   App failed right off the bat. I went ahead and decided to finally sign up for AI Writer. I went for the yearly plan because it is more economical and I find myself wanting to use it more frequently these days. It charged me no problem. But the app will not do anything. When I try to get it to rewrite something I get an offer to pay for the program. I already have paid for it, and after several phone resets deleting and reinstalling the app I decided I would immediately cancel my subscription and find something else. Too bad for me they already charged me for the year, 70 bucks and I have an app that won’t function, not a great start. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max fully updated. Thank you for the added frustration to an already frustrating day.

   Giving a 429 error code. I loved this app until today. Now it’s telling me I reached my quota as I pay for the unlimited subscription a month. I checked my last billing date and when it is scheduled to renew. It isn’t until 4 days from now. And billing is up to date. I have no clue what is going on.

    Do not get this app and be fooled like I was. It says unlimited for a year at 69.99 and then you pay for it and then go to settings and it tells you a year from now I the app expires so you get the app for a year and 0 credits to write it wants you to pay 1.99 per every 20 credits and the credits can be used for write, chat, voice call, speech generation. So I wonder what I paid 72.46 after taxes!… 😂🤣😂🤣 And don’t think you can request a refund and tell them you don’t even want the app and really have the need to use it for that ridiculous amount you’ve already paid. It’s not worth it at all. It’s worth maybe 5 dollars. Total app and credits total for a year I wouldn’t pay more than $5.00 for this worthless app. Don’t beleive the hype it says #1 Chat AI app. I’ve gotten way better ones that are actually free and do more and you don’t have to pay the ridiculous price for the worthless apps these pranksters out here want. They just robbed me basically they don’t reply back and Apple doesn’t have your back and it’s all Apple is anymore they just about the money and don’t give 2 SH!¥$ about the customer they r the one who’s payed the crazy amounts for their products also that aren’t any better than any others, three years the new phone is not worth the 1,200 paid for it so don't believe the hype, I’m sick of company’s out here false advertising and claiming this and that and don’t even hold up to what they say!     I purchased with unlimited credits now I have to pay more?. I was very early in getting the app and I paid 9.99 for unlimited, now I am being prompted to buy more credits. I either want my money back or to be given unlimited credit. It is illegal to advertise something as an unlimited purchase, make the sale. Then charge for more credits after the contract has been agreed upon by both parties.

    Can’t Open the AI Writer App. When I try to open the app a window pops-up with a button saying “Sign in with Apple”. Another window opens with three reasons why it’s best to sign-in with Apple and a “Continue” button. Almost instantly, before you can push the button, it goes away. Therefore can’t use the app. Please help.

    I feel cheated. When I downloaded this app, I thought I’m downloading chatgpt. I was forced to buy $9.99 to use 200 credits. Painfully I learned that the real chatgpt is free to use from browser and they don't have an iPhone app. Thirdly the results are truncated as well. Real chatgpt provides detailed results while this app cuts it off. Just use the iPhone browser to use free chatgpt.
