   NO REDO/ MANUAL BACKING ONLY!!. I have been using this app for the last almost year and I just saw that there is NO REDO BUTTON!?!? so I lost work from the last 7 or so months… terrible app!!!!!!

   How dare you. I’ve had books in here that I’ve kept over the span of 7 years, all for them to get completed deleted. Who do you think you are? Deleting my memories and childhood memories, I will never forget this. Mark my words you’re going down. Down town like your timber.

   Unable to access. I’m subscribing but through the Apple store. Apparently since they’ve made changes you can’t log in this way and I didn’t set up an email log in, just an Apple Store log in. I’m not subscribing again. Allllll my work is lost.

   LIES ABOUT AUTOSAVING. Doesn’t autosave when creating a character. The space to Create a character is already small so when my hand accidentally touches ANYWHERE ELSE on the screen it DELETES ALL YOUR PROGRESS PLEASE ALOW AUTOSAVED. DRAFTS AND THEN THE APP WOULD. BE WORTH USING. SO MUCH GOOD MATERIAL GONE. NEVER USING AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND

   Good Concept, but doesn’t function.. Anytime I tap something open it: say adding characters of setting or trying to edit characters or setting it just won’t open. I have to tap several times just for it open, and then? It doesn’t open to where I tap, it opens where I can’t see the words I’m typing and trying to edit and when I try to scroll down, it closes me out of the characters/setting tab. I can’t move pay to access things off my screen either, like the pay to access thing next to the characters, setting, and labels stuff. It just stays annoyingly in the way. It’s a good concept, but it doesn’t function well(and half of it is pay to access). I ended up just making a GoogleDocs of it all, people of how badly this app ends up functioning.

   Lost everything. Clumsy unintuitive UI caused me to inadvertently delete everything. Very buggy, too. Every time I clicked on the editor to begin a scene, the lower third of my laptop and tablet would go blank. Good effort and I appreciate devs trying but it has too many issues

   Worked amazing the very first time then messed up. The first time using it I liked it so right away like a dummy I bought the yearly subscription and regret I did. It now wants to mess up and make gibberish and when i requested a refund Apple didn’t allow me to get one though I feted this app and have not used it since because I can’t use it. It kept saying the grandma the grandma the grandma over and over and over and what can I do with that? Obviously my chapter isn’t just that ver and over..

    Ummm.. I had a lot of high hopes for this app. The description and the photos make it look like it would be perfect for what I needed. I was extremely disappointed. Upon opening the app, I tried to create an account, only to have it not do anything when I selected the create account button. Also it wouldn’t load past the screen asking if I had an account or if I was a new user.

    Used to be good until latest update. I’ve used this app for almost two years and although somewhat clunky, I really liked how organized it made things. There were a few issues that were annoying, but I can work around those easily. I would’ve given this review 4 stars because of that, but now it’s a one. Why? Because this new update focused on aesthetics and not bugs. Now there are twice as many bugs and it takes three extra steps for things that were simple before. Very few bugs were actually fixed, and some were ignored completely. I really liked how you could tag characters, but now that’s annoying. There’s a bug where after you tag a character, the next word is auto capitalized and that wasn’t an issue to work around before, but now the whole thing is just extra annoying and doesn’t copy out unless you purposefully export. Before, the starting page had four books across and two rows when my iPad was in landscape. Now I have to scroll four times as long to get to the end of my book list. That’s fine on my phone, but really annoying on my iPad. The auto-save function is still clunky and doesn’t always work. Sometimes if you manually save, it still doesn’t function properly. As I said, I really liked this app, even when I lost an entire chapter because the backups were full and I didn’t realize you had to manually clear it. Now I’m considering transferring my work elsewhere and canceling my subscription because it’s just not worth the time, effort, and headache I get trying to navigate the ten-step disaster this app has turned out to be.

    System is unstable. What I wrote for several weeks was deleted all at once. Recent backup also disappeared. Unintended deletion happened several times before but backup was available in every case. This time was different. My investment of time and effort was wasted. I’ll never use this app.

