   Difficult platform. This AI service is challenging to work with. It consistently repeats questions and is never able to ‘remember’ information from a previous request or conversation. It ends up wasting significant time and builds frustration. I even bought the upgraded service but sincerely regret it. Use anything else.

   “Sorry say again”. After being a paying customer for years with a yearly sub, I’ve noticed a trend where I can’t use the services for extended periods of time. No emails saying why, no apparent outages. I can use other devices to connect with chat GPT, so why am I regulated on this IP address if I am a paying customer? Please- after a week of being unable to use the services- I feel like I have been scammed and not seen as a customer that deserves any sense of respect.

   Outdated. Wondering why some info I was receiving was incorrect or old so I asked what was today’s day, its response “May 23rd, 2024”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Sent multiple emails for immediate refund, no reply or refund. Horrible app.

   Asking me to renew when I’m already subscribed.. The app is asking for me to subscribe when I’m already paying for a one year subscription that auto renews every year. I’m not paying double.

    Horrible. Always has a pop-up to purchase premium. Takes forever to even load your chat if it can even connect correctly. It comes back, says system error due to the horrible problems it has. I will be removing it and using Grok.
