. This is often indicative of companies who will use a slew of unethical charging practices in an attempt at some sort of cash grab, such as double or triple charging per month for the same service. Highly recommend people steer clear of anything this companies is selling.

    Rip off. Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up about my recent purchase. I got a month subscription for $9.99, but after only 3 days it stopped working and asked for another payment. Talk about a rip off! And to top it off, the developers are ignoring my messages. Total scam, don't waste your money on it. Just wanted to warn you.

    Deceptive title meant to confuse. This is NOT the real Jasper AI (note the “s”)—this is a SCAM app meant to deceive users by deliberately naming itself very close to a real product. This app just dropped one letter from the name in order to confuse/trick users: “Jasper” vs “Japer”

    No way to login to Jasper ai app.. Really disappointed that I cannot log into Jasper via the app. I already have an account. I don’t like being forced to purchase another to use this tool. I hate being tethered to a desktop. I use my tablet most of the time. Jasper’s website does not scale well for tablets.

    Not Jasper.AI. This is not Jasper.ai- not really cool to use that name from a branding perspective. Especially seeing as Jasper.ai already rebranded from Jarvis because Disney sued them (Iron Man). And now you are using Jasper as a way to cost tail on Jasper.ai?

    Inundated with change attempts. A while back I tried various AI modules and trials. Since January 2024 jasper.ai has attempted to change me every month sometimes multiple times each. I went on mobile browser could not find a way to cancel account or close any services and remain free. I wouldn’t be surprised if my credit score had been affected by these harassing attempts. I have a web design degree and can read coding I assure you there was no visible solution to cancel or close account only options were to throw money at jasper. I am disgusted. I liked the app needle but this, this is unsettling. I even sent an email at one time requesting it closed and got a run around reply. Enough ENOUGH EEEENOOOUGH

    Please check how the app is writing answers. Update: I cancelled my subscription. I have a better app called AiChat. It’s the best! I used to like the casual responses the app gave, but now it is way too casual and annoying to read. Also, the app writes in a funny way - please check and restore it back. Thanks

    It is amazing, but the app buggy.. As someone who loves the English language, Jasper has been very amazing to me. This app, though, is very frustrating to use. For example, I have many favorite prompts, and because I’ve starred a sizable amount, I can’t scroll using the middle of the screen with my thumb. The favorites list springs back to the top. I have to do a scroll from the edge of the screen in order to get past this. My second example, which is the most frustrating to me, is that every time I open the chat, the messages start from the beginning and the first time I engaged the bot. I have to scroll alllllll the way down an ever growing list of chats with the bot in order to get my answer at the bottom. Come now guys, please fix these two things, and I would give you a 5 star rating. I am on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I have already submitted a bug report through the app. Thank you for reading.