    Erased everything. The app was good at first, and I had a lot things down, but as soon as I go and edit and ad more everything disappears, I’m so disappointed. I wrote so much now I have to type everything again

    Giving up privacy.. I download the app. It says there is an option to try the app without creating an account. This is not true. To even look at the features of the app you must provide name and email address. If you look at their privacy policy nothing is protected and everything is available to share with other parties

    Bad. First, it’s a scam. They try to guilt you into buying the subscription by either you buying the subscription or don’t want to support the app. Well, I don’t! The app is unorganized, too many bugs, usually won’t save, and keeps sending emails. Unless you want to get your credit card drained, do not download this app. It literally won’t let me delete it anyway.

    Is this app no longer supported?. You cannot use most of the features without going premium but when you click to go premium it says that in app purchases are not supported on this device. Ive tried an iPad and an iPhone and you cannot subscribe on either of them. What gives?? You may as well just delete this app as its pretty useless if you cannot use the premium features and cannot subscribe to the premium features.

    The resin I deleted this app!!!😡😡. This app literally deleted my first chapter right when I finished it and it took me forever to make what type of app does that (an annoying app)😡😡😡I’d rather stick with the on that I don’t even use!!!!

    Why.. ?. Can’t we just use book covers INSTEAD of buying premium? All you have to do is put the cover on and that’s it, don’t find any reason why to pay for it. I might as well use wattpad because there covers are free!

    Will not work on iPad. Don't bother with this. Unless you are a "premium member" this app will not allow you do anything more than look at a screen that says "book cover" and will not allow you past that screen to attempt any writing whatsoever unless you are a "premium member" which "is not allowed on this tablet." Definitely deleting.

    Can’t purchase premium on this device except…. I’m on my 8th gen iPad and I wanted to see how much premium was because the app seems to be a decent app to write my novel on my iPad. And it tells me that upgrading to premium is a premium feature and in-app purchases are not supported on this device and I am directed to the website… Where I’m told that premium upgrade can only be done on a google play app device or an iOS app (one like my iPad??? Lol) So, yeah, might be a great app but I don’t have time to sit and fight an app to be able to write my novels. An app either works or it doesn’t. I don’t have time to try to figure out how to make it do it’s job.

    Awful. So far, everything has been awful. I downloaded this app yesterday thinking it would finally help me get my writing squared away so I can copy and paste it over and instead it did the opposite. This whole app looks cheaply made and everything is so confusing, I can't even navigate what I'm doing or what I'm even pressing. Half of the things on here don't make sense either and I'm not going out of my time to figure out and learn where anything is. Another thing I hate is how you have to create a “scene” just to write. Can't you simply just write directly on the document or whatever? Sure, it's organized in a sense but it doesn't help certain writers like me who want to create a book draft then copy and paste the story on a book publishing website after I revise and edit it. I don't need a board of ideas, I already have that. I need an actual organizer that allows you to organize and create chapters without having to add a new section to a section. Maybe I didn't give this app a good chance, but from my experience so far, it's trash. Even Apple Notes is more organized than this.

    Steals your money. Paid for premium, clicked on the premium features, it says to get a premium membership. When I clicked get premium membership, it says I already have one. The cycle repeated itself a few times. Went to request a refund on the App Store and it says I haven’t purchased anything that would qualify. Funny, because my bank account says otherwise. How sad. I seriously was looking forward to this app. Total let down.

    Not all that great…. The app works well, but when I went to delete it, it wouldn’t delete. I’ve tried so many times to delete this app and it’s just not working, I fear I might have been scammed? No matter how many times I press the delete button, this app just stays on my home page and it will NOT go away. It frightens me a bit.

    Won’t let me confirm my email. I’ve been trying to confirm my email for a week now. This was an okay app, it did a good job letting me work from anywhere but I’m not going to have the orange bar reminding me every time I open it and I’m not going to flood my email with attempts to get it to work or just to get it to disappear until next time. I’ve sent two emails trying to get help but haven’t even received a “We’ll get to you shortly” one back. I don’t know what’s going on but I feel as if the developer has jumped ship. I’ll be looking for a new method of working and moving my books over, I recommend that you don’t even start.
