   Cannot even write a full long sentence. I got this app because I thought it will replace google gemini because Google gemini has some restriction things that’s not even allowed on there despite Google allowing some things that is 18+ so I thought this app could do this for me but no, it has a limit of the amount of words, which means I can barely write a full sentence. How can I write a full sentence when there’s a limit that ain’t fair? so basically I give this app a 1 star.

   Don’t waste you time or money. This app is a waste of time. I asked it a question and provided all details and information I had which was a lot. It proceeded to ask me the same question,would I like it to provide the information, which I answered yes each time only to receive the same response and ask me at the end of a paragraph if I would like the information. Don’t waste your money and it is false advertising that they can provide personal information when it cannot. It can only provide any information that’s public so you can save your money and just get the public information free.

   Worthless. Complete waste of storage space. Always having a ‘server’ issue. Even with PRO, I’ve been able to get an answer to a grand total of 5 questions, and certainly not for lack of trying. If I could give 0 stars i absolutely would.

    No option to change background color!. The app itself is great with tones of different AI models to choose from and other useful features. However it lacks an important UI feature which is being able to change the in-app background color to white or another bright color than only pure black against white color text. Its seriously annoying and hurt eyes while working on & reading long texts in the app. The only option is switching over to their web based Ai chat version where the background is normal white against black text and more tolerable to eyes when reading, but another problem is that chats initiated within iOS app can not be resumed in web based version even though a same account is logged on both platforms!! This problem has been going on for a long time. Please address the issue ASAP

    Nonstop glitches, no customer service. My subscription stopped working and customer service is nowhere to be found. The app is also not synced with desktop, so we have to pay for subscriptions twice to use it across devices. Dishonest!

    Faulty. I used to really enjoy this app having purchased annual membership but the last 5 to 6 weeks it’s been crashing on me multiple times every attempt to use it. It will crash before I complete my prompt. When it crashes, of course it loses all information. I called Apple to speak about this and report it. A customer purchases an annual membership they should have use out of that membership at least until it expires, but that has not been the case or not been my case with this app. This also raised the concern if it was crashing multiple times with every attempt of use, would I even want to renew subscription? Apple agreed Likely not, if it’s not working. Are the developers aware that 6 weeks or more before a subscription ends the app begins crashing? Have you built it that way on purpose? Is so bad that it would appear to have been built in by the developers. Yet I believe this is not in your favor because no one will want to renew a faulty app it lacks integrity. We paid for the use of something that we don’t get. I truly believe Apple needs to increase its standards for integrity by developers who wished to sell within the App Store
