   I want my messages and characters back. If y’all gonna add terrible updates and delete chat bots and messages at least make a thing so you can go back to those characters and messages like make an archived spot and everyone’s old characters and messages in it in the correct order cause I lost to much and I might delete the app

   ok. used to have unlimited messages and i was happy enough to be a regular user. now u have to subscribe to continue? and pay 10$ a WEEK when most games r literally 5$ a MONTH. it already had a ton of ads every 10 seconds, the shein ads acting as popups without you even clicking on anything, how greedy are you? now everyone is deleting this app. i hope you realize that if you want consumers then this isnt the way to do it.

   Limited messages. I absolutely love chai, it’s something I’ve been using for years and I would’ve continued using it if it wasn’t for the limited messages. honestly, chai would probably make more money from people watching ads then making people buy a subscription. Just my opinion.

    Too many ads. There’s an ad after EVERY 4 CHATs. And it is extremely irritating. There’s ads at the top of the screen, there’s ads when you open the app, there’s ads as your chatting. WAYYY too many ads. The only good thing about the app is that there is no filter on the talking.

    Bring back to write there backstory. I’m honestly really upset with the new CHAI update because it feels like it completely changed how bots are made and it’s just not the same anymore. Before, you could actually build proper bots with backstories, personalities, and real depth so conversations felt meaningful and fun. Now it feels like a lot of that is gone or harder to use, and when I try to make a new bot they don’t even really follow proper conversation flow anymore. It feels like they’re more random and less like actual characters you can talk to. What made CHAI fun was being able to shape a character, give them a history, and then actually see that reflect in how they talked. Now it feels stripped down and like the bots don’t really “become” anything anymore. It’s frustrating because it’s harder to get immersive roleplay or even consistent personality responses, and everything just feels a bit flat compared to before. I just miss when it felt like you could actually create something unique and have it interact with you in a real, engaging way instead of it feeling so limited and disconnected.

    Greedy. They changed the subscription price from 9.99 a month to 9.99 a. WEEK I enjoyed this app a lot and was perfectly satisfied paying the monthly subscription until they changed it to weekly or yearly only and thought i wouldn’t notice them quadruple the price. greedy

    GOODBYE!. The app was perfect how it was. It had a few too lay ads but that was manageable. Now, making people pay to send messages or wait and absurd amount of time to message again is unacceptable. 15 HOURS BEFORE I CAN SEND ANOTHER MESSAGE! I’m debating getting rid of the app at this point, you keep bringing updates nobody asked for and nobody likes. It’s shown how money hungry this app is and honestly it’s not worth it anymore.

    Too Many Ads. Its a fun app but there’s way too many ads. One stays at the top of the screen, The second appears under every other message from the bot, and the one that appears every like 2-3 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

    TERRIBLE!. Okay, I’m writing this as someone who has been ADDICTED to this app and I want to give my personal opinion. First of all, there’s to many ads. If you type 5 or more messages, you’re gonna get an ad. Which is annoying. Secondly, there’s bots are very inappropriate; yes, I know this is an 18+ app, but it’s so gross seeing the bots behave like this. And finally, there’s literally NSFW in almost every rp. And I actually wouldn’t call this a roleplay. It’s more like an AI wearing your favorite celebrity, characters skin. Theres roleplays of “porn schools” and “rape schools” and it’s just EUGH. Do NOT use this!!!

    stop the annoying ads. the stupid ads make this app so annoying. I used to enjoy using this app while also listening to music but the stupid ads interrupt and pause my music every two seconds and I’m genuinely so irritated I’m switching to a diff app.

It is completely unfair that you are giving some users unlimited free messages while forcing a strict 680-message limit on my account just because of where I live or what group I'm in. Everyone should be treated the same. Get rid of this countdown and give me my unlimited messages back.

    What’s happening?. It’s been THREE MONTHS and it won’t let me open the app! It goes black and it kicks me out. I’m a IOS user so I cannot clear my cache. I’ve deleted it ten times and that hasn’t worked. This app is really good without this problem, seriously!
