Scam. This app is supposed to have a 7 day trial the charge you for a year! Immediately it charged me $60 right after i clicked the 7 day trial, i started trying the app to see if i liked it and I do not at all!! You cannot even ask AI to upload images of you real or exact face to do something so it’s not even worth it! At all!!! I went to cancel immediately and I can’t bc they took my money!! All of these apps are doing this now they are saying free trial then Paul and Lying about it! They take your money immediately. I went to the App Store to write to ask for my refund and it’s all in Japanese or Chinese on Purpose!!! How am I supposed to get a refund if it’s all in that kind of lettering?? Who can read that, there’s no where to contact them to ask for refund no phone number!!! They stole my money and what’s worse is Apple says they aren’t responsible but they are letting these people sell their Apple under their Apple Icon. These people are Criminals. They are thieves with False Advertising and Apple doesn’t care they just keep letting them do it. Walmart and Target at least remove third Party’s who do things like this but Apple just let them lie and steal customers money under the promise of a free 7 day FREE TRIAL then they run your Card and that’s not what is happening they immediately charge you. Do not buy this app. If it says lifetime, nothing is lifetime, they will change it behind your back and make you pay more or have hidden fees. I have been charged 3 grand from another 3rd party app and Apple did absolutely nothing and is allowing them to still run there apps u set their Apple App Icon. Do not Buy Third Party Apps!! They all lie and Apple will do nothing they didn’t help me or care about me with anything

Don’t buy. Not worth it. Didn’t use the app for a while due to not having enough time. I left the sub on thinking that the credits would add up so I could use later on. Come to find, the credits reset. Ai not even good at animating.

They took away PROMPTS for IMAGE to VIDEO!!!. I specifically purchased the app (lifetime membership) for its controllable IMAGE to VIDEO capabilities, which allowed for a TEXT PROMPT to guide the AI. This last update completely did away with the text prompt, si apparently I wasted $50 in an app that is now useless to me. In the past, they had another awesome feature where you could take a video that it already generated and further extend it. They got rid of that amazing feature a while back too. What the app does, it does very well, and they just added a bunch of new features, but the loss of control in image to video generation has made this app completely worthless to me. Hopefully they bring that feature back, otherwise, for me, this app is now total garbage.

They broke it. I finally got it to work and log in after uninstall reinstall, but now all of my content is grayed out, I cannot render anything. It said please buy membership, I clicked RESTORE, it says “Restore successfully” and still renders nothing. Restart, nothing. It won’t even load their own previews. Completely broken.

No access. I purchased this app under one time fee for lifetime membership. The app stopped working after 2 days. I can’t access anything I created or downloaded anything new. The apps says at the top restoring… but never does. Very disappointing.

Generate Failed. I don’t know what happened but this app doesn’t work. I tried to turn my images into videos. It starts to load for about two minutes, then afew more seconds, and then says “Generate failed”. It never did this before. People who tune Dreamona please fix this.

Bought life-time option cannot use it. Waste of my money. I purchased the lifetime access one. When I open this app, it constantly asks me to renew subscription. I was able to use “restore purchase” and it had worked a few times in the past. Over the last month, “restore purchase” no longer worked. it just sat there saying “restoring” forever. I can no longer use the app. No where to contact support either. I am now down to contact apple support for a refund. Upsetting!
