   Customer service ignores emails.. So I use this app for all my videos, pics and music right. The other day every time I tried to create something it wouldn’t do it and it would just refund. So I log out then log back in and my account is reset. Over 4K credits gone. I sent the people a ticket to see what’s what and no one has gotten back to me and now I can’t create anything. No telling when they will get back to me but it shouldn’t take a week to do so….so I came back and changed my review to a one star. I have an ongoing subscription for a year, sent an email to the people and looks like they ignored it. Money down the drain.

   Was great, while worked.. Couple month ago it stopped working for me. Whatever I want to generate- “unexpected error occurred “ or “ you are offline”. Not the hell I am not. I don’t understand what’s going on. I probably will just delete it.

   Buyer beware. This app used to be awesome! Used to do decent video fantastic pictures and songs were really easy. Then they decided to update. Now, nothing works. I’m always getting errors. If I don’t leave the app open for what now seems to be almost 20 minutes to create a song, it will just disappear and go away. Used to be cool, now it’s just a waste of money

   Virtually nonexistent customer support/ stole my money. I had purchased this app before and it worked fine, so I decided to renew it. That’s when everything went downhill. After paying for a full year in advance, I couldn’t log in. The app kept redirecting me back to the payment screen as if I hadn’t already paid. I contacted Apple, and they advised me to reach out directly to Flibbo. I sent an email. Then another. I waited weeks. No response. No support. Nothing. I paid for a yearly subscription and received zero assistance when there was clearly a billing or login glitch. Multiple emails went unanswered, and there was no effort to resolve the issue. At this point, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. There appears to be a serious problem with their system, and if something goes wrong, you may not get your money back or any help fixing it. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I’ve been doing some research and it seems like perplexity app is a superior app that will do more things a lot of of the big podcasts use it as well.

    Credits Withheld After Payment and Subscriptions Term Changed. I am writing this review to document unresolved issues with Flibbo’s business practices regarding both credit purchases and subscription terms. I recently purchased a $39.99 credit package that was explicitly advertised as including 2,400 credits plus an additional 350 bonus credits. I paid in full and have screenshots of the offer. However, I never received the promised 350 bonus credits. Despite this being clearly stated as part of the transaction, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I purchased an annual subscription in 2025 based on the stated terms that I would receive 200 credits every 24 hours. That representation was the basis of my purchase and the service I agreed to. Under those original terms, the total annual value equals approximately 73,000 credits. To date, I have only been issued about 8,000 credits. Flibbo later changed the credit system without prior notice, without my consent, and without providing equivalent value. This constitutes a material alteration of the agreement after payment was already made. Being advised to cancel and resubscribe does not resolve the fact that I paid for a full year under specific terms that were not honored. I requested that Flibbo issue the missing 350 bonus credits from the advertised purchase and provide the remaining credits owed under the original annual subscription terms. However, their response has been buy another subscription and the 2400 credits were included the bonus, not acceptable because that’s not what the website stated. Transparency, honoring advertised offers, and respecting paid agreements are basic expectations. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short in all three areas.

    Ridiculous service. I paid for a pro membership and still only get 200 credits every 24 hours, which is stated on the app. Sent numerous messages to support concerning bugs with no reply. I wasted most of my credits on videos that did not get completed. I’m requesting a refund.

    Where’s my credits?. I’ve purchased many credits from you guys and it clearly states by 2400 credits for $39.99 and you get 350 credit free. Well every time I purchase them I never get the 350 credits added to my account. I have sent numerous messages to customer service and I never get a reply. Can someone give me all the credits I am owed. Also the app works ok not great. It rarely gets my prompts correct which might be a way to get people to buy more credits. And I’ll tell you my prompts are very clear and precise. Someone fix this asap. I am aware you can see my email. This is the same one under my account.

    Don’t waste your time and money on this one.. They don’t let you try it out for free, and there is a reason. The videos are short without sound, and when I tried to make a song the app said 2-4 minutes to generate, but the app just hung. 45 minutes later I gave up. This could very well be the worst AI app that I have ever used.

    Liars. They promoted this on TikTok with a Michael Jackson AI, but then on the app when you try to do the same thing it says you’re not allowed to copyright. The quality is horrible and it’s something you can just do on TikTok honestly. Waste of money will be disputing the credit card charges.
