   Disappointed. I had purchased the 500 credit option thinking it was a monthly subscription with 500 credits- not realizing it’s ONLY 500 credits. I went through the credits in 30 minutes and cant use it again for a month or unless I buy more delaying a very important project im working on. Very stupid.

   Terrible product. I’m so mad I wasted my money on this. As a 30 year plus user, Adobe has stopped to a new low with this subscription. People should be ashamed. I still have 480 credits yet it’s telling me to update instead of letting me produce stuff.

   Horrible. I’ve been using a lot of models and this by far is the worst creation. I don’t know what you guys are doing because you’re using the models that I use in Google and I do not get these renderings. I can’t seem to use anything from you guys. The generations are always off.

   Misses the mark. Images look good but, it doesn’t really do what you ask and then when you try to clarify it just basically feeds you back the exact same image again with almost unnoticeable tweaks.

   Rip off. When the Ai program doesn’t create exactly what you want or how you wanted and you have to make edits or adjustments, you’ll still be charged more credits again just for the Ai to fix its self. Shouldn’t have to pay for the same thing multiple times because the program didn’t get it right the first time. “Buy More Credits” or “Upgrade Plan”… Too costly!!!

    No Credits on Renew Date.. FI said it would renew credits on June 2 26. Date came and went. No Credits. Went to buy more credits. Signed up. It did not give me the credits I just signed up for.

    One star. Absolute ONE STAR.. i did use tickets yesterday and they reset, it says i have 10/10 tickets left (free plan) and i didn’t use them at all, but guess what? I got an error saying “CoMpLiMeNtArY gEnErAtIoNs UsEd” please fix this.

    Expensive. One 8 second video costs 400 credits which is nearly $5. That’s ungodly expensive.

    What a horrible, buggy app!. I sent a photo of myself and asked this very bad app to transform it into an anime video. Well, the first few seconds are of me and then the anime portion followed. I asked over and over for it to do what I wanted and then it said I needed to spend five dollars minimum a month for this feature. Huh? I thought I got a free trial?! So after I spent five dollars, then it wouldn’t generate my video AT ALL. I hate this app. Deleting it and getting my money back.

    Guidelines are trash. I’m giving this one star because I can’t give it less. The user guidelines are so easily violated that it becomes almost worthless. I can even make a cool animation of myself as a kid because the creepers at Adobe think bad thoughts. So annoying. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Not ready to limit your credits. It might eventually get what you want, but you’re burning through credits pretty fast when it generates ridiculous images that don’t even come close to your prompts

    Sign up & 500 credits is not enough to generate one 5 second video.. The worst App I have ever downloaded. COMPLETE BAIT & switch. Sign up & 500 credits is not enough to generate one single 5 second video. It supposed to give you three trials. S as ll tgree failed. I tried again, they kept failing. I decided to try and subscribe. It took my money and Inwas subscribed. When I tried my first official Promot. The video render failed, after I subscribed and took my money. I was immediately given a prompt to upgrade if I wanted my 500 token video to output. I am going to immediately cancel my subscription, yet will give ADOBE MANAGEMENT A CHANCE TO Explain. Same type of thing happened 4 years ago when I downloaded Anove suite for mybdsughtbij college. It took the $159 fee. Tgen proceeded to fill her brand new Sppke computer gard drive and immediately say her brand new gard drive was full and she was going to need to buy Amazon Cloud Storage. Coujd never get ahold of Adobe Management and did not give into their hijacking’s her computer. When tried to get a refund, she was half way (6-8 weeks) through her semester, and the refund time had passed, since it was a $149 student program. Ate that $149.00 as Adobe customer service is completely lacking. Adobe FI can FI OFF as a subscription, unless a Customer service rep can get back to me, and explain Hiw Tgey can sell such a bait & switch. I want a full refund for today’s app and would like them to get back to me for their previous subscription of ADOBE SUITE , which AN Apple laptops brand new Hard Drive was filled by her old iCloud documents by a misleading prompt. Adobe never even addressed my request. Adobe never tefunddd tge Subscription. Fool me once, now you have wasted my time and fooled my twice. Still can’t get over these shady practices. Seemingly an Awful company!

    Going downhill. Adobe's overpriced. Their products aren't really that good. Alternatives are better, and overall they just can't seem to get anything right anymore. Really regret even signing up for the subscription.

    Horrible generator not worth the money for credits barely worth the free credits. If your looking to use prompts to edit photo or print it to make changes from text generated content good luck paid for credits only to continually get back results that make zero changes much less any updates even close to what was asked… and I’m talking simple things like “make one specific change, flip the writing on the X-Axis”

    Servers too busy. Paid for a subscription but keeps telling me the servers are too busy and to retry. What is the point of paying for this service if you can’t use it when you need it ?
