   Purchase Error. I purchased Premium with itune account, for 24 $ but nothing happen, it's still free version. Fix it ASAP. Or u're liar company

   DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.. I purchased a premium subscription through Apple, only to never activate in the app. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, talking to Apple support, debugging requests coming from the app, reading hundreds of comments from other users who are facing the exact same Issue. I even tried buying the subscription again, and was greeting with a pop up saying “ You have already purchased a subscription with this Apple account.“ So… the app knows I have a subscription but it can’t or won’t activate it on my account - something is very wrong with this app and the team behind it. What I haven’t done is talk with Magnific support - because they won’t respond. Support Requests submitted in the app DONT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING. When submitted, no confirmation is provided, no network calls are triggered to create a ticket or send a request, and absolutely nothing happens. I finally found a support email address in a Reddit thread - and a ticket did get created once I emailed, but I still have yet to receive any response. Based on my research, debugging, and overall experience - either the dev team messed up so badly when they switched from Freepik that they can’t fix it, or there’s something nefarious going on. It should be pulled from the App Store. Don’t buy anything in this app - don’t even download it. Find a different app and give that development team your support, because this one doesn’t deserve it.

   SCAM (CREDITS DO NOT TRULY TRANSFER). if you want to keep using your credits that you paid for the next month for the same services, you have to keep paying for the services. Otherwise, they will only let you use your credit for models that are going to destroy and butcher your prompt and greet the most incorrect images you’ve ever seen never using the service again. I guess you get what you pay for so I’m going back to Higgsfield.

   Everything is just bad. First, let me talk about their customer service. No real agents respond to you, only an AI robot does. It takes them forever to reply, and I’m talking about days or even weeks. Some tools cost over 10,000 credits and give you nothing in return. For example, I used the video upscaler tool, waited two hours, and nothing showed up. Instead, they still took 10,000 credits from my account. I’m paying $50 a month and only get 45K credits. I do not recommend this app/site. The only thing they seem to care about is your money. That being said, find something else and don’t get ripped off by these guys. Im literally utterly disappointed by what I got out of freepik

   Can’t even get access. Paid for a subscription but days have gone by and they haven’t given me access to the app, my account still shows I have the free version. I’ve opened multiple cases through their AI bot, the only way to get in touch with their support team, and have heard nothing back. Going to file a case with Apple against them next. Waste of time and energy for absolutely nothing.

    Disappointed. I paid for the pro plus subscription that has unlimited generations in relaxed mode for a project I’ve been doing. Image generation in relaxed mode is a massive let down! I’m sitting for roughly 10 minutes sometimes 20 minutes for one image generation and then have it not come out how I wanted or it says the image generation failed. This app used to be my go to for work but waiting ages for an image generation and being told it failed is highly annoying. This will be the last time I purchase any subscription from you guys. Please fix your stuff and stop advertising unlimited for a service that is extremely broken….

    Horrible. Not worth it at all. Super expensive. I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday sale (37% off) A years worth of videos are $81 for the subscription but only produce roughly 100 videos depending on the generator. FOR A YEAR!!! That’s nearly $1 a video!!! No thanks yall. I couldn’t produce the first video because it was flagged. I dont know why because there is nothing controversial or copyright protected of a man standing. Regardless I am appalled at the cost of this. Of course, I couldn’t try it out before purchasing it so I was going from reviews and suggestions from RourkeHeath (which I will never trust again). Ive used a lot of the AI video generators and the price of this is infuriating. I just want my money back, BUT I BET I CAN’T GET IT EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN’T USED THE SERVICE. So im stuck with something I don’t want and cant get a refund now that I have had the opportunity to attempt to use it. Another tech company wasting my time and money. Imagine my shock. Other competitors are better and priced realistically. If I do get a dev response, the only words I want to read are ‘Here is your refund sir.’ I have all the credits I started with and don’t want to use this service at all.

    I don't suggest it.. I really don’t recommend it. It’s mostly designed to take more money from you while giving less value. They don’t even allow a proper demo so you can test the software with just one or two projects. I bought a one-month plan for my company, it said I had 7,000 credits, and almost one-seventh of it was gone just for a single clip I didn’t even like. That shows the software is only focused on making money, not being practical. I really don’t recommend it — there are way better AI tools out there, many of them free or much cheaper, and if they charge, at least they provide real value.

    SCAM!. App is a scam. Paid $11 for 7,000 coins or whatever and when it got to 47 coins left all the features stop working. Then I just bought the $25 dollar plan cuz I thought maybe I was too low on coins, and the features STILL don’t work. I want my money back or I’m suing.

    Garbage. The word Goofy is banned, when I tried to work around it kept telling me there was an error even when after closed out the app. No matter how short or long my prompt was it would not generate. Would give it zero stars.

    Free Credits? Not Really.. Don’t download it unless you’re planning to pay for a plan. It claims to offer a free version with 20 credits — supposedly 2 credits per photo edit and 20 for video — but it doesn’t actually let you use the free credits, not even for photos or videos.

    Unusable. Due to “high traffic and overloaded servers.” I’ve been able to generate ONE IMAGE in the last 48 hours. Don’t even bother.

    False Pricing. For $11.99 monthly membership you get 7000 credits which is enough to change the background of 10 pics. When purchase they make it seem like each edit is 2 credits but it is 700 per edit and definitely not worth it.
