   Not so bright for Ai. Don’t subscribe to this app it doesn’t work right they must not know what they’re doing or they can’t make apps. This thing spends more time thinking than anything else.

   Don’t make the same mistake I did, don’t subscribe to this app. In my experience, not worth. The answers are confusing and not worth the subscription. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund because they won’t refund your money if you simply decide you don’t want the service anymore. Don’t make the same mistake I did, don’t subscribe to this app. In my experience, the regular free version of ChatGPT performs much better than this one.

   Just a search engine not an ai assistant.. Product is basically useless for anything below basic DnD knowledge and they know it, save your money and just go directly to the real ai and not this! It won’t help with anything requiring details or saved memories as once you submit, it has no additional memory even the “pro” version.

   Misleading “Free Trial”. Started the free trial and got charged $43.54 almost immediately for a yearly subscription. The app makes it seem like you’re just activating a trial, but it quickly converts into an expensive annual plan. I canceled and requested a refund from Apple the same day. Be very careful before tapping through the subscription screens.

    Be careful!. I was very dissatisfied that this app basically tricks you into automatically being charged $7.37 a week. I didn’t even have a chance to put in my profile and it already had charged my Apple Card.

    Complete scam. This app pops up when you are searching for ChatGPT or Claude. It provides no depth, analysis with out specific guidance. Answers are short and no better than searching Google

    False Ad 3 day trial. This app claims to offer a free 3 day trial, has bottom page text that reads no payment, but requires you to select if you’ll proceed with weekly or annual subscription. I selected the annual. Within minutes, I knew this AI app wouldn’t generate the service I was requesting. That’s when I learned the app automatically charged the full amount, there is no free 3 day trial, and you have the tedious tasks of jumping through hoops to try to cancel subscription, request a refund, request to cancel and delete account. Your Phone’s subscriptions center shows the app with 2 transactions. One for $0.00, and the other for the full price subscription (mine was $39.99), both charged at the exact same time.

    This is entrapment. Awful trick to offer a yearly subacription and then ask for a lot more money for “credits” without which your platform is useless. I can get the same service you provide for free. Shame on you!

    Not worth it at all!!!. I signed up for what was advertised as a $6.99 weekly subscription, but ended up being charged $34.97 instead which was extremely disappointing and misleading. Ai image editing doesn’t work as expected. Instead of modifying the actual uploaded image, it created a completely different version!!

    Chatbot. This chat is way behind the times it does not understand English. It makes up words. It does not put things in grammatical order nor chronological order this GPT needs help. That's why I have canceled my subscription. Thank you very much.

    Disappointed as one of the original subscribers. I used to recommend this program to people who wanted to use AI because it had a lot to offer. They have been slowly paywall features. As a PRO subscriber it’s disappointing that we don’t at least get some credits to play with each month. I shouldn’t have to pay more to use features that were included in the past. I will probably be canceling my subscription soon because of it unless something like I outlined becomes available.

Here is what they said “Genie offers both a subscription and additional credits for certain advanced features.” To that I say I was one of the original subscribers and all if this was included with my initial subscription. There are enough players in the market, that I have my options.

    Awful!!’. First off was told I would get a free trial and it charged me full price. And when I went to cancel, it was already charged through a year from now. Tried a couple of images and they were horrible, it had strange languages on there, lots of misspellings, looked terrible.

    better off burning your money. i spent $40 on this app for a year of its services, and because of its outdated information and it’s terrible image generation it cannot aid me with anything that I need it for. the fact i could have spent that $40 on two months of ChatGPT is a crazy. i could achieve more in 10 minutes with ChatGPT than i could in a week of working with Genie. it is embarrassing because I got rid of ChatGPT because it was stuck in a loop and was using info from our other unrelated chats but even that was more productive than anything Genie is capable of. My $40 would have been better spent gambling it all on red and losing.

    Disappointing. I signed up for the yearly unlimited plan only to find that there is no way to generate images without extra payments. I would not have spent the money if I knew that there were such significant limitations on the service. I will not be renewing, but there is no way to get the money back for this annual “unlimited” plan, unfortunately.
