   Broken app & poor customer service--don't subscribe. I had this app for less than an hour before recognizing that it absolutely does not function in the way it is advertised. CAUTION: the refund policy stipulates a very tiny amount of maximum usage before this "company" is going to give you a hard time about a refund for services not delivered. I initiated a single prompt to the AI video creation tool. There were errors that were unresolvable and no video was able to be produced. Because of the amount of effort I put into typing in the AI prompt box, it has created a situation in which I am now fighting to get my money back. As of yet, I received zero expressions of appropriate customer service in the communication exchanges with this "organization."

   Very Misleading Hook from PhotoLeap. PhotoLeap offered an awesome free short AI video but in order to save it, it forces you to download LTX buzz thinking you’re getting the video for free. LTX buzz takes your information, doesn’t give you the free video you were offered, but suggests a lesser quality free one, and then makes you pay to remove a giant watermark. Not the first app to pull this kind of trickery, but I guess this is just the age we live in. I’m deleting the app.

   Pro subscription doesn’t offer yearly as stated in terms. Happy to change and give you a ‘real’ rating that might well well be deserved (not sure yet) when the APP is fixed to offer all of the subscription plans you mention in your terms of service below. You mention weekly, monthly (why are there two and how are they different) and annual. Usually, I will pay the annual fee for the first year, even if I hate the new APP from a company I trust because I assume they will improve it during the year, and they annual price will be well-worth it. So, please fix the app so that all of your purchase plans are available according to the terms below! Thank you!

   False advertising. This app is garbage having limited possibilities and no search option. I canceled right away and deleted it. I don’t know how it got over 4 starts

   Need to have less restrictions on when you don’t have premium. I think it should be able to load ai things faster because technically it’s kinda sucky

   dumb app. of course you have to pay for everything and it gives you a timer to use stupid ai affects that becomes longer and longer the more you use the app & when it makes me wait like 5 minutes it says “your photo is a bit too spicy” like don’t even waste my damn time you useless money greedy villagers

   Not Great. This app must be using some pretty old tech by AI standards. Videos look bad and cheesy. Image generation works like half the time. Rarely gets exactly what you want.

    Too censored. Pls make the app 12+ its way to censored to do anything even tho its free Edit: devs pls make the app 16+ its too censored to make a video with anything in it that leaves abit of skin in it and it automatically says to spicy. “Like pls can u listen to us?”.

    Its good but. Its not bad. The “spicy” setting is way too strict! It you got any amount of boobs (in clothes) it wont generate image to video… “too spicy”

    Great App but. I think this app is great and so much fun but when you upload a picture of a face the eyes are all cross eyed and demonic. It’s not often that the eyes are taken into consideration when these videos are created. It is very cringe and creepy. Please do better on this because I don’t get that many good results from uploading portraits of myself or other people. I don’t want to keep looking like a cross eyed creep or anyone I upload to make a video thanks

    No dumb CREDITS needed!!. Finally a ai video maker that doesn’t use that stupid credit system!! Once you’re a subscriber you can make UNLIMITED videos!! I only request if they could be a little longer 👉👈 7 seconds is still kinda short.
