   Giving error on my desktop. I signed up for this app using an anonymous email and now no im trying to use it on my desktop by using an apple link but its giving me an error and if I use my actual apple email address is telling me there is no account and to sing up and charge me all over again I tried emailing costumer service and no respond but on my phone the app works perfect just wish I can use it on my desktop or if costumer service can guide me on logging this app through the web on my desktop

   The app is now unusable.. This used to be my go-to AI email writer, but ever since iOS 26.4 was released, the app keeps crashing. The keyboard feature is broken, and there hasn't been an update to fix the issue. If you're on iOS 26.3 or later, I recommend avoiding it. It seems like the app has been abandoned. 😔 The latest official iOS update is 26.4; it's not a beta.

Don’t sign up Yes- It’s a good app for essays and all but when you try to cancel, they’re not gonna let you cancel and when you do cancel, they still charge you and when you try to find somebody to talk to you or email which I have numerous times no reply. there’s no phone number you emailed them numerous times and they still try to charge you. I’ve already contacted my bank. I’ve blocked them and deleted the app and had to install just to contact them Yet again And YET THEY STILL CHARGE ME !!! REPORT, SCAM AND FRAUD. I’VE ALREADY CONTACTED THE POLICE AND I ALREADY FILED A POLICE REPORT. THIS IS HOW BAD PEOPLE DONT USE !!! click bait fraud. I can’t even believe this.!!!

    Charges. The last 9 months I have tried contacting this company. There is no way to stop the charges. I have even had multiple charges in one day. I have downlaoded the app to see if I could use a cancel link. Nope, nothing! I unsubscribed to all subscriptions off my phone- still charges. I’ve disputed these charges each time they occur. This app has been the absolute worst!

    Continually attempts to charge without authorization. I do not have a subscription to this app. I cannot get anyone to respond to me and you attempt to charge me $6.99 multiple times a day under different categories and do not respond to any attempts when I reach out. I would not download this app or anything from this company ever unless you want for them to charge you for something that you’re not subscribed to on a weekly basis and they will not respond To comment comments or help finding out why they keep trying to charge me.
